Chapter 1: Prologue/The Rainbooms (Plus Princess Twilight, Starlight and Trixie, plus the two Spikes) get pranked!

In a scary looking forest resembling Camp Everfree, It is nighttime and bats are flying. In a scary looking tree in the forest, Sunset’s two demon claws emerge from the opening in the base and grab either side of the opening of the tree. Out pops the real Sunset Shimmer, who is the one wearing them!

“Gotcha! didn’t I? I love practical jokes. You never know when one's going to sneak up on you.” Sunset explained just as her clone appeared out of nowhere.

“Or who might be behind it.” the clone continued.

The real Sunset pulls off the Sunset Clone's latex mask revealing Sci-Twi from underneath. Sci-Twi pulls off the original Sunset’s mask revealing Fluttershy. Fluttershy grabs Sci-Twi by the ears and pulls her mask off revealing Rainbow Dash, who lifts her gloved hands over her head. Fluttershy is appalled by Rainbow's appearance as Rainbow grabs Fluttershy's head and pulls it off her body completely, making her headless. Rainbow screams and runs off. Sunset’s body struggles a bit as Sunset's own head pops back up.

“See what I mean? Here’s a story where me and my friends are about to do pranks on our friends, the Shadowbolts in a halloween party here in a haunted mansion, or so we thought… “

Canterlot High’s Halloween Party Hijinks (AKA: CHS’s Halloween Party Hijinks or Canterlot City’s Halloween Party Hijinks)

It all began one fall noon here in Canterlot High School and Sunset was ready for some lunch, opened up her packed lunch and smelled what she was having: Spaghetti.

“Mmm-mmm! Spaghetti.” She said but she was unaware that there’s actually gummy jelly worms. However, when she tried to eat it, she screamed in fear.

“AAAHHHH!!!!” Worms! YUCK!” Sunset screamed then made a disgusted face. Suddenly, Apple Bloom appeared, laughed and took a bite of the worms.

“They aren't real, Sunset. They're jelly worms.” Apple Bloom explained just as Sunset sees an envelope on her lid. she picks it up and looks at it suspiciously.

“Hmm… A note? I think I should read it…” she thought.

After lunch, Sci-Twi, Applejack and Fluttershy were about to exit their lockers when Sci-Twi realized that she forgot something…

“Oops. I forgot my science book.” Sci-Twi said as she went back to her locker, only to find that something was stuck to it.

“That's funny, something's stuck to it.” Sci-Twi said as she was about to touch it, until a fake spider with an envelope suddenly flew out of her locker and Sci-Twi fell on her back with the spider landing on her stomach.

“AGH! GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF! NO! NO!” Sci-Twi screamed in fear, thinking it’s real.

“Why? It's just a toy.” Fluttershy said as she picked up the toy spider and noticed the envelope, same like Sunset had.

“What’s this?” Sci-Twi asked as she looked at the note while Fluttershy was there looking at her note, looking very confused.

In the Canterlot High School soccer field, Rainbow Dash was practicing some soccer kicks with Applejack. Pinkie and dog Spike are cheering for them and Trixie was just there to watch them. After some soccer kicks, Rainbow and Applejack went to grab their book bags until they felt something… like cockroaches, until they thought it was real cockroaches!

“AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!” screamed Rainbow.

“Whoa, nelly!” Applejack yelled.

Suddenly, the notes just like the ones Sunset, Sci-Twi and Fluttershy got were there! Pinkie and Trixie looked confused at the notes.

“Okay, what’s going on?” Rainbow Dash said.

In the school building, Rarity was preparing for a fashion design, for an October fashion project and was about to grab her book until she saw a motion moving skeleton wearing her project!

“AAAHHH!” Who are you?” Rarity yelled to the moving skeleton wearing her upcoming unfinished dress. The skull deposits an envelope from its mouth and Rarity picks it up and shoots a suspicious glare around her surroundings.

Back in Equestria, Princess Twilight, Starlight and Spike were preparing for Nightmare Night activities in the School of Friendship.

“Okay, Starlight, do you have my notes for activities for the Nightmare Night party that’s happening on Nightmare Night?” Princess Twilight asked.

“Not yet, it’s in the castle.” Starlight says as she and Spike are about to go to the Castle of Friendship to get the notes but when she gets to Princess Twilight’s room, she realizes the notes have been placed with fake vomit!

