Pinkie's friends throw her an impromptu surprise party after her family abruptly decides not to visit her on her special day. Though she's despondent over her parents' snubbing, she tries her best to put her sadness away for a fun-filled time. However when she makes an unserious birthday wish for a party that won't end she ends up trapped in a nightmare scenario embodying the worst of both worlds.
