Quickly he opened and jumped out a window, plummeting out of cloudsdale at a speed that would most certainly kill him if he hit the land, but quickly he activated his parachute. He lands down near Everfree forest and starts to walk up to a nearby cave, to a metal door, inputting a pin code. The door unlocked, letting him inside. “Finally, after all these years, I can finally make hundreds of high-speed clones to obey me, soon they will all bow to me and my RAINBOW ARMY” he stood near a machine and input the toothbrush, ready to extract its DNA. Scootaloo walks into Rainbows Bathroom, ready to brush her teeth. The only problem, her toothbrush was missing. “Umm, Rainbow?” Rainbow quickly dashed into the room, “Ya Scoot?” “My toothbrush is missing…” Rainbow, in a few seconds looked everywhere, but couldn’t find it “Sorry Scoots, couldn’t find it, how about you use mine today” Scootaloo’s eyes gleam, her eyes practically having starts in them. Back at the lab, the light gray stallion waited, sliding hoof agent hoof, he will finally take over eques- The machine beeps, it was rapidly making clones, the door opened… a small filly walked out. “Wait what” He was confused, baffled, shocked… then the machine made another… and another… and another… He realizes the energy of his machine is being wasted on the fillies so quickly he goes to power it off… but the leaver was jammed, quickly he tugged and pulled as more Scootaloo’s marched out of the machine, he tugged and pushed, pulled and jumped on it, slammed a hammer against it, use a crow bar on it, over and over until finally he shut the machine off, but it was too late, all ten thousand clones where made, all ten thousand Fillies. “Darn it. I guess this will do…” and with a heavy sigh he starts to gather up the obedient clones and put helmets on them, he will still try to take over Equestria, even if he was probably going to fail. Unexpected attackTwilight Sparkle and her friends; Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy sat together in a room in Twilight's castle, it was nice to have her friends around time to time when Equestria wasn't at stake. Twilight spoke up, “It's quiet, isn't it?” Rainbow shrugged it off, laying back in her chair and putting her hooves behind her head. “Pfft, so? That's more than fine with me.” Rarity sipped her tea “It is quite peaceful.” Fluttershy fidgeted with her tail, “Well, I suppose it could be considered soothing...” Suddenly, multiple speakers randomly placed around Ponyville turned on. "Attention all!" The six of them were startled, Twilight being the first to speak up. “What in the-?!” The announcement continued, "I have come to make an announcement, I will give everypony one chance to bow down to me, if princess Celestia, Luna or a majority of ponies down bow, I and my new army will DESTROY PONYVILLE AND CANTERLOT!" Rainbow Scoffs “What?! Is this guy serious?” "If anypony is 'brave' enough to face me, me and my army will be at the border of everfree forest!" And within a second, Rainbow stood up, “Hmph, I ain't scared of somepony with a big ego.” “Yeah! Let's show them who's boss!” Pinkie tuned in. “Count me in, I ain't gonna let someone destroy mah home!” Stood Applejack. Twilight and rarity simply nodded, Fluttershy on the other hoof spoke up, “I, uh, will come too...” “Right, let's go and pay them a visit, shall we?” Announced Twilight. With that said, the Mane Six leave the castle to travel to Everfree Forest, the group of ponies make their way to the border of the Everfree Forest, where a figure can be seen waiting for them, the light gray Stallion holding a microphone smiled "Ahh, the heroes of equestria, here to bow down to me?" “Pfft, as if!” Rainbow Scoffed, the others where more annoyed then worried, let alone scared. "Well then, maybe you'll change your mind when you see MY ARMY" hundreds of purple eyes make themselves visible in the dark. The mane 6 were taken aback by the reveal, some are scared, and others are annoyed. “What are these creatures...” Rarity yelled. "Oh, you'll SEE!!! What the hay are you doing here?!” Then another Scootaloo emerged from the dark, and another, and another, and another... and another... and... another… One Scootaloo was normal, after all there was only supposed to be one, but now there where a lot of them, Applejack asked the first question “What in tarnation?!” Twilight attempted to take a mental count of them. But quickly gave up from the ridiculous amount of them, Rarity and Fluttershy where in awe at the sight while Pinkie Pie was excited by the amount of Scootaloo's and Rainbow Dash was just upset. “I, I don't get it... Why are there so many?” Twilight, not feeling so good spoke, “I have a very bad feeling about this.” The light gray stallion smiled, "SCOOTALOOS, ATTACK!!!!" “Wait, what-” Rainbow yelled out as the army of Scootaloo’s started their attack. Twilight, knowing its hopeless to fight them yelled out. “Run!!!” The group tries desperately to outrun all the Scootaloo's, but there was too many! Pinkie Pie was the first to be stopped, with a Scootaloo tackling her to the