“The Sublime Serenity Hotel and Resort, ‘Where Tranquility Meets Transformation’. I didn’t think Crystal Spire would shell out for all this.” Cornice thought aloud as he read from the brochure. It came as something of a surprise when he was told about the month-long retreat that the firm was sending him on, but a very welcome one.

The president’s assistant, Swift Script, had told him that he was being sent in preparation for the upcoming promotion pick for VP. As far as she knew or Cornice suspected, that meant he had the promotion locked in.

Cornice Eave was a career architect, on what he liked to think was a meteoric rise among the Crystal Spire Designs architecture firm. Of course the promotion to vice president was his, it had to be his. He had thrown himself into his job. He knew others talked behind his back about him, that he had no life outside of work. It was… true to an extent. He didn’t have a partner or… much in the way of hobbies, but he had plans for when he had reached the top. Sure they were all related in some way to his work, but still.

Ok, there was little wonder as to why the company was sending him on this retreat, he thought. They wanted to make sure he wasn’t stressed out before his promotion. That had to be it. He looked out over the crystal blue waters of the Rivenscale Lagoon. The ferry was the last leg of the trip, taking him from the harbor in Cestalonde to the resort. The Rivenscale Isles were beautiful, a tropical paradise at the edge of the South Sea. This resort couldn’t have picked a better spot to be located, and it probably cost a fortune to send him here. That would certainly explain the very limited number of passengers on the ferry with him.

They all kept to themselves, better for Cornice anyway. He wasn’t particularly outgoing in social matters. A ‘low social battery’ was his go-to reason for skipping out on social functions at work or after-work gatherings with co-workers, though it had been a long while since anyone tried to invite him to any.

His focus returned to the brochure. Some of the descriptions had some curious wording going along with them. The rooms were described as elegant, but also as having ‘soft, soothing colors’ and ‘calming ambient lighting’. The resort offered meditation courses, but described them as ‘guided relaxation journeys’ that were somehow meant to be ‘transformative’. Everything about the resort was described the same way. It was almost relaxing just reading the brochure, the constant repetition of ‘relaxing’ and ‘soothing’ lulling him into tranquility.

He didn’t even notice at first when the ferry pulled into the resort. It was a resplendent place. Not some glass and steel monstrosity that engineers preferred to build, but a work of art, with tapered domes and buttressed arches, like Canterlot, or how the High Elves liked to construct their havens in Isyria. Magic went into building the resort, there was no other way to explain it.

“Cornice Eave?” A pegasus mare asked as she walked up to him. Cornice blushed faintly and turned his eyes downward. She was a beautiful mare, but it wasn’t her body that sent thoughts into his mind and blood to his groin. She was a resort employee, her uniform was figure-hugging and scandalously short. A white blouse and tight black skirt, seamed stockings on her hind legs, and shiny patent leather horseshoes. “My name is Sable Allure, I’ve been assigned as your guide during your stay with us at the Sublime Serenity.”

“O-oh, that won’t be necessary, Miss, um, Miss Allure. I was just going to relax on my own while I’m here.” Cornice tried to say politely.

“It will be no trouble at all, Cornice. I’m merely here to introduce you to the resort and be within reach if you need… anything.” Sable said, batting her eyes at him. Then, she turned, giving Cornice a full view of her flanks, encased in the tight skirt and stockings. Again he averted his eyes, not wanting anyone, least of all Sable, to think he was staring at her. If he was going to stare, it would be at the beautiful clothes she wore. “Now, if you could come with me, I’ll introduce you to the owner of the Sublime Serenity Resort and then bring you to your room. Our porters will take care of your luggage.”

Sable didn’t wait for Cornice to say anything. She started off with a flick of her tail, her flanks swaying almost hypnotically as she walked.

