Discord Who Stole Hearth's Warming
Hearth's Warming eve, one of the very special winter holiday around the Equestria including here at Ponyville. Everypony have a good time of their life when they all do what they have to do for this holiday. Shopping to buy any gifts for their families and friends. Singing the Hearth's Warming songs to each houses to houses just to give everypony a holiday spirit. Giving away some food to neighbors next door for kindness. And little fillies and colts playing in the snow for an hours, laying in the snow to sweep to make an angel, and making a snowpony for decorating it.
The Mane Six on the other hoof, have their own plans to spending the holiday times with their families. Twilight Sparkle and Spike were waiting for their parents, Shining Armor, Cadence, and Flurry Heart to come, until now when they finally arrived at the time. Applejack's family invited Pinkie Pie and her family at Sweet Apple Acres as a guests. Rainbow Dash brings Scootaloo to her home along with Dash's parents at Cloudsdale, she's hoping the they didn't get too supportive again to their daughter. Rarity and her family were going on holiday vacation to Manehattan and doing a Hearth's Warming fashion show. And finally, Fluttershy letting all the animals big and small into her cottage, giving every critters some healthy warmth food and cozy blankets to sleep through the winter season.
Every is going to be a great time to remember... except for one. At the far top of the hill, Discord the lord of chaos is watching down at Ponyville through the binocular, seeing what these ponies were doing. "Oh look at them, hanging around amongst each other. Playing in the snow, buying lots of stuff, singing a holiday song, and feasting some food. How ridiculous it is, how sickening, I hate Hearth's Warming." He said when he feels annoyed, aggressive, and disgusted.
"Then why all the sudden were you spying on them when you hated it." A voice that appears to be another Discord on a sofa, reading a book about 'Why Discord Hates Hearth's Warming'.
"What, I wasn't spying on them, I don't know what you're talking about." Discord said in lies while pushing the binocular to his face and the eyes turned back to normal. "What are you doing here?"
"I was minding my own business by reading my favorite book, instead of hearing you complaining about it." Another Discord said.
"Well forgive me for ruining the mood." Discord said sarcasmly. "Anyway, this 'Hearth's Warming eve' is like decease of joy and fun to everyone, but something in my head tells that should sabotage it and it was brilliant, but how?"
"Hmm, maybe you rain down the chaos." Another Discord said the idea.
"No that won't do, everyone will know it was me." He said to rejected the first idea, think about it.
"Okay, how about changing winter into summer." Another Discord said.
"That wouldn't do either." Discord rejected again.
"Then why don't just go over there and tell them to stop with all the shenanigans." Another Discord said for one last idea.
"You should know I'd rather not." He said with his arms crossed. That was a last straw for his other self which makes him to amused for rejecting all the ideas he got.
"Well... if you had any others ideas than mine, then be my guest." Another Discord said in aggressive tone while standing up and folding the sofa into a suitcase. He then snapped his fingers to appear a tropical shirt and hat, and then the door to opening it to reveal a tropical beach. "Honestly, why do I even bother helping."
As soon as his other self enter the door and disappear into thin air, the lord of chaos turned around to look back at Ponyville again. "Now what am I supposed to do, it's not like I have the plan to steal Hearth's Warming tonight." He said. But suddenly, the brilliant idea has come up to his head when a light bulb appeared on top of him. "Stealing, yes... this is just I need to attend." He smiled and rubbing his hands like a bad guy.

Meanwhile at Discord's world, the lord of chaos is doing his training exercises before he stole Hearth's Warming, running, squatting, and jumping above the pole. Until for an couple of hours, his training has been finally completed. But unexpectedly, it turns out that his training is a video game that he played for jokes, pretty quite lazy he is. "Whoa, a new high score, it looks like I didn't break a single sweat." He faked it. "Now with that finished, it's time to disguised myself as what those ponies 'favorite presents deliverer' Santa Hooves."