“YIKES!!!!!!!” the duo screamed at seeing the vomit.

When Twilight heard their screams, she teleported to the room where Spike and Starlight were located.

“What is it? What’s going on?” She asked, looking scared as the duo pointed at the fake vomit, making Twilight look scared.

“EWWW!!!! Gross! My notes, they’re ruined!” she exclaimed, thinking that they’re ruined until the fake vomit has been revealed and the notes WEREN’T ruined.

“Or not.” Spike said.

Suddenly, Spike noticed the same envelopes here, the same ones the other members of the Rainbooms, including Trixie of Canterlot City had received.

“Huh? What’s this?” Spike said as he looked at the 3 envelopes.

“A note?” Twilight said.

“I don’t know who sent these notes, but it’s definitely one of those pranksters.” Starlight said.

“It could be Discord, or somepony or someone from Ponyville, Canterlot, the Crystal Empire, or the human world,” Twilight said.

“You know Discord wouldn’t do something like this.” Starlight said.

“Yeah… maybe I’m wrong.” Twilight said,

“Maybe we could write a note in the journal and tell Sunset, then go to the human world and meet up with Sunset. Maybe she knows what’s happening,” Starlight said.

“Great idea.” Spike said, as he grabbed the journal and wrote to Sunset about the mysterious note and the prankster, which Sunset replied saying she has the same notes too. With that, the three inhabitants went to Canterlot City through the mirror portal and met up with the other Rainbooms, including Trixie and dog Spike.

Chapter 7: Epilogue/Lesson

Back in the forest, Sunset explains why people should never do pranks in parties, including Halloween styled costume parties.

“And so, my friends, this concludes our Halloween story of how the prank war in the Costume party had come to an end. Our principals may have scolded us. We thought there was a ghost here, but I may be wrong. In fact, we all are, but we learned that there are better ways to have fun at a party rather than doing silly pranks.” she explained as she took off the two demon claws. “So, have a happy Halloween & Nightmare Night everyone!” She said as she and her friends walked off.

Chapter 2: Meeting up with the Shadowbolts

Somewhere outside Canterlot Mall, where the Rainbooms, Starlight, Trixie and Princess Twilight met up with Lemon Zest of the Shadowbolts from Crystal Prep and told her about the pranks they've encountered next to the entrance.

“So someone's scaring you guys with a few practical jokes. So what?” Lemon Zest said.

“So what?!” Rainbow yelled as she was retorted. “So, it's working. That's what.” she continued as she got frightened.

“It happened while we’re doing our own things.” Applejack said.

“I was planning to eat my Spaghetti until I found that they were replaced with realistic gummy jelly worms…” Sunset said.

“I was planning to get my science book until it was placed with a toy spider…” Sci-Twi continued.

And we were getting our stuff in our bookbags, until it was placed with fake cockroaches…” Rainbow explained.

“…and I was preparing my new fall dress for an October fashion project, until there was a skeleton wearing it…” Rarity explained.

“We were preparing for a special event back in Equestria, my notes were “ruined” by a fake vomit…” Starlight explained.

“…and the mystery joker left these notes telling us to meet her here.” Sunset said, as she and the other Rainbooms, Princess Twilight and Trixie are still holding the envelopes they've received.

“What makes you think it's a her? Maybe it's an it.” asked Lemon.

Suddenly from behind Lemon, 4 zombie arms suddenly appear from around the corner. Lemon doesn't notice, but the other girls do as they start to feel terrified.

“L-L-L-L-Lemon!” Sci-Twi stuttered, looking scared, as she saw the zombie arms.

“Th-th-there’s someone behind you…!” Rarity said.

“Girls, calm down.” Lemon said. “You're acting like you just saw…” Suddenly, the zombie arms grabs Lemon from around the neck and pulls her around the corner “MONSTER!!!” she yelled.

The girls gasped in shock and in horror until they saw Lemon coming out from around the corner, laughing.

“Wow! You guys should have seen the looks on your faces.” Lemon said.

The girls were not amused by this and demanded some answers from Lemon about what that was about.

“Okay, what in the world is goin’ on here?” Applejack asked.

“What's this all about?” Sci-Twi asked.

The Zombie hands were revealed to be the remaining members of the Shadowbolts. Indigo Zap, Sugarcoat, Sour Sweet and Sunny Flare were the ones wearing the Zombie hands.

“It’s about my party, silly.” Indigo said.