“O-oh, of, of course.” Cornice stammered, hurrying to follow Sable while trying to not look directly at her or her beautiful uniform. Resort staff milled about them as Sable led Cornice along, stallions and mares alike, each in their own flattering version of the resort uniform. The mares were all dressed like Sable. The stallions in white collared shirts and tight black shorts, with no stockings but still wearing patent horseshoes. There were guests too, clearly marked by their not wearing the resort uniforms. Mares and stallions alike, walking to and from places in the resort. “Are there many guests here? I do prefer being on my own.”

“We tailor your experience to your own desires, Cornice.” Sable smiled sweetly back at Cornice. “Nothing happens here that you don’t want to happen. It’s our guarantee.”

The main building of the resort, a white tower with ruby red embellishments, was like a beehive of activity, centered around a single point. A sky-blue mare with a blonde mane done up in a very professional looking bun. She was wearing a black suit, though with a skirt as short as those of the staff uniforms. If it weren’t for the very short skirt, she could have been mistaken for one of Cornice’s coworkers. What stood out most about her though were the inky-black glasses, there almost seemed to be rings of green light coming from behind them.

“Cornice Eave? Welcome to the Sublime Serenity.” The mare smiled. “I’m Hypnotic Dreams, the owner and operator of the resort.”

“Thank you for your hospitality, Miss Dreams. I’ve learned a lot about your resort since my employer booked this retreat for me.” Cornice said as he offered a hoof out to Hypnotic. “I hope to return to work as a whole new stallion.”

Hypnotic shook his hoof, her smile was warm and comforting.

“Cornice, I can promise you one thing, you’ll be a whole new pony by the time you’re ready to leave.”

Cornice’s suite looked fit for royalty, with exquisite furniture and a balcony view of the entire lagoon. The four-poster bed was enormous and plush, the wardrobe alone was the size of a studio apartment, and it had its own hot tub out on the balcony. Things about the room though suggested it wasn’t exactly tailored for each guest, though it appealed to his guilty pleasures. It had a large vanity, a dozen full length mirrors, and the color palette of the room was soft pastels, baby blue and salmon pink.

Something was missing though. His luggage was nowhere in the room.

“Um…” Cornice poked his head out of the suite, calling. “Miss Allure?!”

“Yes, Cornice?” Sable seemed to appear in front of him, making him jump slightly. “Is there a problem?”

“Uh, yes, yes. I don’t mean to be rude, I know I’m getting this whole trip for free, but…” Cornice looked into his suite, then back to Sable. “I think my luggage may have been misplaced. It’s not here.”

“Oh dear, that is a problem.” Sable looked briefly concerned, then offered a smile. “You’re a Manehattaner, right? Will nudity be an issue while I track down your luggage?”

“A-actually yes, it will be.” Cornice nodded. “I’m not a Manehattan native, I’ve never actually been comfortable going without clothes. Is there anywhere I could go to buy clothes today?”

“Of course sir, but since it’s the fault of the resort, please, allow me to bring this up to Miss Dreams.” Sable insisted. “She’ll want to make this right personally.”

“There’s no need to bring it up to her. I don’t want to bother the owner.” Cornice tried to protest, but Sable wouldn’t have it.

“No, no, this is the resort’s mistake, Miss Dreams always takes personal interest in making sure such mistakes are made right.” Sable shook her head. “Come with me, I’ll bring you right to Miss Dreams.”

Cornice knew he wasn’t getting out of meeting with Hypnotic Dreams, no matter how much he insisted he was understanding of the mistake and didn’t want to escalate. So, he relented, following Sable back through the resort, though thankfully not back through the main hall. She took him down a series of hallways, until they reached an office door with a golden pocketwatch.

“Miss Dreams, do you have a moment? There’s been a mistake with the porters.” Sable asked as she walked into the office, not even bothering to knock. Hypnotic was sitting with her hind hooves up on her desk, briefly flashing in Cornice’s direction as she shifted in her chair. “Cornice’s luggage has seemingly disappeared.”