Discord snapped his fingers to bring out the mirror to look at himself for what he's wearing. He's snapped it again to appear the Elvis outfit, but not what he's looking for. Another snapped to appear the second is a football outfit, but not that either. A third snapped he changed appeared is girl ballet outfit, which that's... definitely not it at all, quite embarrassing. For one last snapped of his fingers, he now appears the red winter suit and the red winter hat. This is definitely the right one to fool on ponies. "Ah, this is perfect." He said. "I got the hat and the suit, but there's just one more missing." He rubbed his chin to think what he is missing for the plot. But then, he figured it out when the light bulb appeared above him. "I know, I required a sleigh." The lord of chaos snapped his fingers to appear a sleigh. "Aaaaaaand, this." He lastly appeared one winged pig to pull the slay. "Excellent, operation 'steal Hearth's Warming Eve' is now begin." He chuckled while rubbing his hands.
....
In the middle of the night at Ponyville, the ponies are very sleepy in their beds, waiting patiently to wake up in the morning while having the best dreams they got. Some others are snoring a bit loud, it is quite annoying. Without noticing in their sleep, the sounds of jingle bells grew louder from the outside, it could only mean one thing, Santa Hooves is coming.
At the farthest away from Ponyville, Discord caught Santa Hooves through his eyes as binocular. "Well, well, well, if it isn't mister jolly himself." He said. "Once he's finished and take his leave, it will my chance to fly down and steal all the presents." He spying on Santa Hooves through the binocular again.
"Happy Hearth's Warming!" Santa Hooves shouted happily that makes Discord can hear him far from the distance and then seeing him leave Ponyville while magically fly away.
"Yes, he's gone." He said while pushing binocular back to his face, and then teleported himself on the slay. "Alright my flying little piggy friend, let's get this show on the road, MUSH!" But nothing happens, because the winged pig just standing there and do nothing. The lord of chaos is not amused to see this, but he's got a a few tricks on his sleeves. He snapped his fingers to appear the floating carrot in front of the pig, causing it to react in shock while drooling and starts to fly to try catching it.
And now, Discord is headed towards Ponyville down there. By the time he riding on a slay, the lord of chaos finally made his destination while landed on a roof top without making noises. "It's show time." He chuckled while grabbing a sack and then headed to the chimney.
At the inside of the house, Discord slivered out through the chimney like a snake. Looking around of his surroundings until he spotted the presents under the tree. He chuckled while snapped his fingers to give the presents a legs to walk. The presents starts running towards the opening sack when he hold it. "That's right fellas, come into my nice cozy sack." He whispered for not making noise to wake the ponies up.
For a few minutes later, Discord had made his first progress of stealing the presents on the first house, laughing of enjoyment of his schemes. "One house down, couple more to go." Discord said, until he's thinking of an idea on his head. "In fact, I do believe I could require a music." The lord of chaos snapped his fingers to appear seven Discords, caring the instruments and some others are about to sing.

For a couple of hours later pass, the lord of chaos has successfully stealing the entire presents from every houses her in Ponyville and stealing the decorated tree from the outside, laughing in joy of his brilliant scheme. Seeing the giant stuffed sack is like the size of house. But his job wasn't finished yet, there is one last house he must go, and he knows just where exactly is.
At Fluttershy's cottage, Discord on slay landed on top softly without making much noise to wake the yellow pegasi up from the inside. "Okay, now where will I find the chimney to go in?" Discord asked to himself while looking around until he spotted one.
"Do you really had to do this?" A voice calling out that makes the lord of chaos turned around who it is, it turns out to be another Discord he spoke before. "I mean, it will truly break Fluttershy's poor heart when she find out you stole all the presents and Hearth's Warming eve."
"I'll make sure she won't know it was me." Discord said. "Besides, I have to do this to put an end to this Hearth's Warming nonsense. Now if you'll excuse me, I have scheme to attend to." The lord of chaos entered inside the chimney.
"I hope one day you'll realize it sooner or later." Another Discord said to believe, until then he disappeared to a thin air.
In the living room, Discord made it in through, but it shocked him because he didn't know there are critters sleeping here. "Oh, that's just great." He whispered. The lord of chaos tip tap walking without making noise to wake those animals up while headed to Fluttershy's decoration tree. By the time he got there, he now grabbing all the presents quietly and quickly as he can.