“Oooh! A party! I can’t wait!” Pinkie squealed.

“What party?” asked Fluttershy.

“The scary costume party I'm having and the theme is horror movies.” Indigo explained as she held a Blu-Ray disc in her hand.

“The Shining?” Rainbow said. “Cool.”

“And it’s gonna be shown at the party!” Sunny Flare said.

“After all, it is a classic film and my parents have watched it since they were teens.” Indigo explained. “After what you did to me on April Fools' Day, you girls are going to be my extra special guests.”

In a flashback, Indigo was at the Canterlot City Library and reading a book on Dracula. She looks up to see a bat on a stick hanging from it, flapping in front of her. When she saw it, she screamed.

“Aagh!” screamed Indigo as she fell to the ground.

Suddenly, the librarian heard this and sushed her; “Shhhh!”

“But, but…” complained Indigo as she was trying to explain.

It revealed that the bat was being hung by The Rainbooms, Trixie and Starlight who were hiding behind a bookshelf.

“She sounds like a motorboat.” Rainbow said as the others started laughing, while Indigo gritted her teeth in defeat.

“Extra special guests, huh? Cool. So, where is this party?” asked Rainbow.

“Canterlot Manor. My family bought it to make it into an antique museum.” Indigo explained.

When the others heard about the venue of the party, the girls felt scared.

“Canterlot Manor? Hasn't that place been empty for over 50 years?” asked Sunset, looking nervous.

“I know. No one has ever walked into that place ever since.” Sci-Twi said.

“Yeah. Isn't it supposed to be, um... you know…” asked Fluttershy, nervously.

“Haunted? That's why it's perfect for a Halloween costume party.” Indigo replied. “Well, you don't have to come if you're so afraid.” she taunts.

“Really? We're not afraid of anything, right girls?” Applejack asked.

The Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Starlight and Trixie denied it, sarcastically speaking that they’re not actually afraid of everything.

“Oh, come on Indigo.” Rainbow said.

“Who are you talking to?” Princess Twilight asked.

“We're girls!” Sci-Twi replied.

Just then the other Shadowbolts made an attempt to scare at the Rainbooms, including Princess Twilight, causing them to scream. “Oh yeah? We'll see about that!” Indigo dared.

“See you at the party tonight…” Sour Sweet said softly then made a menacing tone. “If you ever enjoy it….”

The Shadowbolts walk away together, laughing wickedly at each other as the girls watch them.

“The older I get, the more I think that there's nothing scarier than these Shadowbolts.” Trixie said.

“You got that right.” Starlight replied.

Chapter 3: Planning the Best Prank For The Party

Somewhere in Canterlot Manor, where a couple of workmen are making some repairs to the house, while the Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Starlight and Trixie watch from behind the entrance gate, figuring out a plan.

“If the girls can scare us that bad at school, how are we gonna make it through their party?” Sci-Twi asked.

“Yeah, how can we?” Rarity asked.

“We won't... Unless we beat them to the scare.” Sunset said.

“How?” Fluttershy asked.

“Easy, we know some horror movies better than anyone. We can come up with something 10 times scarier than they can.” Applejack said.

“Yeah, like “Paranormal Activity”. Rainbow Dash said.

“Or “An American Werewolf In London”. Fluttershy replied.

“Even “Michael Jackson’s Thriller!” Pinkie said.

“How about something really scary? For example, James Gunn’s “Slither”” Sunset asked.

In a fantasy sequence, inspired by the horror movie, “Slither”, where The Shadowbolts walk into a dark and old house up to Sunset looking very normal, unaware that there’s a parasite, similar to the one in “Slither” was controlling her.

“Sunset, is that you?” Indigo asked, looking nervous.

“Why are you standing here? Why do you want to meet us here?” Lemon asked, nervously.

“I hope it’s not one of your friends’ silly pranks…” Sugarcoat said worriedly.

“Come on, Sunset, Spit it out!” Sunny said, looking scared.

Suddenly, Sunset revealed herself, revealing to be a grotesque, tentacled monstrosity, scaring the Shadowbolts. She roared as she prepared to eat them.

“Oh! That’s not Sunset, that’s…” Sour exclaimed as she saw the transformed Sunset.

“A PARASITE THAT’S CONTROLLING HER!” the Shadowbolts cried. “AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!”

Sunset got so startled by the Shadowbolts' screams that she falls back and through the floor landing with a painful crash.