ground, Fluttershy was next to be overtaken by the mob, getting pushed to the ground by several Scootaloo's, Rarity and Applejack tried and protect each other, but both got overcome by the overwhelming numbers of Scootaloo’s, Twilight tried to cast a magic spell, but was instantly swarmed by the many Scootaloo's, and finally Rainbow Dash tried in vain to get away, but was quickly stopped by several Scootaloo's grabbing her. The light gray stallion passed rope and two tennis balls with holes in them to the Scootaloo’s. “W-wait! What are you doing?!” Twilight struggles as the two tennis balls are placed on her and Rarity's horns. "I have a kingdom to claim, I'll be heading off to Canterlot, Scootaloo's, with me!" The stallion starts to walk off, two Scootaloo's staying behind, All the tied-up ponies try to protest, but it falls on deaf ears as the stallion leaves along with the army of Scootaloo’s. The King Of The Scootaloo'sPrincess Celestia and Luna sip their drinks, Coffie and tea respectively, one for the start of the day, one for late into the night. Twilight and her friends went off to stop another threat, Celestia reads her morning paper, her eye occasionally shifting to the clock above the table, the ticking being the only real noise in the room. The two sat in silence, before Celestia spoke up “It has been rather quiet this past month, hasn't it?” Luna nods, and takes a sip of her tea, “Indeed. But I can sense something strange is coming” Celestia tilted her head, “Hm, what gives you that impression?” Luna sipped her tea once more, “A feeling, just a feeling that something is off, something has been off, also that light gray pony covering the windows to block the light.” “Hm...I see.” Celestia looked down at her newspaper, reading the top headline: 'Ponyville. destroyed by gray stallion and army, now marching to Canterlot' “...Well that's not good” Luna leaned over, reading the headline, her eyes go wide as she looks at Celestia. “It gets worse” Celestia looks shocked a moment, before she reads the bottom half of the headline, They also stole all the sheets... “Why in the world would they steal all the bedding?” Celestia and Luna look at each other, a realization hitting the two at the same time. “Oh no…” said Celestia. Celestia and Luna head to the hallway, looking out the various windows that line the castle corridors, trying to see if they have been covered. Indeed, most of the windows were completely covered by sheets, and in the middle of the hallway was a light gray stallion. The two look at the ponies and the stallion in the center, Celestia's eye narrowing. They both glare at the stallion, before Celestia spoke “What is the meaning of this?!” The stallion smiled, "Simple, you can give up now and let me rule equestrian, or I can throw you out the window and then ship you off to the farthest town from Equestria" The two look at the stallion in disbelief, Celestia once more spoke up, “And what makes you believe we will go along with your demands?” "Well," -hundreds of purple eyes appeared behind him, ready to strike- "Then my army will throw you out the window." Celestia looks at the army behind the stallion with grim expression on her face. She looks to her sister luna, before looking back to the stallion “You have one minute to leave my kingdom.” She stands straight and holds a look to say that she will not back down "Well then, Minions... attack!" From the dark, one of them attacks... Its Scootaloo with a military helmet? Celestia and Luna look at the young pegasus in confusion, the two having a million thoughts going through their heads at the odd sight The stallion turned around to the other purple eyes. "I Said atta- oh wait, you've all clogged the hallway." they grab one of the ponies and start tugging Luna walks up besides Celestia, the two looking at the scene with a mixture of confusion and annoyance. Celestia spoke to the stallion “Why is there a child in your army?” they pulled out the pony. it was... Scootaloo? Then Scootaloo ran at then, then another one, then another one and then.... another one... Celestia's eye narrows as more and more clones of the young pegasus appear “How many of these are there?” The Stallion smiled and moved to the side as the pile of Scootaloo's shook "Ten thousand Scootaloos" Suddenly the pile collapse, they all Flooded to Celestia and Luna like a tsunami Celestia and Luna look at each other, then back at the approaching horde of fillies. Celestia yelled out “Run!” The two turn and run back for the entrance to the castle, but they barely get a few steps in before they are tackled by the Scootaloo's, the army pinning the two princesses down, the two struggle in the hold of the ponies as the stallion walks up, a smirk on his face. He placed two tennis balls Atop Celestia and Luna's horns before walking over to the window and opening it, to the summer wind "Looks like the perfect season, fall" Celestia and Luna look at each other and then at the stallion, Celestia struggling as much as she can against the ponies pinning her “You wouldn't dare...” The Scootaloo’s picked up Celestia and