//-------------------------------------------------------// Luna Finds Earth, RGRE -by Star Dawn- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// First contact //-------------------------------------------------------// First contact Luna could tell that this dream was very different. As this dream, instead of the source coming from her ponies, or other races of Equis. It revolved around a hairless ape, and the reality that was far different to her than anything she had known. Buildings that stretched to the skies, carriages that moved like lightning. Swords that sounded like thunder, but shot faster than the eye could see. The victim of it would normally result to an instant death, or be severely hospitalized if thou had the luxary of hospitalization. A world filled with the horrors of war, crime, and deceit. Similar to her own but vastly different. The stallions or...men, were none less shocking as the rest of what she had discovered, they were not weak in this world but were deemed equals, if not superior to Mares, or in their words, women. However as she gazed at the memories of this, Bipedal ape. or, this human as they Identified themselves as...a strange, however fitting name it may be..... she was startled as the area shifted. However, before she could get a good grasp on who the...human was...she found herself in a strange room. One of those buildings that stood almost as tall as the tallest trees in Equiss, very small in comparison to...Earth? that's what they call the planet. I saw a blue humanoid being and froze as I was dreaming. I do not normally dream is one thing, I realized I was dreaming, and nothing I had ever seen before was the cause of said realization, seemed to freeze everything around me. While we stood on the carpet, in my mindscape, I spoke what came to my mind, before I could truly stop myself, "You are....not in my dreams." I muttered, confusion laced in my voice as I stared at her She looked at me in confusion as well. The words continued to flow out of my mouth. "I er...Never seen...no...you are not from here..." While I was speaking, I looked at her, I could not recognize her from anything. I regretted not researching more on mythologies. A being like her, I hadn't seen or read about. So it would make sense why I was so confused about all of this "We art Princess Luna." she introduced, we hail from the planet Equiss, Co-ruler of Equestria, and Ruler of the night, she bent her left knee and reached out her hand to grab my palm and gently kiss it making me extremely confused, this was an alien? wait did she just kiss my palm like...wait...SHE IS AN ALIEN! I paid the strange greeting no mind as the fact that an alien royal was visiting me, and really kissed my palm like a man normally did to a girl in the medieval days. This has to be one of the weirdest days in my life, as I sat down slowly processing everything. "Uh hi..." I waved sheepishly with my other hand as she let go of my palm, and stood up, "I am not used to being in royal presence so forgive me for disrespect, "I am Aaron, prince of my house, as my mother is the queen of my house, I am a dining associate of the elderly, and er...I still am in school, 25 years of age." "Facinating," Luna said her lips stretching into a smile, that looked... very good. "Well met, Aaron, the human Prince of thine house." she said in amusement, "Thou sense of humor matches thine looks humorous as thou art pretty." "Normally on Earth, that is what men call women." I said with chuckle, my cheeks slightly red, something Luna found adorable. " "But I have so many questions..." "As do we." Luna agreed, the smile never leaving her face. Luna smile left her face as the human explained to her the world he is from, truly a dark and unforgiving place to be originated, and an unhealthy place to live in. Earth was a cruel and Evil, a lot of stuff of what he had explained, matched up what she had seen in his mindscape, but when he was explaining it in good detail, it made more sense. "We see," Luna said with a small frown forming upon her muzzle. "so it would be wise not to make contact with Earth." The human...Aaron...nodded his head. "Yes, that would seem so...Earth is just not ready to meet your kind yet, it would cause panic, confusion, and chaos." he said slowly and carefully Luna looked at him, truly looked at him and slowly nodded her head, "Thou seem to be the better of thine, species, " she praised slightly, "Thou do not act like what thine have described, we assume not all humans art as bad as thou perceived." "Of course not." Aaron said with a shake of his head, "Not everyone was born, so I can't properly judge them based upon actions alone. However as you had said there are good people in the earth much like my own..." he shook his head, with a smile, "when it comes to humans, try to think in a 50-50 perspective." "Thou art very wise...for a male." she agreed with a small smirk, "If only Our stallions were like thine men on thou planet." Wait *Stallions?