For years, Note Worthy was one of the brightest and best voices in all of Equestria. Her speeches were second to none, her performances at concerts brought yaks to tears, and her quiet, comforting whispering in the darkest hours soothed ponies at night when they couldn't sleep.

Less than a month ago, something truly horrible befell her, and she lost the ability to vocalize. No talking, no singing, no whispering, not even the ability to emote. At the depths of her despair, a pair of friends stopped by and offered her a path forward, which she took. Since then, she has become an accomplished writer, finding that losing her ability to talk didn't limit her ability to communicate with the ponies of the land.

As the cooler months of the year approach, she's ready to leave her home behind and take on new challenges. There's just one last friend who needs to say goodbye before she can set off on her new adventures.