“Oh?” Hypnotic looked between the two ponies. Were her glasses a shade lighter than they were before? The emerald green rings were brighter, hard for Cornice to look away from. “That’s no good at all. Cornice, we have a lovely selection of boutiques here at the resort, you’d love them.”

“Y-yes, I’m sure I will, Miss Dreams. But really, I’m not looking for anything extravagant.” Cornice meekly protested, his gaze fixed on the emerald rings of Hypnotic’s eyes behind the dark glasses. “I tried to tell Miss Alure that is wasn’t~”

“Please, call her Sable, Cornice. We like to have things on a first name basis with guests. Call me Hypnotic.” Hypnotic’s smile curled slightly. Was that a smirk? Cornice couldn’t fully tell, his focus wouldn’t leave her eyes.

“R-right, right, I’m sorry, Hypnotic. I tried to tell Sable that it was not much trouble, I’m fine paying for a single outfit for myself until my luggage can be found.” Cornice didn’t notice anything about how seamlessly he switched to first names at Hypnotic’s request. It felt normal to do so.

“Nonsense. Cornice, it was my resort that lost your luggage. I’m going to make sure you get everything you need to make up for it.” Hypnotic said as she rose from her desk, her eyes never leaving Cornice’s. “You should want me to, after all. It’s a mark of good service.”

“I… I do want you to, alright.” Cornice nodded slowly. “Where should we start then?”

“Come with me. Sable, dear, come with us to make sure Cornice’s purchases make it to the suite.” Hypnotic finally broke eye contact with Cornice, the rings of emerald light lingering in his mind for a moment after as he started following Hypnotic back out of the office.

Cornice followed Hypnotic automatically, not fully aware of his actions even as he was led back through the resort. He was only faintly aware that there were even others around him. He had been told to follow Hypnotic and that is what he did.

The Elegant Mane Attire boutique specialized in suits, situated among a cluster of buildings just outside the main resort building. Each one was some kind of bespoke boutique, catering to the resort guests. Cornice blinked as he was led into the boutique. Looking around, he started to shake his head.

“Hypnotic, this looks like a mare’s suit boutique.”

“That’s because I have my own suits tailored here, Cornice. Besides, is there anything wrong with a mare’s suit?” Hypnotic asked innocently.

“N-no, of course not. Your suit looks quite nice, Hypnotic, but I don’t think that it would fit me well.” Cornice tried to explain.

“I promise, Cornice, the tailor here will make you the perfect suit.” Hypnotic said, gesturing over to a changing room. “If you wouldn’t mind undressing? Don’t worry about modesty, there’ll be a robe in there for you.”

“Is… Is that really necessary? I don’t need anything bespoke, Hypnotic.” Cornice looked around nervously, before his eyes again met the emerald rings of Hypnotic’s. He relaxed as he sank into them.

“It’s exactly what you need, Cornice. I promise you, you want a bespoke suit.” Hypnotic said, her voice low and sultry. “Why don’t you change into the robe?”

“Alright… I’ll go change.” Cornice nodded, walking into the changing room and shimmying out of his vest and shirt. From outside, he could just barely make out Sable’s voice. Though he paid it little mind.

“Mistress, shouldn’t it be easier than this? You can mold her like clay if you wanted to.”

“Give her time, dear. We just started and you can’t rush perfection”

The robe was plush and velvet, it felt wonderful to put on, and smelled of a faintly fruity perfume. Like a sour cherry, or maybe grape? It was very short though, not even covering his flanks. Cornice should have felt embarrassed to be wearing it. It felt more like lingerie than a dressing robe. But… Hypnotic asked him to wear it. He needed to wear it to get fitted for a suit. He wanted a bespoke suit…

“There you are, Cornice. All ready for your measurements and fitting?” Hypnotic asked, tapping on a raised platform surrounded by mirrors. “Be a dear and stand up here.”

“Of course, Hypnotic.” Cornice said dreamily. It felt right to do as Hypnotic said. She clearly knew the way of things at her own resort, so of course she should be listened to. He walked up onto the platform, and only started to show concern when he could see his own ass in the mirror. “Hypnotic, I’m starting to think this robe is too short.”