“Ow…” Sunset groaned.

Back in reality, the other Rainbooms rejected the idea, thinking that it’s too horrific… But Fluttershy suggested something even scarier.

“Nah, Larry Cohen’s “The Stuff” is scarier.” Fluttershy said.

In another fantasy, similar to another scene from “The Stuff” The Shadowbolts encounter the Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Trixie and Starlight were just standing in the haunted house in nothingness until the Shadowbolts appear, looking scared.

“Hey, girls…” Sour said, looking nervous.

“What do you have on your hands?” Sunny asked as she looked at the cup and read it saying “The Stuff”, noticing that “The Stuff” is actually a dangerous dessert, just before Sunny and the rest of the Shadowbolts gasped in fear. Suddenly, the Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Trixie and Starlight turn their faces and reveal themselves as zombies, which causes the Shadowbolts to run in fear.

“STUFF ZOMBIES!” the Shadowbolts cried. “AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!”

But actually, the Stuff Zombies are actually body doubles of the Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Trixie and Starlight wearing latex masks that resemble the real Rainbooms and the gang.

“We did it!” Pinkie cheered to her body double as the gang high-fives their body doubles on a job well done.

“It’s perfect!” Pinkie exclaimed. “All we need is fake body doubles, a substance that resembles The Stuff and—” She said as she tried to continue, which made the other girls unimpressed by Fluttershy’s idea.

“Oh… on second thought…” Pinkie said sadly as she was about to continue.

“What about a “Terminator” from the “The Terminator” series?” Rarity asked.

“I thought you didn't like “Terminator”. Trixie said, confused.

“Oh, whatever.” Rarity replied.

In a fantasy setting of “The Terminator”, the Shadowbolts were cowering for their lives as they ran from the Terminator.

“It’s the TERMINATOR! AAAHHH! RUN!!!!!” Indigo cried out.

The Shadowbolts run down the road lane screaming as they are chased by what appears to be The Terminator riding on his motorcycle, making creepy moaning noises and flapping the sleeves of his jacket around. The Shadowbolts run around through a bridge-tunnel as all of the equipment collapses to the ground. It's revealed that Rarity was wearing the Terminator costume from underneath and Princess Twilight as the feet, riding a two-person motorcycle.

“Where have you learned to be a Terminator-girl? And how are you supposed to act like Arnold Shwartzeneger?” Princess Twilight asked.

“Me? I’m a MALE! The Terminator is supposed to be a male.” Rarity said.

“No, no, no. This is what we do.” Starlight said.

“Gather around everyone.” Princess Twilight instructed.

The girls all huddle up together and Starlight whispers their real plan to them, which makes all of the girls, including the two Spikes together, look very impressed at Starlight’s plan for an ultimate prank.

“Man, that is good.” Sunset said, looking impressed.

“I’m with Starlight with that plan!” Sci-Twi said.

“Maybe this party won’t be so bad after all.” dog Spike said.

“You got that right.” Equestria Spike agreed, as the girls left the Manor.

Meanwhile, inside Canterlot Manor, the Shadowbolts were preparing for the ultimate prank that they have prepared for some time now. In the style of The Shining and Slither, Indigo opens the cabinet doors to reveal a large realistic hologram projector.

“Is everything ready?” Sugarcoat asked.

“Everything’s ready!” Lemon Zest cheered.

“System’s all green!” Sunny Flare confirms.

“This is gonna be a great one, we’ll be ready to prank those girls in no time!” Sour said.

“Good! Then turn off the lights.” Indigo said.

As Lemon does so, Indigo turns on the projector that starts to show the two girls from The Shining. Indigo pushes a button and shows a hologram of a scene of blood pouring down from the elevator. Then, she plays another hologram scene from Slither, where a huge version of Starla explodes. Lemon gasps quietly in amazement and turns the lights back on.

“How in the world did you do that?” Sunny asked.

“Oh, it was just easy. I just found some holograms online, then inserted the Shining program including the Slither program on the futuristic-realistic hologram projector that Sugarcoat and I invented.” Indigo explained. “Cool, huh?”

“Are we gonna give them GOOSEBUMPS!” Lemon cheered.

Suddenly, the lights to the room turn off by themselves leaving Lemon confused.

“Hey, don’t do that!” Sour panicked.

“I didn’t!” Indigo yelled.

“Then who turned off the lights?” asked Sunny, confused.

