Within the back alley of Canterlot, a black spot was sitting in the centre of it being cast by nothing.

Cadance sighed, seeing Flash was also still confused about certain aspects of the situation. "I'll tell you everything. But not here. And not now. You both need time to rest and calm down. Come to my house tomorrow and I'll tell you both everything. I promise."

They nodded, knowing Cadance wasn't lying. But having to wait until tomorrow was going to be annoying.

"Come on," Cadance gestured. "Let's get out of here. I need to pick Flurry up, so you two should head home as well." Twilight suddenly looked very unsure of leaving, clearly worried they were going to get attacked again. "It's very unlikely another Ero-Beast will attack. Those things usually work alone."

"Ero-Beast?" Cadance said nothing else, Twilight knowing she wouldn't be telling them anything else. So, the three left the alleyway and headed home, Twilight sticking extremely close to Flash for fear of something horrible happening if they weren't together.

Night had once again fallen upon Canterlot, where we find Sunset walking down a street.

She looked excited, almost running towards her destination. And after a while, she arrived at a large building that looked like it was owned by a large company. But she didn't get in through the front.

Instead, she headed around the back and found an area that was dimly lit and easy to hide in.

She stepped up towards the wall of the building and smiled, as she pressed one of the bricks in. As soon as it was a few feet deep, the brick dropped out of view and revealed an opening that Sunset looked into. She then blew into it, a red mist escaping her mouth and flying into the opening.

Once it was inside, an arch of light appeared on the wall around the opening before all the bricks dissolved into a black mist.

Sunset quickly stepped through the shadowy doorway, disappearing from the street with the door returning to its normal brick for moments later. She walked through the shadowy corridor for several feet before finally stepping out, into a long corridor full of doors.

As she made her way down the corridor, the sounds of moans could be heard coming from the doors. And eventually, she reached the door at the very end of the corridor and opened it up. And when she did, more screams could be heard.

Sunset's gaze was instantly pulled towards the source, which was coming from a area of the large room.

Said room was as large as her school's gym, though not as high. Multiple columns were keeping the roof from collapsing, with most of the room being full of egg-like objects that were scattered around in large clutches.

"So...you might end up just like that. Getting killed fighting a monster?" Flash said nothing, focusing on the road in front of him. "And you can't give this power up. You'll have to fight them for the rest of your life, because of me."

"Twilight," Flash sighed, "this isn't your fault. I knew what I was getting into when I took this power. Even though I have no idea what the heck is going on, I don't regret it. Thanks to this power, I was able to save you and I will get to help others in need. I'm perfectly fine with that, no matter how dangerous it is."

Twilight smiled at him, happily placing her hand on his shoulder as he drove. Flash smirked at this, but also held back a slight frown.

Flash hadn't been lying about what he had said, but he was still terrified. He didn't know how Shining had died, but he knew it hadn't been pretty. If every fight was gonna be like that, how long was he gonna survive?

They eventually reached Cadance's house, a nice two story home with white walls and a pink roof. Cadance's car was on the drive, since Shining's car was still in the garage. And as they pulled up in front of it, Twilight raced out with her key to the place in hand.

Flash wasn't in such a rush to get inside, though he did keep an eye out for any shadows that might jump out and attack them.

As Twilight stepped inside, not even bothering to knock, she looked around but found no sign of her sister in law. "Okay," Twilight nodded. "So...what is all of this? What was that creature yesterday and how are you and Shining connected?" Flash nodded, as Cadance took a another breath.

"Well, I guess I should start with how Shining and I got into this situation. It's...actually not too different from your story. During our senior year of high school, Shining and I had stayed behind to work on something. One of our teachers was a kind old man, who was one of the nicer teachers at Crystal Prep."

Flash frowned. From what Twilight had told him, Crystal Prep had never been a school that hired nice or kind.

"Shining and our teacher were talking, when I needed to use the bathroom. And on the way back...I was attacked by an Ero-Beast." The teens gasped.