“It’s a dressing robe, Cornice, it’s perfectly fine. It helps the tailor know how the suit will fall on your body before making it.” Hypnotic assured him. Almost on cue, a beautiful unicorn mare in a pinstripe suit walked up beside Hypnotic.

“Ah, Miss Dreams, you’ve brought me another blank slate.” She smiled.

“Cornice here lost his luggage and needs only the best, Silken.” Hypnotic said. She gestured from Cornice to Silken. “Cornice, this is Silken Envy, our milliner extraordinaire.”

“Milliner?” Cornice asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

“A suit tailor, dear.” Silken strutted up to Cornice, examining every inch of him in his robe. “Do you have a style in mind?”

“Houndstooth, Silken.” Hypnotic answered before Cornice fully registered the question. “It will accentuate the body nicely.”

“I-I don’t need~” Cornice tried to speak up.

“A lovely idea, Miss Dreams.” Silken agreed, levitating over a notepad and pen, already jotting things down. “Pencil or pleated?”

“Pencil” Hypnotic said.

“Length?”

“One midi, one mini.”

“Blazer?”

“Optional.”

Cornice couldn’t get a single word in as Hypnotic rattled off specifications for Silken. He didn’t even try. The way they were talking about his suit didn’t seem right though. It wasn’t anything like he thought a stallion’s suit was supposed to be.

“Cornice, can you disrobe?” Silken asked, derailing Cornice’s train of thought. “I need to take your measurements.”

“Oh, um, could we do this privately?” Cornice asked meekly.

“Of course, Cornice. We’ll be right back.” Hypnotic said. She and Sable turned to leave, and only once they were gone did Cornice disrobe. His face turned red as he slid off the robe.

“No need to be embarrassed, Cornice. You have a lovely body after all, just need a few additions to accentuate.” Silken seemed to purr as she started taking measurements. The dressmaker’s tape wrapped around him multiple times, around his midsection, his forelegs, his neck, his… flanks? Not each individual hing leg, around his whole hindquarters, like Silken was measuring for a skirt.

“A-are you not going to measure for the pant-legs?” Cornice asked.

“Oh, it’s not necessary, darling. I have everything I need now.” Silken said as she pulled away, wrapping up her measuring tape.

“Are you done with Cornice, Silken? We have a number of stops to make today.” Hypnotic's voice wafted in from around a corner.

“Our dear model is all ready, Miss Dreams. Cornice, you can go get dressed.” Silken smiled, kissing Cornice's flushed cheek. “You have a busy day it seems.”

“Oh dear…” Cornice sighed before returning to the changing room. Sure, the day had been nice, but a busy day was certainly not what he was wanting at a relaxation resort. If only his luggage hadn't been mixed up.

The next few hours were something of a blur to Cornice. Try as he may, he had difficulty remembering specifics. Hypnotic and Sable must have taken him through at least a dozen boutiques, with a dozen mares fitting him a dozen times. He couldn't even remember exactly what all he was fitted for. But none of that bothered him. Hypnotic had assured him it was normal to be overwhelmed by such a day and had apologized profusely for it. As a final way of making the chaos of the day up to him, she had insisted to guide him through a relaxation journey herself.

Here he was now. Lying on a very comfortable plush couch, his eyes swaying gently back and forth to follow a beautiful golden pocketwatch held in Hypnotic’s magic.

“Very good, Cornice. Only my watch and my voice remain. Everything else has been swept away by the watch’s swing.” Hypnotic’s voice was soothing, all encompassing. It was the only thing in Cornice's mind. “You trust me completely. You trust Sable Allure completely.”

“We are here to help you relax.” Sable whispered into Cornice's ear, her breath hot against him.

“And we know best how you should relax.” Hypnotic said through the swinging watch. “You can trust our advice.”

