Bolide Hex, a powerful unicron from Canterlot, finds out that a new sickness has occurred in ponyville. They dont really care at first. But when Queen Celestia, and her trusted sister Queen Luna, orders a massive quarantine, they immediately start to look into this whole thing more, hoping to get a solution or atleast answers for this whole mess.