Everyone looked at Sugarcoat, thinking that she did it. In reality, she didn’t do anything.

“What are you looking at? I didn’t do it.” she admitted. Suddenly, the lights went back on, leaving the Shadowbolts confused, thinking the lights needed fixing.

“Come on, girls. I’d better tell Dad that the lights in this room need fixing, and we need to get dressed.” Indigo instructed as they all headed back to Indigo’s house to dress up for the party.

At Applejack’s house, where the girls are about to practicing their prank in Applejack's garage; Fluttershy's wearing a jack-o-lantern over her head and pincer-claws over her hands; The two Spikes making growling noises through a megaphone and Trixie's shining a flashlight from behind Fluttershy.

“Well, everything’s ready!” Trixie said. “What do you think?”

“Girls, I think we're gonna give them GOOSEBUMPS!!!!” Sunset said in confidence.

“You got that right!” Rainbow cheered. “This party is gonna be awesome!!!!”

“That’s right! It’ll be one of the best practical jokes in the history of the world!” Applejack replied.

“Man, I'm gonna be the best practical joke in history!” Fluttershy said.

“Enough chatter, girls. We need to get ready and we need to look fabulous!” Rarity informed them.

“You got that right, Rarity.” agreed Sunset. “Just after one more practice and one more plan.”

Chapter 4: At The Party

Later that evening at Canterlot Manor, the Halloween Costume party was happening and everyone was really excited. Everyone in Canterlot High School were wearing different costumes of all sorts (some Halloween themed, some based on their favorite cartoons & anime and all sorts of things). Some of them dressed up as Sunset’s demon form, Midnight Sparkle, Gaia Everfree and Juniper’s monster form. Weird techno-rave rock music is playing in the background. For the Shadowbolts, they were dressed up as the Mew Mews from “Tokyo Mew Mew” / ”Mew Mew Power”. Indigo was dressed up as Mew Ichigo/Mew Zoey, Lemon was dressed up as Mew Pudding/Mew Kikki, Sunny was dressed up as Mew Mint/Mew Corina, Sour was dressed up as Mew Lettuce/Mew Bridget and Sugarcoat was dressed up as Mew Zakuro/Mew Renée. Lemon was jamming to the beat of the music and was very pumped up for the party.

“So, when are we gonna scare them?” asked Sunny.

“I wanna prank those girls at this party so badly!” Sour said in a tough manner.

“Later. We’ll prank them After the movie’s over.” Indigo replied.

“Good! Cause’ I like this rockin’ beat at this party! I wanna groove it all night long!” Lemon said.

“Let’s just start the film already for everyone.” Sugarcoat replied.

And so, the Shadowbolts gave each other high fives for their upcoming prank plan. Several moments later, in another room in Canterlot manor where the film is ready to be played, Indigo uses a mallet to bang against two large skull heads and a small one hanging from a hanger to give the guests some attention.

“Everyone, please take your seats.” instructed Indigo to the guests, as the guests took their seats. “And may I introduce you to this film, starring Jack Nicholson, the Shining.” She announced as she played it.

“Thanks for coming, Mr. Canter Zoom. I know this is gonna be a fun movie night.” Indigo whispered.

“Indigo, I think so, too.” he replied.

Meanwhile, the other Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie, Sunset, Rainbow Dash, Applejack & Fluttershy, along with Starlight, Trixie and the two Spikes who are wearing their costumes, The Rainbooms & Princess Twilight dressed up in their Power Ponies uniforms/costumes from “Movie Magic”, Sunset as Mane-Iac, The two Spikes as Humdrum, Starlight as Princess Morbucks from Powerpuff Girls Z and Trixie as Laverna from Barbie Fairytopia.

“Man, it’s too crowded. We can't find any place to set up the scare.” Rainbow Dash said, annoyed.

“Yeah, how are we gonna find the perfect place to set up the prank?” asked Applejack.

“I found the perfect spot: The upstairs library!” Sunset answered. “Go on up.”

“Yeah!” Rainbow, Starlight, Rarity, Trixie and Applejack exclaimed as they gave each other high fives, then they proceeded to head up to the upstairs library.

“Hey, where’s Fluttershy?” Sci-Twi asked, noticing that Fluttershy’s not here.

“It’s not like her to be late.” Princess Twilight replied.

“We thought she was with you.” Starlight said.

“Same here, she’s here already.” Rarity said.