"You were attacked by one of those things?"

"You said he was old, right?" Flash asked.

Cadance nodded. "He was seventy seven and spry for a man his age. He managed to save me and kill the spider, but got stabbed in the process." They gasped. "He then used his power to heal his wounds. However, his old heart just couldn't take the stress. He started having a heart attack."

"Seriously?" Flash asked. "I guess seventy seven is a little old for fighting monsters." Cadance nodded.

"He didn't want us to be considered suspects to his death, so he got up and managed to make it back to his classroom. And before he died, he gave us a choice. Leave and try to forget everything that happened, or go to his wife and learn the truth of the world."

"And you chose to learn the truth," Twilight realised.

"Yes. After he died, a light flew out of his body and shot into the sky. We later learned that that was his power, going to his wife. And after the funeral, we went to her and told her how her husband died. And she wasn't shocked. Apparently, she had been expecting him to die like that. And whilst she was upset, she seemed to have accepted this would happen a long time ago."

"And she told you about everything?" Flash asked, Cadance nodding.

"Nobody knows where they originally came from, but Ero-Beasts have been a part of our world for a long time. Possibly before the first humans ever evolved. They cannot exist in our world for very long. Just long enough to grab a girl and have their way with them, or to pull them into a shadowy realm like the one we were in yesterday. Their only goal in life is to find women and take them."

"Yeah," Flash nodded. "You said something about that yesterday. That whenever women feel pleasure, they somehow generate an energy that the Ero-Beasts feed upon." Cadance nodded.

"It's called Ero-Force. And it's not just women. Men produce it as well, though apparently female Ero-Force is much more potent. Either way, Ero-Force is what gives Ero-Beasts their power. If they don't consume it regularly, they die. Which is why they attack women."

"I've never heard of Ero-Force," Twilight frowned.

"Nobody has. Ero-Force is a strange energy. It can't be seen by normal people and there hasn't been a device invented, that can detect it. Only Ero-Knights, Ero-Beasts, Bond-Mates and Ero-Fiends can see it."

"Bond-Mates?" Flash asked. "Ero...Fiends?"

"I'll...explain that later." Cadance sighed. "Anyway. Ero-Beasts ravaged humanity, attacking women and forcing themselves upon them in order to generate Ero-Force. Had they been left to continue their attacks, it's possible humanity would have been wiped out. And eventually, a solution was uncovered."

"The Ero-Knights," Twilight realised.

Cadance nodded. "Some say that the power came from a god of love and passion. The one who helped create humans and gave them the ability to produce Ero-Force, though why isn't known. And when that god saw what the Ero-Beasts were doing, it couldn't stand it. So it created a power in order to save humanity. The power that Flash now possess."

Flash sat back, as he remembered the power he had felt the previous day. "Monsters attacking girls and taking them by force. This is starting to sound like something you'd see in a Japanese cartoon."

Cadance shrugged, "maybe that's what inspired it. The war between the Ero-Beasts and Ero-Knights, has gone on for as long as humanity has existed. All throughout history, tales have been told about them. The monsters of ancient times, which were slayed by knights or great heroes. Those were the stories of the Ero-Knights and Ero-Beasts battling. Legends of maidens being sacrificed to monsters to appease them, were the Ero-Beasts taking their next meals to stop attacking. It all comes together, weaving a rich tapestry."

"This is incredible," Twilight whispered. "But...why don't more people know about this. If monsters are going to show up and attack women, don't we have a right to know about it?"

"And what do you think would happen if everyone knew about them?" Cadance asked. "If women knew monsters were going to attack them at any moment, they would never go anywhere or do anything. Everything would solely focus on finding ways to protect women and humanity would grind to a halt."

"Shouldn't we try and find ways to protect women?" Twilight asked.

"Of course we should. And it's likely people are trying to find a way. But we can't cause a mass panic." She looked down at Flurry, the other two doing the same. Twilight sighed, "I guess not. But...it still doesn't feel right." She turned to Flash, "I wish I had a power like what Flash now has."

