Welcome to the Swarm

Chaos raged through the city of Canterlot as millions of changelings roam free, feeding off of love for the unfortunate ponies that lived there. Queen Chrysalis watched from the windows of the building of where the Canterlot Wedding was supposed to be...Only now it was a mess complete with a hypnotized Shining Armor, A dirty Princess Cadance, The mane six surrounded by changelings, and a large cocoon hanging from the ceiling containing none other than princess Celestia herself. Chrysalis was so happy with what she'd accomplished she couldn't help but sing:

     "This Day has been just perfect;

     The kind of Day of which I've dreamed since I was small;

       Everypony I'll soon control;

       Every stallion mare and foal,

      Who says a girl cant really have it ALL!"

While the Changeling  queen was distracted, Twilight sparkle ran over to Princess Cadance, whose hooves were covered in greenish goo that stuck to the ground. The purple unicorn used a small spell to make the goo disappear, allowing Cadance to move again. "Go to him while you have the chance," She whispered. Cadance rushed to Shining Armor, but before she could reach him, Chrysalis spun around and yelled, "No! Stop her!" At this command, a dozen changelings flew in front of the pink Alicorn, stopping her in her tracks, and putting more goo around her hooves. Chrysalis laughed in her strange double-voice and flew over to Twilight. "you actually thought you could sneak past me?" she said. "Put her with Celestia," She spat to her minions. Twenty changelings flew over and lifted Twilight off the ground. She tried to fight back, but her energy was drained from the battle trying to obtain the Elements of Harmony. Knowing she couldn't win, she let herself go limp and let the changelings carry her. Her friends yelled in protest, but they were tired from the battle too, and the rest of the Changelings had no problem holding them back. The Changelings put some of the strange greenish goo on Twilight 's hooves and placed her on the ceiling, where she surprisingly stuck. The Changelings buzzed around her, circling her with strands of green goo following them. Twilight realized that this goo came unpleasantly from the backside of the Changeling, much like a spider's silk. Soon they had covered her in a cocoon of green goo, where she hung paralyzed from the sticky green substance. She could only move her eyes, and when she looked down she saw her friends looking up at her with terrified eyes. Their mouths moved as if they were yelling to her, but her cocoon blocked out all sound. Looking next to her, she saw Princess Celestia in a larger cocoon. Her eyes were closed and her skin was starting to look gray instead if pinkish-white. Twilight realized that these cocoons must change Ponies into changelings. Now very scared, she tried to thrash her way out, but the green goo kept her from moving a muscle. Next, she tried Magic, but hers was drained from all the fighting. The goo seemed to be resistant from the little magic she performed on it. Twilight finally gave up, and she started to close her eyes. The goo was starting to feel comfy around her, and she soon gave in to a deep sleep.