* I stared at her in confusion, before actually taking in her form, she had a horn, that was very similar to a uniform, a beautiful navy blue sleeveless dress that had streaks of silver down her sides, going all the way down to her knees, showing a bit of her toned legs, which were also dark blue, as she wore silver beautiful sandles, her hair was like galaxies, actually like galaxies, was she some sort of goddess or something? it was tied into a pony tai, her wings she actually had wings protruding from her back. It was beautiful as it was intimidating... "Wait race did you say you were?" I asked hesistantly "Oh our apologies, " Luna's smirk shifted back into a smile, "We art called Alicorns...a mix of all three of the pony races of our kind, Pegasus, Earth Ponies, and unicorns, we art different from all the others, we art immortal, and our power allows us to control the night, it is my cutie mark as well as my job." "I see..." My face paled slightly at the realization that I was speaking to a immortal goddess, frankly speaking, I only recognize and bow to one God, however, I know how gods and goddesses from mythologies act, and if this was any different. Luna frowned, as she sensed the sudden shift of demeanor in my body, "Art thou alright?" she asked "Normally god's and goddesses are not precieved in a good light when it comes to the stories." I replied with a nervous smile. "Thou needs not to worry about such things." Luna reassured, "We do not precieive ourselves as a goddess, that title belongs soley to our mother, whom created all things." "Your mother, wait...wait wait." I said rubbing my head slowly, everything coming back to me, her manners, how she carried herself, where she greeted me, her hints about her own culture back on her planet....Equisss...Men...or...*Stallions.* It was strange that they have the same identity as horses back at home, which made me realize something.... Medieval langauge...where she is from, men are women, and women is men...." I almost laughed at that, but...it would make sense to everything.... So that would mean, that their own percieption as god would be a woman, or maybe, he did appear as a woman on their planet. I sat down to process everything, "Art thou alright?" She asked concerned... "yes...just need to process everything..." I admitted.... "Thou needst, to rest.." Luna said gently, "If it is too much for you..." "I am fine." I said with a sigh, "I am fine, it's not everyday you meet an alien from a different world..." "We understand, we too art facing the same ordeal..." Luna said sitting down next to me, "This is exactly how we perceived meeting an alien race should be, but never did we imagine it to be." I nodded, looking out to the skies of my mindscape, "Same...I'd always thought science would find life first, but it found us, and out of all the humans you found me." "Oh, should thou not be flattered?" Princess Luna teased, causing me to chuckle, "But thou art right, it was merely a coincidence as thou were the first human we had seen mentally." I smiled a bit as she nudged my shoulder, "We have an offer Aaron, the human." Luna said gazing at me with a small smirk. I recognized that smirk slightly, the smirk was that of a guy who was about to make a move on a girl...I swallowed nervously, "Yes?" "Should humanity ever make contact with us, we will suggest we send you as a bridge between worlds, but should we accept that offer, thou will need to come to our planet when they do, if so, We wish to take thou to one of Equestria's finest resturants." There was silence for a moment, "Are you asking me out Princess?" I asked with a small grin forming on my face. "We do not normally do this so consider thouself lucky." Luna said with a huff, but she had a smile on her face. I tilted my head at her, slightly nervous as women never really ask me out like that; muchless by a royal alien, but..."Alright then Princess..." I said with a slow smile forming on my face. I turned my head to look at her. " You got yourself a deal." Author's Note Hey everyone sorry about everything, I had personal business I had to attend to, but I am back. I hope you have room for one more story. I did anthro because I wanted it to take a more alien turn and a more natural humanoid form for an alien. I may do regular pony form for my next story, hope you like it, take care. //-------------------------------------------------------// cautious //-------------------------------------------------------// cautious I slowly awoke, from my dream, seconds later it changed to a jolt of surprise.. As I glanced around my mother's house. I realized something, it was ...a dream. It was a dream. It was just... A dream Frankily I never remember my dreams but still, this was incredibly disappointing, as I got up, I did my morning routine, I got up, I danced for cardio, I shared it on youtube, on my youtube channel, before turning off my channel, before I made breakfast, while breakfast was cooking, I did 100 push ups, 100 squats and 100 dips before just as I was finished, my food was done. I ate, I took a shower, brushed my teeth, put on deodorant, put on my work clothes, before I grabbed my laptop, placed it in my backpack. Bid my mother goodbye before I got in her car which she allowed me to use to save money, and drove off. There was something different about me, I couldn't feel it, Like I didn't feel like a hungry beast thirsting for attention, I was silent, I was, quiet, and I felt comfort when I was alone. Normally, I would cause problems because I was so into trying to please others, trying to make