Cadance chuckled. "Well, I'm afraid that's not going to happen. The power of an Ero-Knight can only be wielded by men." That made them both frown. "I mean, it's kind of understandable. These powers came about, back when humanity was pretty male dominated. Women in olden times were a lot weaker than women now. They probably didn't even have the strength to lift a sword back then."

"I guess," Twilight frowned. "But things are different now. Can you imagine if someone like Applejack had power like that. Those monsters wouldn't stand a chance."

"Maybe. But there's likely another reason women aren't able to become Ero-Knights. If they run out of energy and lose their weapons, they'll be helpless against the Ero-Beasts. If a male Ero-Knight loses his power, the worst he can hope for is death. But there are things worse than death and they'd happen if a female knight loses their power in the middle of a fight. I don't want to imagine what kind of Ero-Fiend would be produced if that happened."

"What is an Ero-Fiend?" Flash asked, as Cadance sighed.

"Ero-Beasts might attack women to produce Ero-Force, but something else can happen if they're not stopped. They can impregnate the women they attack." The teens' eyes widened in horror. "Yup. They can breed with humans. and the results of that union produce creatures known as Ero-Fiends."

"Have you ever met one?" Twilight asked, curious about what these creatures were.

"No," Cadance shook her head. "But Shining has. He's fought and killed Ero-Fiends. Apparently, they're born looking like normal humans. But when they get older, their powers awaken and they gain the power to transform into human Ero-Beast hybrids. They apparently take aspects from their Ero-Beast parent and those merge with their human bodies, creating monstrous fusions that can look like anything."

Flash couldn't believe what he was hearing. So if they could look like anybody, Flash could have walked past an Ero-Fiend without even knowing it. No, there would have to be some kind of tell. Flash would have been able to tell the difference between a human and a monster...right?

"Ero-Fiends are dangerous. Whilst they lack the physical abilities of Ero-Beasts, they make up for it with their human intelligence and cunning. And they can use Ero-Force to cast magical spells, allowing them to do all manner of things in order to get prey for Ero-Beasts."

"Like what?" Twilight frowned.

"Shining once infiltrated a girl's boarding school, which was actually designed to feed Ero-Beasts hidden in the basement. Whenever a girl misbehaved, she was sent to the basement and became the next victim of the Ero-Beasts. Then the Ero-Fiend running it would wipe the minds of her and all the other girls."

"Now you see why the Ero-Knights are so important. Without them, mankind would be at the mercy of the Ero-Beasts and Ero-Fiends. It's possibly the greatest honour bestowed upon a person. But that means the Ero-Knights have a great responsibility." She turned to Flash, "I hope you understand what you've gotten yourself into."

Flash smirked, "I understand." He stood up. "I swear, I'm going to honour Shining's memory. With this power, I will protect the women of this city no matter what monster I face. And those monsters will soon feel the edge of my blade!" He reached out, clearly trying to do something. But nothing happened. "Huh?" He tried to summon his sword, but it wouldn't appear.

Twilight frowned, whilst Cadance shook her head.

"What's going on? Is it because I'm not in a fight, or something?"

"No," Cadance told him. "You're out of power." Teens frowned, as Cadance sat back and crossed her arms. "Remember what I told you, about Ero-Knights running out of power. Well that's what's happened to you, right now. You used all your power yesterday, slaying that beast and getting us out of the Dread-Space."

"Dread-Space?" Twilight asked. "Is that the dark area we were in?"

"Yes. A fitting name, considering what happens there. What were you feeling, when you first got pulled in there?" Twilight shuddered.

"Dread is a good word. But...how is Flash already out of power? He just got it?" Flash nodded, as Cadance chuckled.

"The power of an Ero-Knight isn't the ability to slay Ero-Beasts. It's the power to change Ero-Force into a weapon and armor that can slay them. In a way, Flash has become something just like an Ero-Beast. His power is solely reliant on the amount of Ero-Force he has absorbed. And there's only one way to do that."