Luna, two each riding the two princesses. “Put us down this instant!” Celestia commanded. "Sure thing, Scootaloo's drop them onto the ground with the others" outside, hundreds of Scootaloo's wait. Celestia and Luna tumble onto the ground, right into a large pile of clones of the young pegasus, the impact jolting the two back. They try to get up but are quickly forced down by the masses of ponies, they carry Celestia and Luna to a ship, tie them up and throw them onto it, the two are tied up to the main mast, the ropes wrapped tight around them, preventing their escape as the ship sails off to who knows where. The light gray Stallion sits upon his new throne. “I, King Glistening multiply, King of THE SCOOTALOO’S!!!” And as such, he starts to rebuild Equestria as he sees fit. Scootaloo, the original Scootaloo. starts getting worried, Rainbow hasn’t returned home yet, it was the middle of the night. Worried, Scootaloo started to write a letter to Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty, who where on vacation for the next 13 days and trusted Rainbow to care for Scootaloo, went over to the cloudsdale mail service, gave it to derpy, and, as a backup plan incase Rainbow hadn’t returned, walked over to Rainbow Dash’s parents’ house. The Emperors of the Scootaloo’s13 days past since Glistening multiply took over Equestria with his army of Scootaloo’s, and he loved it, the power went straight to his head. He had set up a party for all the Scootaloo’s, All the Scootaloo’s where dancing and playing games… then the door burst open to two angry mares, one clearly angrier then the other. Glistening multiply was mad at this invasion of his Castle, “What is the meaning of this invasion?” The thinner one with an aqua mane steps closer, “What is the meaning of this, WHAT is the meaning of you using our niece to take over Equestria!” The chubbier one with an orange mane speaks up, “you shouldn’t be manipulating poor little fillies to obey you, that’s just wrong.” Glistening multiply Scoffed the two mares off. “Just leave my sight.” The thinner one looks around. “Look at you, all obeying this tyrant, look outside, Ponyville is a mess, ponies are scared of you, even your own friends don’t want to be around you. Are you proud of yourselves, are you?” Most the Scootaloos lower their head. “What are you doing, Don’t listen to her” Glistening multiply said, trying to convince his army to listen to him. “Now what are you going to do, are you going to be a good pony, or just obey this self-centered Stallion?” “SCOOTALOO’S, THROW THESE MARES OUT RIGHT NOW!” Glistening multiply Commanded his army, but most of them didn’t respond. “What are you doing, you’re all supposed to obey!-” Suddenly, Glistening multiply was picked up, some of the Scootaloo’s tried to stop the others but where also picked up and thrown out of the window, landing with a hard crash. The Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo’s look over at their aunt’s, Holiday and Lofty. “Well girls,” Auntie Holiday said, “now that dastardly stallion is no longer ruling Equestria, what do you say we go reverse the damage that Stallion did?” The two Aunts guide the Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo’s thought the castle. Under the castle within the dungeon were Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack, all laying on the cold floor of the dungeon, while Fluttershy is sitting nearby, staring at the floor. Twilight was the first to speak “We... We failed.” Rainbow Dash grunted, “I can't believe that stupid pony took over!” Applejack sighed, “How the heck did he even get so many Scootaloos anyway?” Pinkie pie butts in, “And why Scootaloos out of all ponies? The guy could have used a million other ponies, but he only used Scootaloos? Doesn't that seem kinda... Specific?” Rainbow Dash thinks back to about 13 days ago, she was looking after Scootaloo while her aunts where on vacation, and her toothbrush did go missing, so what if it wasn't supposed to be Scootaloo. “I... I think I know how he got so many Scootaloos...” Twilight and the others look at Rainbow Dash, all eyes on her. “What do you mean? How did he get all those Scootaloos?” “Back when I was watching over Scootaloo a few days ago, her toothbrush went missing. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I let her use mine. What if... What if he wanted MY toothbrush instead?” The others where confused, Rarity spoke up, "But what would he want your toothbrush for?" “I don't even know. Maybe he wanted it for some kinda cloning thing, that would definitely explain the army of Scootaloos.” Applejack questioned for a bit, “If that's right, then all that means is that the whole reason all this happened was because this creep wanted your toothbrush?!” I guess so, yeah... So if my theory is right, then all this happened because that stupid guy wanted ME as a clone! Rarity was still confused, “But why would he want to clone you in the first place?” Rainbow thought for a bit: Hmm, well... I could be valuable, ya know, since I’m the fastest Pegasus in all of Equestria and all. When they