“Yeah, we’ll set up the prank. Just act normal.” Trixie replied, as the others walked away to set up the prank.

“Got it.” Sunset said, as she grabs a drink, until someone, who looks to be a teen, appears wearing a white sheet around his/her body and a similar jack-o-lantern over the head, like Fluttershy, walks over to Sunset, Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie and the two Spikes.

“Oh, there’s Fluttershy! Hey, Fluttershy, OVER HERE!” Pinkie cried.

“Fluttershy, where have you been? The girls are upstairs in the library.” Sci-Twi said. Unfortunately, “Fluttershy” doesn’t respond to the other girls and just looks at the fruit punch bowl.

“Why are you being so silent lately?” asked Princess Twilight in concern.

“Oh, you can get a drink later, just get going!” Sunset ordered, as “Fluttershy” obeyed.

“Something fishy is going on with Fluttershy lately…” dog Spike said.

“Yeah, she’s very talkative in this world, just like the Fluttershy in my world.” agreed Equestria Spike.

Then, Sunset's just about to get a drink of punch with Pinkie, Sci-Twi, & Princess Twilight until a voice appears.

“Sunset, Pinkie, Twilights!?” Indigo asked.

Sunset, Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi and Pinkie drop their cups in the punch bowl, startled alongside the two dogs. The Shadowbolts are standing nearby, looking very concerned.

“You're going to miss the movie.” Indigo replied.

“Oh.. hey girls…” Sci-Twi said.

“How’s the party? Before we could see the movie, Sunset had something to tell you…” Princess Twilight asked.

“I-I-I was looking for you.” Sunset said, acting nervous.

“What for?” Indigo asked.

“Um... I heard a weird noise upstairs.” Sunset said.

“You did? Where?” asked Indigo.

“In the library. Come on, I'll show you.” Sunset instructed.

“Just follow Sunset!” Pinkie said.

“Girls, they’re gonna walk right into our prank. It's too perfect!” Indigo whispered to her friends.

“I can’t wait!” Lemon whispered excitedly.

“And if they react to our prank, they’ll be traumatized by it..” Sunny whispered in hope.

“They’ll be sorry if they don’t come back to Canterlot Manor.” Sour whispered with an evil grin.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah.” Sugarcoat said. “Come on, let’s just follow them.”

As the Shadowbolts followed Sunset, Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie along with the two Spikes, the movie was still playing as the viewers of the film were shocked and horrified at seeing the scariest scenes in The Shining. Some viewers covered their eyes and braced themselves, but the Shadowbolts and the Rainbooms are unaware that Canterlot Manor has a haunting secret… thanks to “Fluttershy”.

Chapter 5: Prank Gone Wrong / The real Fluttershy arrives

When Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie, Sunset & the two Spikes arrived with the Shadowbolts to prepare for the prank at the upstairs library, Sunset closed the door and said; “I'm sure it was in here.”

“Yeah! This sound is getting louder.” Pinkie said.

Suddenly, Lemon turned off the lights, leaving Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie, Sunset and the two Spikes confused at what’s going on, only to find that the projector in the cabinet is missing!

“Uh… what just happened here?” Equestria Spike asked.

“Yeah, why are the lights just out?” dog Spike asked.

“Indigo, what are you waiting for?!” Sour whispered, feeling rushed.

“I can’t find it!” Indigo exclaimed as she was looking at the cabinet.

“What do you mean you can’t find it?” Sunny asked.

“Something doesn’t feel right…” Lemon said.

“Like I said, "I'm sure it was in here!" Sunset said.

“Besides, it’s coming at us!” Sci-Twi said.

“…and the noise is getting louder and louder!” Princess Twilight continued.

Then, the Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin-headed figure that looked exactly like the one Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie, Sunset and the two Spikes saw earlier suddenly comes floating into the room. The Shadowbolts gasp at this unusual sight. As the figure floats closer to them, it vanishes in a cloud of dust. Princess Twilight, Sci-Twi, Pinkie and Sunset chuckles as the Shadowbolts run out of the room screaming.

“Pretty cool prank, huh?” asked Sunset.

“Were you scared?” Sci-Twi asked.

“Boy, those Crystal Prep Shadowbolt girls are REALLY scared!” Pinkie laughed.

“REALLY, REALLY scared…” Princess Twilight replied.

“That was MEAN!” Indigo cried.

“VERY MEAN!” Sour yelled.