"Make a girl...feel good." Flash knew there was a better way to describe it, but he wasn't comfortable just out and out saying it.

"Yes. You need a Bond-Mate."

"You mentioned that earlier," Twilight explained. "I'm guessing a Bond-Mate is someone who the Ero-Knight...pleasures, in order to gain energy."

"Pretty much," Cadance nodded. "The Ero-Knight forms a bond with a girl and whenever that girl generates Ero-Force, it's transferred to the knight. Even if the two are a hundred miles away from one another, the Ero-Force is sent to the knight. And the knight uses that energy to slay Ero-Beasts. So in a way, this is how women can help in the battle against Ero-Beasts."

The teens nodded, realising that made sense. "And Shining had a Bond-Mate?" Twilight asked. "Who I'm guessing was you." Cadance nodded again.

"That's why the power came to me. When the Ero-Knight is killed, the power is transferred to the Bond-Mate. Which is why Flash needs to form a bond with someone. I don't know what might happen if the knight is killed without a Bond-Mate, but I don't want to find out."

"Hang on," Flash gulped. "So if I form this...bond with someone. I would need to make them feel good in order to get the power I need to fight."

"I am. The fact is, I'm just as responsible for Flash having this power as either of you. I'm the one who gave it to him, after all. Putting him in such a dangerous situation and not being willing to help, wouldn't sit right with me."

"But...Shining..."

Cadance frowned, as she turned towards a picture on the wall. One of her, Flurry and Shining together. She stepped towards it and the two watched her stare at her late husband before sighing. "I love Shining. That hasn't changed. But if he were here right now, he'd be agreeing with me that Flash needs as much help as possible." She turned back to them, "I will be Flash's Bond-Mate and help him charge up his power."

Twilight frowned, clearly not a fan of this idea. "But...I want to help too."

"And you can," Cadance assured her. "You can also become Flash's Bond-Mate. There's no rule saying a knight can only have one. In fact, it seems to be a certainty that Ero-Knights have a small harem of women to keep them charged. Our teacher was married, but he also had two mistresses who had already died before he did. And Shining met other knights with multiple girls."

"Shining likely died because he ran out of energy," Cadance told him. "As much as I enjoyed helping him power up, I was only one woman. And one woman isn't enough to keep a knight charged up long enough to be truly unbeatable. I knew that me being his only Bond-Mate would put Shining in danger. I tried to get him to be with other girls. Even tried to find some for him."

"I would rather share Shining then let him die because I was jealous. But Shining wouldn't hear it. Even when I was pregnant, he refused to find somebody else to act. And that led to his death. I am not going to let that happen to Flash." She turned to him, the teen gulped. "Flash, I'm going to become your Bond-Mate. I'll help power you up and when Twilight is finally ready to get physical with you, I'll be happy to step aside and let you two have more fun. But even after that happens, I'm going to remain your Bond-Mate."

Twilight was clearly not happy about this. "You're really okay doing this. Even though Shining hasn't been..." She couldn't finish that sentence, "gone for that long?"

"Yes," Cadance nodded. "This isn't about emotions. This is about sex. Plain and simple. And whilst I care about Flash, that's all this will be about. Besides, this will also protect me as well. Becoming a Bond-Mate, pretty much makes you immune to Ero-Beasts."

"Wait, really?" Cadance nodded.

"Yes. Think about it. The bond makes it so that whenever the girl produces Ero-Force, it's instantly sent to their knight lover. So even if an Ero-Beast made a girl cum, they wouldn't get anything out of it. And since Ero-Beasts can apparently sense a connection between the Knight and their Mate, they ignore Bond-Mates."

"That makes sense," Flash nodded. "So becoming a Bond-Mate, acts like a shield."