consider the alternative, it’s quite a good thing he messed up and grabbed Scootaloos toothbrush, he still took over Equestria, but still. Rarity perked up, “Wait, if he only used Scootaloos clones to take over Equestria, then what happened to the actual Scootaloos out there?” But Rainbow had already planned for this, (for once) “My parents... they're going to be taking care of the real Scootaloo while her aunts are away since I didn't return. That means she's safe!” Applejack sighed “That's the at least one of the good news, but we're still in a dungeon. How the heck are we gonna get out of here?” Suddenly, a few Scootaloo's open the cell and run off. “What in the name of Celestia...?” Rarity yelled in confusion. “I... I don't understand... Why would they just let us free?” Twilight said as she stood up. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy all walk freely out of the dungeon, with a bewildered Twilight still processing the strange turn of events, however, it became even more confusing when they saw the Scootaloo's rebuilding everything. Twilight, who was the most confused amongst the group, just spoke one word. “…Why?” Rainbow Dash was just as confused as everyone else, until a thought came to her mind, and she decided to speak up. “Wait, where's that stupid stallion that did all this?” Scootaloo’s aunt Lofty walked up to the mane 6, "Oh you don't need to worry about him, these girls already sent him packing." “Wait... what do you mean they sent him packing?” Twilight asked. "Threw him out the window, him and the only Scootaloo's that still sided with him. they ended up running off" Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Rarity where confused and perplexed, but not as perplexed as Rainbow Dash, “That still doesn't make any sense! All those Scootaloos were on his side, so why would they turn on him!?” Lofty smiled, "Turns out, they just needed some encouragement from their aunts" Just then, one of the Scootaloos comes up to Lofty, reserving a pat on the head. “So,” -Rainbow started to ponder- “those Scootaloos just needed to hear it from their aunts before taking him down... Man, he really didn't have any real control over them, did he?” Applejack scoffed, “I guess being in charge of a huge army of clones of young fillies was something he bit off more than he could chew.” But despite the problem being over, one question manifested itself, Twilight speaking her concern, “But, what is going to happen with all the Scootaloos when they're done cleaning up and repairing the city?” Rarity, also concerned, spoke up, “Yeah, I don't think this city has enough room for a whole army of Scootaloos.” Suddenly, a mischievous laugh of a certain Draconequus echoed around them, Rainbow making a annoyed groan knowing exactly who it is, “Discord...” Discord swings down from above, hanging onto something that didn’t exist, "Right you are my friends, now I heard about your little kafuffle, and I say, why not give them a world of their own, one where their immortal?" Twilight and her friends are not amused by Discord's presence and his suggestion. “Discord, are you actually suggesting sending an army of clone fillies to another dimension where they're immortal?” "Why yes, yes I am." Discord nodded, spinning his head a full 360 degrees. Rarity yelled out, "That's crazy! Sending an army of ponies, especially fillies, to a world where they can't age or die seems unethical! Besides that, where would we even find another dimension to send them to?" "Oh simple, I already made one." Discord said as he rolled a d6 and moved his pawn to e25 The 6 where taken aback, Applejack speaking up, "Y-you already made a whole other dimension where these Scootaloo’s could live?" "Correct, now then, may we relocate the Scootaloo clones to their new home?" Discord smiled, ready to help. Twilight pondered to herself for a bit, before coming to a solution, “I mean, sending them away to another dimension where they're immortal might be the best option we have.” "Splendid!" Discord snaped his fingers, a portal appearing with the Scootaloo clones already dome lining up. One by one, the Scootaloo clones march into their new home, and soon enough, out of the ten thousand clones made, Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo's went through the portal, by that logic ten Scootaloo clones are still with the Stallion, wherever he is. “Wow, all that crazy stuff's finally over, huh?” Applejack said after the large amount of Scootaloo sounds dims. Rainbow Dash let out an exhausted breath, thankful that the Scootaloos where now gone, “Yeah, thank Celestia that it’s finished now.” However, somewhere In Everfree Forest, one Stallion walked around, Ten Scootaloos following him. Epilogue: The Fallen King of the ten (not thousand) Scootaloo’sGlistening multiply walked though Everfree forest unaware of the ten Scootaloos follow their leader. “Where we going boss?” one of the Scootaloos asks. Multiply jumped and looked behind him, “How long have you been following me for?!” One of the other Scootaloos approached, “Since those traitors threw us out