“Trust our suggestions.” Sable whispered.

“You can trust our commands.” Hypnotic grinned wickedly.

“Trust in obedience.” Sable ran her hooves gently down Cornice’s body.

“Trust in your feminine side.” Hypnotic's voice flowed like honey into Cornice’s open, empty mind.

“You want to be pretty.” Sable whispered.

“You want to be feminine.” Hypnotic commanded. Each line alternated between Hypnotic and Sable.

“You want to be obedient.”

“You want to be fashionable.”

“You want to be desired.”

“You want to be pretty.”

“You want to be feminine.”

“You want to be obedient…”

“Fashionable.”

“Desired.”

“Pretty.”

“Feminine.”

“Obedient.”

“You want to keep coming to me for relaxation.” Hypnotic ended the repetition. The words pinged around inside of Cornice’s mind, lodging themselves there. “I will help you relax, help you feel right.”

Hypnotic lowered the watch, instead lifting Cornice’s chin up with her hoof.

“I can tell you. You want everything I will do to you. You will love everything I will make you, because it is who you know, deep down, you truly are.” Hypnotic leaned forward, kissing his cheek. “You will not remember any of this consciously. Everything we have said to you will be in the back of your mind, influencing your thoughts without you realizing. When I wake you, you will feel completely relaxed, the stresses of the day gone from your mind. You will question nothing that Sable and I tell you.”

Hypnotic slowly and gently brought Cornice out of trance. He felt amazing after he woke up. Like everything from the day had been rinsed away.

“Hypnotic, that may have been the most relaxing experience of my entire life.” Cornice said, smiling. Hypnotic bowed her head politely.

“It’s been my pleasure, Cornice.” Hypnotic started walking Cornice out of the room. “And I know you prefer your peace and privacy, so on top of everything else, Sable has arranged for dinner to be delivered directly to your room, simply order and it will be brought up.”

“You’re too kind, Hypnotic. Thank you.” Cornice briefly wondered why he didn’t protest this act of generosity now. Well, Hypnotic had offered it, he was comfortable enough with accepting her offers after a full day.

“You deserve the best from me, Cornice.” Hypnotic assured as she, Cornice, and Sable walked through the resort halls. Cornice actually took the time to look around this time, instead of awkwardly staring at the floor. Marble Pellanic statues lined the walls, alternating between beautiful mares and adonis-like stallions. While looking at the mare statues, Cornice felt a twinge of… jealousy? He was… jealous of the beautiful mares, of Sable, and of Hypnotic. He wanted to look as confident and feminine as they did.

The trio walked back to his suit, now full of boutique bags, courtesy of Sable. Cornice didn’t notice the frilliness of the clothing in some of the bags, it was supposed to be that way. He couldn’t wait to start wearing it all. It would make him feel so feminine.

“This is where I’ll depart for the evening. I hope you enjoy the rest of your stay, Cornice. Sable will take care of anything you need from here.” Hypnotic said, leaving Sable and Cornice in the suite.

“I trust you at least enjoyed part of your shopping day, Cornice?” Sable purred, sashaying over to the pile of bags. Cornice followed her motions, trying to replicate them as he walked up beside her, liking the feminine feeling it gave him to swish her flanks from side to side. Wait… ‘her’?

“I was a bit uncomfortable at first, but I think I really enjoyed myself by the end.” Cornice looked through the bags, blushing faintly at how many skirts, dresses, and lingerie were found in them. “Oh, um, we did get a lot today.”

“There’s nothing wrong with the selection, Cornice. Everything here will look amazing on you.” Sable assured, melting away whatever trepidations Cornice had about the contents of the bags. She opened the lingerie bag, pulling out a silky black set. “You should try this on, Cornice.”

“O-oh.” Cornice turned bright red. “I-if you say so, Sable. Um… I don’t know how to put it on though. I might ruin it.”

“I’ll help you, darling.” Sable purred, before undressing Cornice. “Sit on the bed for me.”