"Santa?" A gentle voice calling out, causing him to pause and shock. And it was Fluttershy in the stairs, tired to be waking up very early while rubbing her left eye. Discord quickly hide behind the tree to make sure she didn't recognize him. As soon as Fluttershy entering the living room, she sees what Discord is doing before he hide. "I didn't mean to interrupt Mr. Santa but, why did you have take the presents?"
Discord biting all the nails from his finger and sweating in nervous to figure what to say to her. Until suddenly, the idea popped out of him when he finally got it. "Oh... well you see my dear." He lying when he changed his voice that good enough to fool her without showing himself. "I had to take them back because I... must've... accidentally gave you the wrong presents."
"Oh, really?" She thought. "I do apologize to interrupt you, it just I need to get some warm milk. Care to join me, if it's okay with you."
"I would love to, but uh... I still got tight schedule before the morning comes. Here, I'll get the milk for you." He said while swiftly towards the kitchen to make sure the yellow pegasi didn't see him. He now coming back behind the tree and passing out the warm milk to her. "Here you go, now you may go to bed and pretend it's just a dream."
"Oh, okay." She said while headed to the stairs, but she stopped for one moment. "Um... Mr. Santa, before you go, there's something I have to tell you."
"Why of course, what do you want?" Discord said in nervously chuckled.
"There is my friend Discord, I've been wanted to invite him to spend a Hearth's Warming eve with me and my friends. I feel really sad for him to be so lonely, I do believe he'll be welcomed to come. Do you also believe that too?" Fluttershy said, but listening to what the yellow pegasi say really does hit him right to the heart by feeling.
"I... I'm sure he'll... be... pleased to... join with you one day." Discord barely said for trying not to break his character.
"Thank you, Happy Hearth's Warming." She said with a warm smile and then headed to the bedroom.
As soon as she went to sleep, the lord of chaos felt relief for not get caught when he sigh and wipe the sweat on his forehead. He then now continuing to get all the presents into the sack and then going back to the chimney outside. On this moment on, Discord has succeeded of stealing the Hearth's Warming presents, flying tge sleigh out the cottage to head back to the hill.
For couple of minutes later at the top of the hill, the morning is coming when the snow rain down the surface. The sleigh landed on a snowy ground and Discord jumped out of it with a joyful smile. "Iiiiiiiiiiiiiii DID IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!" Discord shouted to make the echoing sounds far away in joy while dancing to celebrate his victory with laughter, appearing the spotlight, confetti dropping on top, and hands to clap at him. "Before I dispose of those presents, let's enjoy the show of seeing the sad and crying little ponies there." He snapped his fingers to appear the telescope to look at the Ponyville and the bucket of popcorn to eat.
....
At Ponyville, the ponies in pajamas and robes coming out of their houses, walking slowly and broken hearted of Hearth's Warming presents are not there. Some others fillies and colt are crying because they've been wanted the presents for their dream come true, but not anymore while the parents try to comfort them. The worst of all, the ponies saw the empty space where the decorated tree was outside disappeared without a trace. The ponies talking to each other in complaining of what exactly happening and what did they do wrong of this holiday, until the mayor tries to calm everypony down while she's spoken. "Now everypony please calm down, I know what you all thinking and believe me I am confused as you are."
"How could this have happened?!" One random pony said.
"What did we do wrong?!" Second random pony said.
"This is terrible, Hearth's Warming eve is ruined!" Third random pony said while each of every ponies lower their heads for a sad moments because their Hearth's Warming spirits are broken.
From behind the crowd, Fluttershy looked at everypony to their sadness and she's the only one who didn't join with them. The yellow pegasi feels like she need to do something to cheer them up, but how? Until all of the sudden, it came up to her after she walking forward slowly and then starts to sing a cheerful song.
(Fluttershy sang)
Fah who foraze, dah who doraze, welcome Hearth's Warming, come this way.

As soon as she continues to sing, the ponies simply lift their heads up to look at her. The feeling has starts to affect them with happiness and cheer when they all smiled and look each other. Each and every one of them decided to join in by forming a big circle around the empty space where the decorated tree was, holding each other's hooves and move left to right. The song is given them to understand what this holiday is for. It's not about presents or gift exchange, its about two things 'Together and Hearth's Warming spirits'.