from the window” The Stallion attempted to wave them off, “J-just leave, leave me to rot in my lab.” He turned and started to walk away. The Scootaloos continued to follow, one of them running besides their boss, “No way boss, we will follow you every step of the way.” Another Scootaloo went to his other side, “Ya, we’ll make Equestria ours soon, just look how we took it over for a week.” One of the Scootaloos in the back runs up behind Multiply, “We’ll follow you pass the ends of Equestria boss.” The stallion stops, tears running down his face, he sits down and extends his hoofs, “Ok, come in for a hug!” The ten Scootaloos quickly give him a large hug, tight enough to damage a tree, once they let go Multiply stands up, “Come on, let’s get-” A bush rattles, a timber wolf jumping out at one of the Scootaloos, her voice screaming. The grass becomes stained with a few drops, before wood dust spread around the area, Multiply held his hoof in pain, the bite marks still there. “LEAVE, MY, SCOOTALOOS ALONE!” The ten Scootaloos where silent, they took a while to process what happened. The stallion fell, huffing and puffing, The Scootaloos picked him up and walked to his home, they walk up to a nearby cave, to a metal door, the stallion with his good hoof inputs a pin code. The door unlocked, letting them inside, they lay the stallion on a bed “You’re going to be Ok boss.” A few of the Scootaloos look around their new home, a few look for a snack to grab, and one sits near her boss, wrapping bandage around his hurt hoof. “Thank you” Multiply said, smiling as he gave her a hug, “remind me to hug the other ones when I wake up, I have some sleeping bags in the storage room, I was going to sell them, but you and your sisters can have them till I make a room for the ten of you.” Slowly, Multiply closed his eyes and began to snore, his little gremlin leaving the room and quietly closing the door... Author's Note This is not the end of Glistening multiply and his Ten Scootaloos, this is only the beginning.

What the hay are you doing here?!” Then another Scootaloo emerged from the dark, and another, and another, and another... and another... and... another… One Scootaloo was normal, after all there was only supposed to be one, but now there where a lot of them, Applejack asked the first question “What in tarnation?!” Twilight attempted to take a mental count of them. But quickly gave up from the ridiculous amount of them, Rarity and Fluttershy where in awe at the sight while Pinkie Pie was excited by the amount of Scootaloo's and Rainbow Dash was just upset. “I, I don't get it... Why are there so many?” Twilight, not feeling so good spoke, “I have a very bad feeling about this.” The light gray stallion smiled, "SCOOTALOOS, ATTACK!!!!" “Wait, what-” Rainbow yelled out as the army of Scootaloo’s started their attack. Twilight, knowing its hopeless to fight them yelled out. “Run!!!” The group tries desperately to outrun all the Scootaloo's, but there was too many! Pinkie Pie was the first to be stopped, with a Scootaloo tackling her to the ground, Fluttershy was next to be overtaken by the mob, getting pushed to the ground by several Scootaloo's, Rarity and Applejack tried and protect each other, but both got overcome by the overwhelming numbers of Scootaloo’s, Twilight tried to cast a magic spell, but was instantly swarmed by the many Scootaloo's, and finally Rainbow Dash tried in vain to get away, but was quickly stopped by several Scootaloo's grabbing her. The light gray stallion passed rope and two tennis balls with holes in them to the Scootaloo’s. “W-wait! What are you doing?!” Twilight struggles as the two tennis balls are placed on her and Rarity's horns. "I have a kingdom to claim, I'll be heading off to Canterlot, Scootaloo's, with me!" The stallion starts to walk off, two Scootaloo's staying behind, All the tied-up ponies try to protest, but it falls on deaf ears as the stallion leaves along with the army of Scootaloo’s.
The King Of The Scootaloo'sPrincess Celestia and Luna sip their drinks, Coffie and tea respectively, one for the start of the day, one for late into the night. Twilight and her friends went off to stop another threat, Celestia reads her morning paper, her eye occasionally shifting to the clock above the table, the ticking being the only real noise in the room. The two sat in silence, before Celestia spoke up “It has been rather quiet this past month, hasn't it?” Luna nods, and takes a sip of her tea, “Indeed. But I can sense something strange is coming” Celestia tilted her head, “Hm, what gives you that impression?” Luna sipped her tea once more, “A feeling, just a feeling that something is off, something has been off, also that light gray pony covering the windows to block the light.” “Hm...I see.” Celestia looked down at her newspaper, reading the top headline: 'Ponyville. destroyed by gray stallion and army, now marching to Canterlot' “...Well that's not good” Luna leaned over, reading the headline, her eyes go wide as she looks at Celestia. “It gets worse” Celestia looks shocked a moment, before she reads the