The Mask

A girl had acquired a mask(hood) as part of a suit(ensemble).

Late at night; she is finally putting the hood on, after a very long and tiring day. Though it isn’t just the mask she is putting on.

She is waking up, the next morning, her memory of last night fuzzy.

Who was the girl, slipping the mask on the other day?

While the room itself, and indeed the decorations and furniture in the room does speak volumes; but it does not quite feel like her. How could it?

As the morning is progressing, memories slowly slip out of the haze; but these are not the memories of the day before. (even if they are)
