It was a bright summer day and Angel was minding his own business and relaxing on the couch. "Angel it's time to go!" Fluttershy called. The white bunny turned to see Fluttershy carrying a picnic basket on her back. Angel knows what that means. It's a picnic day. Angel loves going on picnics with his owner. It was one of his favourite things to do outside. He then got off the couch and he and Fluttershy left.

When they got to the park, Fluttershy finds a spot to sit. Angel followed her. it was an open field with two trees between. They both liked the spot and they set the basket down and ate their lunch. They even saw beautiful butterflies and birds flying around. Fluttershy gave them food too because they deserve to eat as well. But then, all the food was gone. So Fluttershy packed everything up and put the garbage in the garbage. And she and Angel started to leave. Before they got far away, Angel spotted something at the playground.
It was a swing that you can lay down in and there were no fillies on it. There were a couple of fillies playing but besides the point. He got an idea. He then stopped Fluttershy from walking and pointed towards the swing. "You want to lay down on the swing?" She asked. Angel nodded. He really wanted to lay on the swing. "Well okay." Fluttershy said.
Fluttershy put the empty picnic basket on an empty bench and she and Angel went to the playground. They said "Excuse me" to the fillies that were in their way and then got to the swing. Fluttershy got on it and she helped Angel get on it as well. Angel then scooted closer to Fluttershy as the two lay on the swing.
They looked at the clouds and saw that they looked like pictures. "Look at that one Angel." Fluttershy said. She pointed to a cloud that looked like a carrot. Angel liked it because he loves carrots. He then pointed to a cloud that looked like three butterflies. "It looks just like my cutie mark." Fluttershy said. Angel looked at the cutie mark and back at the cloud. He could see it did look like her cutie mark. one hundred percent.
The two then lay there and looked at more clouds. Then the hours started to tick by. About five to be exact. And it was starting to get dark. All the fillies went home with their parents, and Fluttershy and Angel were the only ones at the playground. "It's getting late Angel." Fluttershy said. Angel was looking at the stars since it was dark. "We should go home." Angel didn't want to leave. He liked laying on the swing with his caretaker. It was nicer than the picnic lunch they had. He tells Fluttershy that he wants to stay longer and look at the stars. "Okay, we can stay longer." Fluttershy said. The two then did some star gazing.
"Look at that. It looks like a tree." Fluttershy said. Angel looked to where she was pointing and it did look like a tree. Then Angel found the big dipper. Fluttershy was impressed. They were looking to see if they could connect more of the dots until Angel saw something he had never seen before in his life. He pointed to the strange thing that's moving in the sky. "Angel i think that's a comet." Fluttershy said. "That's so cool." Angel didn't know what a comet was so he asked Fluttershy what it was. After Fluttershy explained what a comet was, Angel got a better understanding about them. And he too thought they were cool.
The two then looked at more stars and then they saw that it was getting late. "Okay Angel. It's really time to go home." Fluttershy said. Angel understood that they can't stay in the park any longer because they have a basket with dishes in it. The two then got off the swing with Angel half asleep. They then got the picnic basket and went home.

When they got home. Fluttershy put all of the dirty dishes in the sink and went back to Angel. "Hey Angel, i got an idea." She said. Angel then turned towards Fluttershy to see what she had to say. "What if we watched a movie tonight." Angel nodded. He also loved movie nights as well. They went to the shelf where the DVDs were. And Angel found the perfect movie for them to watch. "Okay. We will watch that one." Fluttershy said. She put the DVD in her new DVD player and went to make popcorn.
Angel followed her because he wanted to help her. "Oh thank you Angel." Fluttershy said. They placed a bag of butter popcorn in the microwave and waited. Angel could hear the popcorn popping slowly. And then the microwave was beeping. Meaning the popcorn was ready. Fluttershy took the popcorn out of the microwave and put it into a large bowl. Angel then got more snacks and then went back to the living room. They saw that the movie was ready to be pressed. So Fluttershy pushed play on the TV screen and the movie started.
When the movie was almost over, Fluttershy was munching on some popcorn until she felt something climb onto her fur. She then looked to see what it was and found out it was Angel. He fell asleep. "Aww, Today was so much fun he fell asleep." Fluttershy said.
She kissed the sleeping bunnies forehead as she turned off the movie. She then carried the little bunny to his bed and tucked him in. "Goodnight Angel." Fluttershy said. She then climbed into her bed and was awake for quite a while. She was about to dose off until she felt something tugging her blanket. She looked to see what it was and it was her bunny. "What's wrong Angel?" Fluttershy asked. Angel told her that he doesn't want to sleep alone. "Well i can sleep with you." Fluttershy said. Angel smiled. Fluttershy climbed out of her bed and went to Angel. Angel was waiting and saw his owner coming. so he scooted over a bit as Fluttershy climbed in.
Angel then snuggled up to his owner and felt the nice soft fur once again. Fluttershy wraps her wings around Angel as he falls back asleep. Fluttershy then kisses him on the fore head again, rested her chin into Angels fur and fell asleep as well.