them happy, I would make myself look like a fool. But I didn't. I was comfortable being alone, I was comfortable being silent. Sure people saw that as being moody, or angry, and decided not to be near me or give me looks, but that did not matter to me as much as it did. It couldn't be...the dream could it? But as my days went by I realized something, even as I don't know how, even if I don't know why....whatever it is. Remembering a dream has changed my entire perspective on life in general. Luna's eyes snapped open. everything that had just transpired slowly seeking back in, Actual alien life... intelligent life beyond this planet! she couldn't technically believe it herself There was a lot of things shocking about the encounter, and according to Aaron the human's words, it was a world where the genders were reversed, but none of that paled in comparison to the fact that not only did she discover alien life, but also scored a date with one, Luna took a deep breath, She needed to be calm, Luna closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, It was her duty as a princess of Equestria, to act, as calmly and professionally as possible. She slowly opened her eyes again she needed to be sure...that her next actions need to be as cordial and as regally fit as a princess of equestria; should it need to be. So, she as the princess of the night, did the only thing that came to her mind. She screamed. "Sister." Celestia Jolted up from her bed as Luna teleported into her room., she was wearing a royal robe, snow white with streaks of gold. "Luna...must you-" "We hath found life beyond thy planet." Celestia eyes widened "Thou speaks excellent news Luna, tell me everything!" Luna hesitated for a moment, before going into deep detail about what had just happened. Celestia stayed silent, her mind contemplating the information that had just been given her, "If what thou says is true Luna, than it would be wise to keep a watchful eye on them, study them and learn about them, but be careful, thou lucky to hath come across a nice humane-" "Human sister." Luna corrected. Celestia nodded, "Right, human as a first contact, it is dangerous to form such connections to a species of such unknown beyond our planet." Celestia advised. There was a moment of silence ... "Or perhaps thou art just jealous." Luna snorted, causing celestia to scowl "I am not jealous Luna. I can get any stallion so I should please, I doubt Earth, is an exemption, I just want thou to be careful..." Luna rolled her eyes and sighed, "We understand sister, but truly we do think, should thou be in our hooves, you would hath most likely attempted or did the same thing." Celestia looked away, truth be told, Celestia was not as easy to impress as Luna was, but Luna was not necessarily into any stallion here, so if a stallio-ahem-a man caught her attention, then she could not deny the possibility that she might get curious as well. "Just....be careful Luna." she muttered, with a sigh. The next night. I slowly opened my eyes to look around, I was in my dreams again...Princess Luna was also there a couple of minutes later, "Greetings Aaron the human, Thine dream had been most anticipated, but alas, as the princess of dreams, we hath make sure my subjects were good before coming to thou." I nodded slightly, before smiling and greeting her nonetheless, "Nothing to worry about princess." I said sitting down gently, "I was also anticipating this moment too, did you by any chance tell anyone of me? Or my planet." "As a ruler tis is our sworn duty to tell everypony." Luna said with a chuckle, "However the first person whom we had told was our eldest sister." "Your sister...you got a sister?" I asked curiously, but she frowned, I looked closely and...wait..is that? It's almost nonexistent but you could see it, Jealousy. She was jealous. Why was she jealous? "My sister...is perfect...too perfect, in every sense of the word; we Iove her dearly however...." Luna hesitated wondering if she should say more, or not, I stayed silent, as I listened to her, taking in her emotional tone, she noticed and then slowly decided to continue "Most ...of our subjects prefer her over us, as much as it does pain us to admit this fact, thus is true, most of the time we feel under-appreciated." There was a moment of silence that stretched for a good minute. "You're appreciated by me." I said gently nudging her shoulders Luna smiled warmly sitting down next to me, "Indeed, we can feel that, however, tis unwise to trust someone thou hath just met." "I never said trust." I said with a wry smile, "Don't be putting words in my mouth now, but I suppose this is a start," "Thou makes a fair point, " Luna laughed. A melodious sound that echoed across my dreamscape sending small shivers down my spine. she nudged me gently, "what about thee, did thou share me too anyone?" "I doubt anyone would believe me." I said with a chuckle looking out to the skies, "I hadn't exactly been the one anyone took seriously, except for my mother..." Oh?" Luna asked tilting her head curiously, leaning unconciously towards me. "Do tell. Author's Note This was admittedly harder to write than the first chapter, aI actually had a better chapter but I forgot to save it, so I apologize personally on that, besides that How did I do?