bottom half of the headline, They also stole all the sheets... “Why in the world would they steal all the bedding?” Celestia and Luna look at each other, a realization hitting the two at the same time. “Oh no…” said Celestia. Celestia and Luna head to the hallway, looking out the various windows that line the castle corridors, trying to see if they have been covered. Indeed, most of the windows were completely covered by sheets, and in the middle of the hallway was a light gray stallion. The two look at the ponies and the stallion in the center, Celestia's eye narrowing. They both glare at the stallion, before Celestia spoke “What is the meaning of this?!” The stallion smiled, "Simple, you can give up now and let me rule equestrian, or I can throw you out the window and then ship you off to the farthest town from Equestria" The two look at the stallion in disbelief, Celestia once more spoke up, “And what makes you believe we will go along with your demands?” "Well," -hundreds of purple eyes appeared behind him, ready to strike- "Then my army will throw you out the window." Celestia looks at the army behind the stallion with grim expression on her face. She looks to her sister luna, before looking back to the stallion “You have one minute to leave my kingdom.” She stands straight and holds a look to say that she will not back down "Well then, Minions... attack!" From the dark, one of them attacks... Its Scootaloo with a military helmet? Celestia and Luna look at the young pegasus in confusion, the two having a million thoughts going through their heads at the odd sight The stallion turned around to the other purple eyes. "I Said atta- oh wait, you've all clogged the hallway." they grab one of the ponies and start tugging Luna walks up besides Celestia, the two looking at the scene with a mixture of confusion and annoyance. Celestia spoke to the stallion “Why is there a child in your army?” they pulled out the pony. it was... Scootaloo? Then Scootaloo ran at then, then another one, then another one and then.... another one... Celestia's eye narrows as more and more clones of the young pegasus appear “How many of these are there?” The Stallion smiled and moved to the side as the pile of Scootaloo's shook "Ten thousand Scootaloos" Suddenly the pile collapse, they all Flooded to Celestia and Luna like a tsunami Celestia and Luna look at each other, then back at the approaching horde of fillies. Celestia yelled out “Run!” The two turn and run back for the entrance to the castle, but they barely get a few steps in before they are tackled by the Scootaloo's, the army pinning the two princesses down, the two struggle in the hold of the ponies as the stallion walks up, a smirk on his face. He placed two tennis balls Atop Celestia and Luna's horns before walking over to the window and opening it, to the summer wind "Looks like the perfect season, fall" Celestia and Luna look at each other and then at the stallion, Celestia struggling as much as she can against the ponies pinning her “You wouldn't dare...” The Scootaloo’s picked up Celestia and Luna, two each riding the two princesses. “Put us down this instant!” Celestia commanded. "Sure thing, Scootaloo's drop them onto the ground with the others" outside, hundreds of Scootaloo's wait. Celestia and Luna tumble onto the ground, right into a large pile of clones of the young pegasus, the impact jolting the two back. They try to get up but are quickly forced down by the masses of ponies, they carry Celestia and Luna to a ship, tie them up and throw them onto it, the two are tied up to the main mast, the ropes wrapped tight around them, preventing their escape as the ship sails off to who knows where. The light gray Stallion sits upon his new throne. “I, King Glistening multiply, King of THE SCOOTALOO’S!!!” And as such, he starts to rebuild Equestria as he sees fit. Scootaloo, the original Scootaloo. starts getting worried, Rainbow hasn’t returned home yet, it was the middle of the night. Worried, Scootaloo started to write a letter to Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty, who where on vacation for the next 13 days and trusted Rainbow to care for Scootaloo, went over to the cloudsdale mail service, gave it to derpy, and, as a backup plan incase Rainbow hadn’t returned, walked over to Rainbow Dash’s parents’ house.
The Emperors of the Scootaloo’s13 days past since Glistening multiply took over Equestria with his army of Scootaloo’s, and he loved it, the power went straight to his head. He had set up a party for all the Scootaloo’s, All the Scootaloo’s where dancing and playing games… then the door burst open to two angry mares, one clearly angrier then the other. Glistening multiply was mad at this invasion of his Castle, “What is the meaning of this invasion?” The thinner one with an aqua mane steps closer, “What is the meaning of this, WHAT is the meaning of you using our niece to take over Equestria!” The chubbier one with an orange mane speaks up, “you shouldn’t be manipulating poor little fillies to obey you, that’s just wrong.” Glistening multiply Scoffed the two mares off. “Just leave my sight.” The thinner one looks around. “Look at you, all obeying this tyrant, look outside, Ponyville is a mess, ponies are scared of you, even your own friends don’t want to be around you. Are you proud of yourselves, are you?” Most the Scootaloos lower their head. “What are you doing, Don’t listen to her” Glistening multiply said, trying to convince his army to listen to him. “Now what are you going to do, are you going to be a good pony, or just obey this self-centered Stallion?” “SCOOTALOO’S, THROW THESE MARES OUT RIGHT NOW!” Glistening multiply Commanded his army, but most of them didn’t respond. “What are you doing, you’re all supposed to obey!