"Exactly. It's one of the reasons Shining chose to succeed our teacher. So that I could become his Bond-Mate and never be a target for the Ero-Beasts. But now that he's gone, I'm just as vulnerable as Twilight was yesterday. So becoming your Bond-Mate is a win win for both of us." She smiled at Flash. "You have someone to charge you up and I'll be safe from getting attacked."

Twilight let this info sink in and nodded. "Okay. You're right. You should become Flash's Bond-Mate. But I want to be his first Bond-Mate."

"Understandable," Cadance smiled. "Well, there's no time like the present. You two ready?" They nodded. "The process is simple. Flash, you need to think about Twilight being your Bond-Mate. And Twilight, you have to accept being his Bond-Mate with every fibre of your being." They nodded again, both turning to one another.

As they looked into each other's eyes, Flash could feel a great sense of longing for Twilight. Along with a desire to protect her, no matter what he had to fight against.

Twilight smiled back at him, clearly thinking the same thing as Cadance spoke out. "Now, to seal the bond. Kiss." They didn't need to be told twice, Flash stepping forward and placing his hand on her cheek before the pair kissed. As soon as they did, Flash felt something within him pulse.

A dim glow appeared around Flash, which slowly spread to Twilight. And soon, the pair were entirely engulfed by the soft light.

That light remained for a few moments before disappearing, the teens pulling away from one another. Both felt more connected than they had ever felt. It was an amazing feeling.

Cadance smiled, nodding at them as they kept staring at each other. "With that, your bond has been formed. From now on, you will always be connected. And Twilight is now protected from the Ero-Beasts' desires."

Twilight sighed, as she turned to her sister-in-law. Flurry let out a giggle, as Twilight knelt down and turned the little girl so she wasn't looking at them. "I guess it's your turn now." Cadance nodded, as she turned to Flash.

The teen suddenly felt very nervous, as Cadance stepped closer to him. "Are you ready?"

Flash took a deep breath, steadying his nerves before looking back at her. "For Shining's sake, I will keep you safe." Cadance smiled and when they leaned forward, Flash placed a hand on her waist as their lips pressed against one another.

As soon as they kissed, Flash felt the same feeling he had felt with Twilight. And the glow that surrounded him began to spread to Cadance. At the same time, Flash happened to breathe in and Cadance's scent filled his nostrils.

Whereas Twilight had always had the smell of books and ink, Cadance's scent was that of roses. Whether this was a perfume or her natural smell, Flash didn't know. But he knew that he liked it, though not as much as Twilight's.

The pair finally pulled apart, their bond also formed with Cadance smiling at him. "Thank you." She didn't move away from Flash, instead turning to Twilight. "Come on." Twilight looked confused, but Cadance gestured to her again.

Twilight moved over to them and once she was close, Cadance grabbed Flash's other hand and moved it to Twilight's waist. "What now?" The bookworm asked, as Cadance smiled.

"Now, Flash will teleport us into the Ero-Space." The pair frowned, as Cadance turned to him. "Remember that place we were in yesterday. Think about it and going there. Just focus hard."

Flash took a breath and thought about that white voice, as his body suddenly started glowing. The next thing the girls noticed, a brilliant flash of light exploded out of him and engulfed them both.

They were all blinded and when the light faded, they opened their eyes and saw that they were in the white void from the previous day. "What is this?" Twilight asked.

"The Ero-Space," Cadance explained. "Somewhere a knight can rest, relax, recharge and do whatever they need to do in order to fulfil their duties." They walked around, amazed by it all. "In here, time is frozen. You could spend hours, days, weeks in here without a second passing in the real world."

"Seriously?" Twilight asked.

Cadance nodded. "Shining used this place to rest between his work and his Ero-Knight duties. He would spend his days at work, then come here to rest before going out and hunting for Ero-Beasts." She sighed. "I don't think he ever actually spent a night at home."

"What?" Twilight looked shocked, as Cadance nodded.

"He would come home. We'd eat together, look after Flurry and put her to bed. But whilst I would go to bed, he would enter the Ero-Space and rest there before heading out."

