In this Wild West town in Equestria and outside it to be exact, Noteworthy was holding on to a firehose from a fire truck that they got from Earth as well as a crane too, while some of the Jackass crew; both human and Equestrian were watching him from out of harm's way

"I'm Noteworthy and just like what Dave England did in Jackass Number 2; I will attempt the Firehose Rodeo.....to the Max!," he told the readers and then turned towards the firefighters of the fire truck, "Crank it up!"

The men nodded and turned up the firehose to the max and soon, the hose started to blast water in a powerful rate that caused it to go wildly loose while Noteworthy was holding to it. The hose continued to spray wildly until the Earth Pony stallion's grip can no longer hold it and he let go, causing him to land on the ground, balls first

Everyone laughed and cheered at the stunt while Bam pointed at him whilst wheezing out of laughter, "Did you see how he slipped?", he asked them while pointing at Noteworthy

"Ow! Ow! Aah!", Noteworthy groaned and limped in pain, "Argh! My balls hurt so fucking bad!", everyone gathered around him and saw that he had a wound in his privates, "Hey, is it bleeding?"

"Oh jeez, it is bleeding", Bon Bon cringed

"Yeah, you are bleeding", Manny Puig told him

Ehren looked away, "Oh shit, that's gotta hurt"

"Oh, we have testicular bleeding. Another first from Jackass", Johnny announced which caused everyone to laugh in agreement

Noteworthy left in order to get treatment for his wounds after the stunt.