-” Suddenly, Glistening multiply was picked up, some of the Scootaloo’s tried to stop the others but where also picked up and thrown out of the window, landing with a hard crash. The Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo’s look over at their aunt’s, Holiday and Lofty. “Well girls,” Auntie Holiday said, “now that dastardly stallion is no longer ruling Equestria, what do you say we go reverse the damage that Stallion did?” The two Aunts guide the Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo’s thought the castle. Under the castle within the dungeon were Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack, all laying on the cold floor of the dungeon, while Fluttershy is sitting nearby, staring at the floor. Twilight was the first to speak “We... We failed.” Rainbow Dash grunted, “I can't believe that stupid pony took over!” Applejack sighed, “How the heck did he even get so many Scootaloos anyway?” Pinkie pie butts in, “And why Scootaloos out of all ponies? The guy could have used a million other ponies, but he only used Scootaloos? Doesn't that seem kinda... Specific?” Rainbow Dash thinks back to about 13 days ago, she was looking after Scootaloo while her aunts where on vacation, and her toothbrush did go missing, so what if it wasn't supposed to be Scootaloo. “I... I think I know how he got so many Scootaloos...” Twilight and the others look at Rainbow Dash, all eyes on her. “What do you mean? How did he get all those Scootaloos?” “Back when I was watching over Scootaloo a few days ago, her toothbrush went missing. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I let her use mine. What if... What if he wanted MY toothbrush instead?” The others where confused, Rarity spoke up, "But what would he want your toothbrush for?" “I don't even know. Maybe he wanted it for some kinda cloning thing, that would definitely explain the army of Scootaloos.” Applejack questioned for a bit, “If that's right, then all that means is that the whole reason all this happened was because this creep wanted your toothbrush?!” I guess so, yeah... So if my theory is right, then all this happened because that stupid guy wanted ME as a clone! Rarity was still confused, “But why would he want to clone you in the first place?” Rainbow thought for a bit: Hmm, well... I could be valuable, ya know, since I’m the fastest Pegasus in all of Equestria and all. When they consider the alternative, it’s quite a good thing he messed up and grabbed Scootaloos toothbrush, he still took over Equestria, but still. Rarity perked up, “Wait, if he only used Scootaloos clones to take over Equestria, then what happened to the actual Scootaloos out there?” But Rainbow had already planned for this, (for once) “My parents... they're going to be taking care of the real Scootaloo while her aunts are away since I didn't return. That means she's safe!” Applejack sighed “That's the at least one of the good news, but we're still in a dungeon. How the heck are we gonna get out of here?” Suddenly, a few Scootaloo's open the cell and run off. “What in the name of Celestia...?” Rarity yelled in confusion. “I... I don't understand... Why would they just let us free?” Twilight said as she stood up. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy all walk freely out of the dungeon, with a bewildered Twilight still processing the strange turn of events, however, it became even more confusing when they saw the Scootaloo's rebuilding everything. Twilight, who was the most confused amongst the group, just spoke one word. “…Why?” Rainbow Dash was just as confused as everyone else, until a thought came to her mind, and she decided to speak up. “Wait, where's that stupid stallion that did all this?” Scootaloo’s aunt Lofty walked up to the mane 6, "Oh you don't need to worry about him, these girls already sent him packing." “Wait... what do you mean they sent him packing?” Twilight asked. "Threw him out the window, him and the only Scootaloo's that still sided with him. they ended up running off" Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Rarity where confused and perplexed, but not as perplexed as Rainbow Dash, “That still doesn't make any sense! All those Scootaloos were on his side, so why would they turn on him!?” Lofty smiled, "Turns out, they just needed some encouragement from their aunts" Just then, one of the Scootaloos comes up to Lofty, reserving a pat on the head. “So,” -Rainbow