“AND I MEAN, VERY VERY, MEAN!” Lemon complained.

“Yeah! And worse than that, you girls stole our prank!” Sunny complained.

“You should NEVER steal another person’s prank!” Sugarcoat complained.

“What? No, we didn't.” Sunset said.

“We would never steal a prank!” Sci-Twi said.

“We NEVER did, honest!” Princess Twilight said.

“Come on, we never stole your prank!” Pinkie said. “Did we…?”

“Girls, did you steal the Shadowbolts’ prank?” asked Sunset, until there was no response. “Fluttershy? Rainbow? Rarity? Starlight? Trixie? Applejack?”

“Where are you…?” Sci-Twi asked.

“Girls, where are you?” Princess Twilight asked.

“Fluttershy, Rainbow, Rarity, Starlight, Trixie, Applejack, where are you?” Pinkie asked as she started looking for them, until Rainbow, Starlight, Rarity, Trixie and Applejack came out from another room across from them.

“Hey, girls!” Rarity said as she and came out of the room.

“Here we are!” Rainbow said, then she whispered to Sunset and the others; and said: “We have to get them to go in the playroom.”

“It was the only way to set up our prank.” Applejack whispered too.

“Yeah. The library was locked. We set up in the playroom.” Starlight whispered.

“We had no other choice but to set up in the playroom.” Trixie responded.

“The girls have a point. We had to do it in the playroom, to set up our prank.” Rarity explained.

“Locked?” Princess Twilight asked.

“What? What do you mean, “The library was locked”? Sci-Twi said.

“What are you talking about? It’s not locked, it worked perfectly.” Sunset said, being honest.

“Yeah, the library wasn’t locked and the prank worked perfectly. Boy, those Shadowbolts are so scared!” Pinkie exclaimed.

“We didn't do it.” Applejack said.

“Applejack has a point.” agreed Starlight.

“Besides, there's a bunch of cool props over there.” Trixie said.

“Also, a neat large realistic hologram futuristic projector, too.” Rainbow said, as she pointed to the objects in the room.

The Shadowbolts saw the projector and the props, looking confused, that they found their props and thought that one of them had put them in there.

“Uh… Did you put them in there?” asked Indigo to her friends.

The Shadowbolts who looked confused shook their heads no, were telling the truth. They never put their things in the other room.

“Something about this house doesn’t feel right.” Equestria Spike said.

“Yeah… this house is more than just empty. It feels like this house has been possessed.” dog Spike replied.

Suddenly, The jack-o-lantern teen comes up from inside the prank-room, making the rest of the other Rainbooms and Shadowbolts look very confused.

“Okay, Fluttershy. What’s going on?” Sunset asked to the jack-o-lantern teen, looking annoyed,

“You mind telling us what the heck is going on?” Sci-Twi asked, looking annoyed,

“Why did you pick a different room for our prank, while our prank was supposed to be at the library?” Princess Twilight asked, looking annoyed.

“Besides, why are you so silent lately? You’re sometimes talkative when you’re with your friends, but you, being silent?” Asked Pinkie.

But at that moment, the real Fluttershy, who arrived, comes hurrying up wearing a Power Pony costume she got from “Movie Magic” and was carrying a muscular monster ripped, tattered full bodied version of the Power Pony costume, panting.

“Sorry I’m late, girls. But I walked into the refrigerator and broke my pumpkin.” Fluttershy said. “Can I be my Power Pony persona who loses her temper and transforms into a huge, super-strong monster girl, instead?” she asked.

“What? There’s two Fluttershys?” Pinkie asked. “But, how?”

“There can’t be two Fluttershy’s in this world.” Princess Twilight said.

“No, there aren’t…” Sci-Twi replied

“Fluttershy… If you just got here…” Sunset said as she and the others started to get frightened… “Then... who is...?” She asked as she and the others saw the hooded figure who they think is their friend.

Suddenly, the Rainbooms, the Shadowbolts and the two Spikes finally realized that the Jack-O-Lantern-wearing teen doesn't have any legs, meaning it's... AN ACTUAL GHOST!!!

“Oh my goodness… it’s…” Equestria Spike said in fear.

“An actual GHOST!” dog Spike exclaimed.

When the others saw the ghost All the teens rushed downstairs and were screaming in horror, similar to that of Scooby-Doo and Ghostbusters, running away for their lives to brace themselves from the haunting creature as they rushed over to the adults to explain what happened.