....
Discord is very shocking to see those ponies in Ponyville singing and happy to each other. "What, I DON'T BELIEVE THIS!" He shouted in aggressive tone. "How could this have happened, those ponies are supposed to be miserable. But now it came without ribbons, it came without tags, it came without packages, boxes, and bags." Angry and confusion has been on his mind for quite awhile, but he have felt something besides those two emotions. He feels warm, comfortable, and... happy. "Is this what is about? Maybe... Hearth's Warming wasn't... so bad after all, its incredible, its... wonderful." On his chest, Discord's heart has growing bigger and bigger slowly, which it can only mean one thing. "I love Hearth's Warming."
But without noticing, the sleigh is starting to move backwards, until now caught the attention of it which shocked him to see the sleigh going to the cliff. "Oh no, the sleigh is gonna fall to the cliff!" Discord said in worry while rushing to grab the sleigh, but he wasn't strong enough to pull it back. "I... can't... let that... happen;.. I can't... let Hearth's... Warming eve ruin." The lord of chaos tries his best to pull it back with everything he can. If the sleigh along with giant sack of presents fall off the cliff, everything will be destroyed, Fluttershy's presents included. But then, Discord forget to realize that he is the lord of chaos, and he can break the laws of physics. "Hold on a minute, hahahaha. I forgot I have magic, how embarrassing." He then simply lift up the sleigh with huge stuffed sack like it's a paper. "Now with that close call, I must return those back where they belong. What do you say my little piggy friend, shall we give a ride to Ponyville?" The winged pig makes a sound of excitement to accept to ride on a sleigh.
....
Meanwhile, everypony kept singing to their heart's content in circle formation. But suddenly, when each and every pony stopped singing one at a time because they hear the sounds of the horn, looking around to find the source. However, they now know the horn sound came from behind them, getting louder and louder until they all spotted something headed towards them quick. As it gets closer, their eyes widened to see Discord riding on a sleigh with a huge slack, even Fluttershy was surprised to see him with a shock. The sleigh is almost there while everypony separate the circle formation to let it pass. It now slower and slower, until the sleigh stopped in the middle. Witnessing to see the huge sack is big as the house, but guessing that inside of it are their presents. Discord appeared on top and said. "Hello Everypony."
"Discord, what are doing here, and... you're the one stole all those our belongings?" Fluttershy asked when she's stepped forward.
"That's right." Discord nodded while coming down to the ground. "It was I 'Discord the lord of chaos' who stole Hearth's Warming."
"But... why?" Fluttershy said when she makes a sad look on her face right into his eyes.
Discord taking the red hat off and starts to explain in front of her and all the ponies in Ponyville. "Well you see, all my life I grew hatred of this ridiculous holiday because I believe nothing but excuses, that's why I had to steal the Hearth's Warming from you, just to make you all feel miserable as I do. But then I realized I was wrong to steal all your presents away because I know something what you have that I don't, and the answer is 'each other as one big happy friends and families'. And for that, I... am truly sorry." Hearing the words of the lord of chaos makes everypony hard to choose to forgive him or mad at him. "If any of you never want to forgive me, I understand that. I should... go away."
Discord starts to walk away with sad face, but the yellow pegasi made him stop by standing in front of him. "What you did last night wasn't very nice... but I forgive you." She said which makes Discord eyes widened to hear what she say.
"You... forgive... me, after what I have done?" Discord asked in confusion.
"Yes, we all have our Hearth's Warming spirits thanks to you." She said with a proud smile. Everypony look on each other and agreeing with the yellow pegasi and accepted the lord of chaos apology. "Happy Hearth's Warming Discord." She gave him a hug.
"Oh thank you Fluttershy." Discord thankfully said while hug back to her, letting out a tear of his eye, but he sucking it back. The ponies of Ponyville claps their hooves to him like a hero. "So, is it the best timing to join with you for 'group song'?"

And so, this is the story of Discord who stole Hearth's Warming, but the lord of chaos himself is enjoying the holiday thanks to kind pegasi pony he cared most. Who knows what might happens next, but he believed this day will be a great time to remember. Happy Hearth's Warming... and a Happy New Year.