Cornice couldn’t even think of resisting Sable, finding himself sitting on the bed, unable to hide her growing erection from Sable at the mere thought of being dressed in lingerie. Sable ‘tutted’, shaking her head.

“No no, that simply won’t do, Cornice, that’s not feminine at all.” She pulled another item from the lingerie bag, something small and silver, with a padlock. The cage was cold against her shaft, forcing a whimper. Her impressive cock shrinking down almost like magic until click! It was locked away, now a tiny little nub. “So much better. We can’t have that getting in the way of your femininity, can we?”

Cornice just shook her head, transfixed by Sable as she was dressed in the elegant black lingerie. Stockings were clipped onto a garter belt, sheer gloves were rolled up Cornice’s forehooves, lacey panties slid up over the garter straps, covering the shiny silver nub that was her caged cock. Then came a corset.

Cornice took a deep breath. Sable told her to. The soft leather of the corset wrapped around her midsection loosely at first, then…

“Try to breathe out as it closes, dear.” Sable advised before pulling on the laces, forcing the wind out of Cornice’s lungs. It wasn’t tight, but it was certainly more snug than Cornice was expecting, and she had to pace herself to breathe after Sable had tied off the laces. “We’ll keep it there for now, and work our way down until we can close the gap entirely. Sleep with it on, we’ll readjust it tomorrow morning.”

“Yes, Sable.” Cornice nodded obediently.

“Good girl.” Sable gave Cornice’s flank an approving pat. “I’ll have dinner brought up to us, and stay here to help you try on all the pretty, feminine clothes that you got today.”

“Thank you, Sable.” Cornice smiled, blushing faintly. “I, I liked being called a good girl, Sable.”

“Then you had better make sure you keep being a good girl for me.” Sable teased, strutting over to the suite’s phone. “What are you hungry for, dear?”

“Neightalian maybe?” Cornice said noncommitally. It was the first decision she had been allowed to make all day, she didn’t know if she had a real answer.

Dinner was divine. A delicious portobello lasagna and a bottle of fine wine, brought straight to the suite by a beautiful unicorn mare in a very short, very shiny maid outfit. Cornice found that she was jealous of the maid, getting to wear such an outfit every day. Much to her delight, the moment she voiced her feeling of jealousy to Sable, a latex maid outfit was pulled out of the mass of bags. Of course, it was followed by a brief disappointment when Sable reminded her that she couldn’t take off the corset until tomorrow morning, so latex was out of the question for now, but the promise of it in the future was a delight in itself.

The hour that followed dinner was a whirlwind fashion show, Cornice posing over and over for Sable in dozens of cute, beautiful, sexy, and most importantly feminine outfits. Dresses, skirt suits, gowns. Schoolgirl uniforms, secretary outfits, nurse outfits, dresses of leather and lace.

“Sable, can I ask you a favor?” Cornice asked as she finished posing in one of the resort staff uniforms.

“Of course, Cornice.” Sable said, hanging up the last few outfits that had been modeled.

“It’s actually about that name. Um… Do you think you could call me something different? I, I don’t really feel like ‘Cornice’ anymore.”

“Oh, what would you like to be called then?” Sable asked.

“I was thinking ‘Column’.” Column said sheepishly, rubbing her foreleg with her hoof.

“Of course I can call you that, Column.” Sable assured, walking over and kissing Column’s cheek. “And I’ll make sure the rest of the staff know too. Now, it’s getting late, and beautiful fashionistas need their beauty sleep. Get some rest, I’ll be your wakeup call.”

Column nodded, sliding out of the uniform, still wearing her sexy, elegant lingerie and corset underneath. She donned a soft, silk robe and climbed into bed as Sable left the suite.

The plush bedspread enveloped her. It smelled faintly of tart grapes, or were they currants? The same fruity scent of the dressing robe from the beginning of the day. She finally took notice of the soothing ambient music of the room, letting it lull her to sleep.
