When her cousin, Sky Dancer comes to Ponyville, Melody decides to take him to her family’s corn maze for Nightmare Night, but Sky isn’t really comfortable with going into the corn maze.

And after they come back from the corn maze Melody reveals the reason why she stopped singing after her dad left.