Chapter 6: The Moral and Lesson of Pulling Pranks

Somewhere downstairs in the main hall, the rainbooms and the Shadowbolts were still screaming in fear and rushed over to Principals Celestia, Vice Principal Luna and Principal Cadance who were dressed as Princesses, including Canter Zoom.

“A REAL LIVE GHOST!! UPSTAIRS!!” cried Indigo in fear.

The Principals looked very serious and stern at what the girls saw thinking that the girls were doing their pranks here.

“Girls, this isn't the time or place for your silly pranks.” said Principal Cadence in disbelief.

“Yeah, This is never the time or place here!” Vice Principal Luna said.

“It’s not a prank, ma’am!” Sunset said, honestly.

“Really, it’s not a prank!” agreed Sci-Twi.

“No, We were upstairs pulling a prank on the Shadowbolts…” Rainbow explained about what happened.

“...and we were pulling a prank on the Rainbooms and their friends…” Lemon continued.

“Girls, what have I told you about…” Celestia said.

Meanwhile in the attic, a mother and father ghost are talking to their son ghost, having removed his jack-o-lantern disguise.

“...playing pranks on people?” the ghost father asked as the son gave back the pumpkin to him.

“That it's mean-spirited and it always comes back to haunt you.” the ghost boy answered.

“Because when pranks get out of hand, someone could get hurt and their feelings are sure to get hurt.” The ghost father explained.

“The girl with the green wig who wears the orange necklace with the sun (Sunset), including her twin friends (Princess Twilight & Sci-Twi) and the pink haired girl (Pinkie) asked me to help them. Besides, I just wanted to go to the party.” The ghost boy said.

“There are better ways to have fun.” The Ghost father explained as the Rainbooms (plus Princess Twilight, Trixie, Starlight and the two Spikes) and the Shadowbolts apologize to the principals and Canter Zoom

“We’re sorry. Principal Cadence.” Indigo said.

“I’m sorry too.” Sunny said.

“I’m sure this won’t happen again.” Lemon said.

“Same here.” Sugarcoat said.

“I owe you an apology too.” Sour said.

“We’re very sorry. Principal Celestia & Vice Principal Luna.” Sunset apologized.

“I’m sure we won’t do pranks again. Honest.” promised Applejack.

“We’ll never prank those girls EVER again.” Rainbow said.

“Besides, we won’t hurt anyone’s feelings again.” Rarity said.

“EVER again.” Fluttershy replied.

“I promise not to pull a prank on someone ever again and never make it out of control!” Pinkie said.

“Same here.” Sci-Twi said.

“I’m with her.” Princess Twilight said.

“I hate to say this, but I’m sticking with the girls. I apologize.” Starlight said.

“But there really was a gho---.” Indigo continued as she got interrupted.

“No more. Go have fun.” Principal Celestia said, as the girls all walk off together.

“Man, am I ever done with pranks. I don't care how much you prank me.” Indigo said to Sunset.

“Yeah, glad we learned a lesson ourselves, thanks to our Principals.” Sunset said.

“I'm not pranking anyone, ever.” Applejack said.

“EVER, EVER?” The girls asked.

“Yup.” Applejack responded.

Meanwhile, Flash Sentry (who is dressed up as Kai from Ninjago) and Wallflower Blush (who is dressed up as Betsy Bubblegum from Yummi-Land), walks up to the Ghost boy and his family who are standing at the buffet, looking very impressed at their costumes.

“Hey, cool costume.” Flash said, looking impressed.

“It looks too thrilling.” said Wallflower.

“Thanks. Yours is cool, too.” replies the ghost boy.

“Thanks.” Flash replied.

“Thanks.” Wallflower replied as the two walked away.

Just as the 2 humans walked away, the ghost boy pointed at his father, that he's floating too high, almost exposing his identity.
“Oops!” said the Ghost Father, almost accidentally exposing his true identity as he floats back down to ground shielding his invisible legs. He puts an arm around her son and winks at him.

With that, everything was back to the way it was. Everyone was having a good time at the party, dancing, watching the Shining and having a great Halloween everyone has ever had. Most of all the Rainbooms and The Shadowbolts have learned a valuable lesson; “You should never pull pranks on a party, cause’ these pranks can get out of control and someone’s feelings can get hurt, but there are better ways to have fun at the party (not by pranking guests, but by hanging out and socializing with them).