"Yikes," Flash stated. "I mean...I get the idea. This way, you're pretty much awake twenty-four seven without worry of being tired."

"Exactly," Cadance nodded.

"But...how the heck did he sleep in here? That ground doesn't exactly look comfortable." Cadance giggled, "what?"

"Think about your room." Flash raised an eyebrow, "go on." Flash closed his eyes and imagined his room, trying to do so as vividly as possible. And when he heard Twilight gasp, he opened his eyes and found his room materialising around them.

"What the?"

Cadance moved over to his bed and sat on it. "The Ero-Space can become any environment you choose. All you have to do is imagine it and it will become it. So wherever you feel comfortable, you can create."

Flash was impressed by this and closed his eyes, thinking about the place he could possibly be. And the next thing the girls knew, they were on a beach somewhere. "Nice," Flash smirked before trying again. He then turned the place into a forest, then a snowy wonderland, then an erupting volcano. "Awesome."

The girls laughed, as Flash truly focused. And soon, the Ero-Space became a large room with a king-sized bed, a comfy looking sofa and even a mini fridge.

"Now this, I can work with." He imagined spending hours in this place, doing his homework or just relaxing. "I guess there are perks to this job."

"More than you know," Cadance told him. "This is where Shining and I helped him recharge his powers. We could spend hours in here and not have to worry about being late for anything. Sometimes, when we were done, we would also nap for a little while. Shining would let me sleep in here for an hour or two before ejecting me back into the real world, so he could get a full sleep and I wouldn't accidentally be up all night and tired the next day."

"I see," Twilight sat on the couch. "So you and Shining were always doing...it, in here?"

"Not always. Sometimes we did it just because we wanted to. We came here whenever we had very little time. Or whenever we just needed to be alone together for a while. How do you think we always had time for Flurry and managed to get so far ahead in our careers? This place was the perfect escape. We got to spend however long we wanted, but never have to leave Flurry with a sitter or alone. As far as Flurry knows, we were with her the entire time."

"Nice," Flash smirked, "best of both words."

Cadance nodded. "And the best part. Anything that happens in this place, has no effect on you once you leave it. Shining once tested it out. Gave himself a small cut and it was gone when he left."

"So is anything in here even real?" Twilight asked.

"Yup. I once drank an entire bottle of wine in here. Bottle was still empty when I left, but I wasn't drunk at all. And when I say nothing in here affects you, I mean it. Trust me, Flurry would have a lot of older siblings if it didn't." Flash and Twilight weren't sure how to take that. "Now," Cadance sat down, "Flash. It's time for you to get a recharge."

Flash suddenly felt very nervous, as he realised what that meant. "So you and I...now."

Cadance nodded. "Once Twilight's left, we can get down to business. Just think about her leaving and she'll be ejected out of the Ero-Space. But to Twilight, it'll be like we all left at the same time." Flash nodded and was about to do it, but Twilight spoke up first.

"No. I want to stay." They both looked shocked by this, as Twilight blushed. "I'm...not ready to do anything, yet. But this will still be Flash's first time. If I can't be the one Flash does it with first, I at least want to be there when it happens." Her blush grew brighter, as the other two shard a look.

They thought about it until Cadance nodded, Flash taking a deep breath at this. "Alright," he nodded. "You can stay. But if you want to leave at any point, just let us know." Twilight nodded, as Flash turned his attention back to Cadance.

He couldn't believe this was happening. He was about to lose his virginity to probably the hottest woman Flash had ever met. Most guys dreamed of this happening. But Flash knew this was more then just sex. Cadance wasn't just some random hot woman he was getting to bang. He had to make Cadance feel good. The more pleasure she felt, the more power Flash got. And Flash would need all the power he could get, if he wanted to be able to stand up to the Ero-Beasts.

"Let's do this thing."

I know this was a pretty expositiony chapter, but now that's all the info's out of the way we can focus on the actual story. Hope you're liking it so far. Next time, things get really steamy.
