What If...Twilight Didn't Accept Tirek's Trade?
What if, instead of doing the heroic thing and agreeing to Tirek's demands to free her friends, Twilight instead listened to her friends and refused to give him all the alicorn magic in Equestria?
They say only fools are heroes since one never knows when a bad guy might come along and offer a sadistic choice. We all know in the main (or mane, I should say) timeline, Twilight gave into Tirek's demands and unlocked the Rainbow Power that banished Tirek back into the fiery pits of Tartarus and restored all the magic of Equestria. But what if, knowing how much magic she has inside of her and with the insistence of her friends, she instead refused Tirek's offer?