started to ponder- “those Scootaloos just needed to hear it from their aunts before taking him down... Man, he really didn't have any real control over them, did he?” Applejack scoffed, “I guess being in charge of a huge army of clones of young fillies was something he bit off more than he could chew.” But despite the problem being over, one question manifested itself, Twilight speaking her concern, “But, what is going to happen with all the Scootaloos when they're done cleaning up and repairing the city?” Rarity, also concerned, spoke up, “Yeah, I don't think this city has enough room for a whole army of Scootaloos.” Suddenly, a mischievous laugh of a certain Draconequus echoed around them, Rainbow making a annoyed groan knowing exactly who it is, “Discord...” Discord swings down from above, hanging onto something that didn’t exist, "Right you are my friends, now I heard about your little kafuffle, and I say, why not give them a world of their own, one where their immortal?" Twilight and her friends are not amused by Discord's presence and his suggestion. “Discord, are you actually suggesting sending an army of clone fillies to another dimension where they're immortal?” "Why yes, yes I am." Discord nodded, spinning his head a full 360 degrees. Rarity yelled out, "That's crazy! Sending an army of ponies, especially fillies, to a world where they can't age or die seems unethical! Besides that, where would we even find another dimension to send them to?" "Oh simple, I already made one." Discord said as he rolled a d6 and moved his pawn to e25 The 6 where taken aback, Applejack speaking up, "Y-you already made a whole other dimension where these Scootaloo’s could live?" "Correct, now then, may we relocate the Scootaloo clones to their new home?" Discord smiled, ready to help. Twilight pondered to herself for a bit, before coming to a solution, “I mean, sending them away to another dimension where they're immortal might be the best option we have.” "Splendid!" Discord snaped his fingers, a portal appearing with the Scootaloo clones already dome lining up. One by one, the Scootaloo clones march into their new home, and soon enough, out of the ten thousand clones made, Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Scootaloo's went through the portal, by that logic ten Scootaloo clones are still with the Stallion, wherever he is. “Wow, all that crazy stuff's finally over, huh?” Applejack said after the large amount of Scootaloo sounds dims. Rainbow Dash let out an exhausted breath, thankful that the Scootaloos where now gone, “Yeah, thank Celestia that it’s finished now.” However, somewhere In Everfree Forest, one Stallion walked around, Ten Scootaloos following him.
Epilogue: The Fallen King of the ten (not thousand) Scootaloo’sGlistening multiply walked though Everfree forest unaware of the ten Scootaloos follow their leader. “Where we going boss?” one of the Scootaloos asks. Multiply jumped and looked behind him, “How long have you been following me for?!” One of the other Scootaloos approached, “Since those traitors threw us out from the window” The Stallion attempted to wave them off, “J-just leave, leave me to rot in my lab.” He turned and started to walk away. The Scootaloos continued to follow, one of them running besides their boss, “No way boss, we will follow you every step of the way.” Another Scootaloo went to his other side, “Ya, we’ll make Equestria ours soon, just look how we took it over for a week.” One of the Scootaloos in the back runs up behind Multiply, “We’ll follow you pass the ends of Equestria boss.” The stallion stops, tears running down his face, he sits down and extends his hoofs, “Ok, come in for a hug!” The ten Scootaloos quickly give him a large hug, tight enough to damage a tree, once they let go Multiply stands up, “Come on, let’s get-” A bush rattles, a timber wolf jumping out at one of the Scootaloos, her voice screaming. The grass becomes stained with a few drops, before wood dust spread around the area, Multiply held his hoof in pain, the bite marks still there. “LEAVE, MY, SCOOTALOOS ALONE!” The ten Scootaloos where silent, they took a while to process what happened. The stallion fell, huffing and puffing, The Scootaloos picked him up and walked to his home, they walk up to a nearby cave, to a metal door, the stallion with his good hoof inputs a pin code. The door unlocked, letting them inside, they lay the stallion on a bed “You’re going to be Ok boss.” A few of the Scootaloos look around their new home, a few look for a snack to grab, and one sits near her boss, wrapping bandage around his hurt hoof. “Thank you” Multiply said, smiling as he gave her a hug, “remind me to hug the other ones when I wake up, I have some sleeping bags in the storage room, I was going to sell them, but you and your sisters can have them till I make a room for the ten of you.” Slowly, Multiply closed his eyes and began to snore, his little gremlin leaving the room and quietly closing the door... Author's Note This is not the end of Glistening multiply and his Ten Scootaloos, this is only the beginning.
