The year 1030 became the year of the wedding... and the conclusion of a great alliance between Grover VI and Princess Flurry Heart.

The first years were full of euphoria... After all, by 1030 it became known that despite everyone considering it impossible... the two rulers had a child...

Only five years passed... However, after them... everyone began to understand that after the moment of euphoria and union, everything started to go far from the direction it should have...

Two continents that could not be friends suddenly had to become so... This only led to the fact that the union, which was supposed to make the relations between the two strongest powers allied... almost instantly... led to the fact that, over time, the blood union that was meant to unite the two countries to some extent... had only one thread left...

A decade later, between the Griffonian Empire and Equestria... only the marriage remained... and its consequences... a child... This was the last thing that somehow connected the peoples... and their relations could no longer be called allied... at best, they were neutral-tense...

Many griffins and ponies said from the very beginning that this union would not bring anything, in fact... except even more problems in the future... After all, many on both sides were even angered by the thought of "allied relations," but these were supposed to be real "blood relations"... and this made the blood of some boil...

The only thing no one could argue with was the fact that the marriage and the child born from it really were something that somehow connected the powers. It was impossible to argue with this... The two greatest and most legitimate rulers were connected by blood... and they showed the world this proof...

Someone was simply shocked by the very fact of what happened a decade ago... and someone boiled with rage...

Nevertheless, this child was the last, as was the marriage of Princess Flurry Heart and Emperor Grover VI, which directly united the ponies and griffins. Not just Equestria and the Empire... but in the most obvious way, it connected the ponies and the griffins.

The relationship between the two countries only worsened as the ponies increasingly realized the past, in which the Empire supported the Changelings... And with this, they could no longer consider themselves true allies. The Empire was already full of those who did not support such an alliance... however, bowing their heads before Grover... they still silently watched the developments, soon making it clear that there would be no wonderful friendship with Equestria...

You didn't have to be a genius to understand this... However, it seems that everyone simply wanted to close their eyes for almost a decade... close their ears and believe... understanding that with each passing year, a miracle would not happen...

But many... if not the majority of those who understood that a real alliance was impossible... simply could not understand... Those who did not follow all the political intrigues could not understand either... The ordinary villagers of the Empire could not understand... Almost all the aristocrats could not understand... Almost all the archons...

How could this even happen... How could a child be born? How can they be together? Why did all this happen... How could it come to this... Even decades later, waking up and living every day... many of them still do not believe that such a thing could happen... The Union and most importantly the child...

What is even more important now is that the world is entering the forties... completing the restoration. Equestria is still recovering, gaining strength and momentum... once again becoming the first of the first...

The Griffonian Empire is entering its fourth decade... It begins to face previously unseen problems... the trans-imperial mafia... After the reintegration of Wingbardia... the mafia as a phenomenon was persecuted there, but when the Beakolini regime fell... with the process of reintegration, the mafia, from being a phenomenon of one country, began to gain unprecedented momentum... Like a plague, absorbing new cities from large to small throughout the Empire...

The aristocrats became only new help to the mafia... Now, hundreds of new "Families" have appeared throughout the empire. And those that were previously the strongest in Wingbardy are now real monsters spreading throughout the empire to almost all major cities... Three of the largest mafia families...

Apart from the mafia, with the new turns of the empire's reintegration... and its final restoration by the beginning of the thirties... it became clear that national conflicts had died down for a very short time and would soon begin to arise with renewed vigor under the conditions of one empire... in previously unseen cruelty... Yes, for the most part, this does not concern the most well-controlled and largest regions of central, southwestern, and southern Griffonia... However, who knows where the worst could happen...

However, as the strongest country in Griffonia and at the same time the richest... the Empire's economy enters a new decade flourishing... and with each year the growth is getting better... although the years of greatest growth have passed. New shipyards and enterprises... banks that are growing and occupying the heights of the financial world... cities growing by leaps and bounds...

With the onset of the forties, the economy, along with a new dawn of mafia, corruption, and some regional national conflicts, began to slow down, and even experienced a short and small recession, later recovering...

Every griffin hopes that nothing terrible will happen to the economy...

In the east of the empire, where it comes into contact with the River Federation, unified by the middle of the twenties, relations between the two countries are the worst that can be imagined. But the main thing is the fact that both countries possess nuclear weapons.

The countries had already experienced a number of border conflicts in the thirties. And the crisis near the Coltubar almost led to a war between the countries in the winter of 1038, the incident made it clear that war could come at any moment, if only both sides made a wrong move.

The thinnest thread that connects the two worlds across an increasingly stormy ocean. A child, who is proof of the impossible, will have to face this world, as it reveals this decade... Parents will have to face this world once again... and the two greatest countries... together with two continents.

In the Zebrika, which became known to the world in the last decade as a huge oil treasury, more and more of its oil is spreading all over the world... Feeding the growing economies of Griffonia and Equestria, gaining momentum on two continents. With the crisis in the main Zebrikan police force, Hypogriffia, many of the so-called "oil dictatorships" are selling more and more oil every year and are getting more and more freedom for themselves.

So, our story unfolds among beautiful fields, snowy gardens, and small towns covered in snow. Among megalopolises, death, life. Pain, hope, fear, and hatred. Enjoy reading.
