You can run but you can't hide, CHRYSSIE
Starlight tried to destroy the changeling throne before she was caught by Chrysalis after exposing Thorax as a body double, Starlight ducked behind the throne as Chrysalis tried to blast her.
"Very cleaver, and it appears Thorax revealed to you the secret of my throne. I can't have powerful ponies using their magic against me! Even with your pathetic rescue attempt, everything has gone according to MY, PLAN." Chrysalis boasted.
"What plan? Why did you do all this?!" Starlight asked the changeling queen.
"So I could feed of course! By replacing the most beloved figures of Equestria, my drones will be able to store all the love meant for them, and return it here! To me! Every single pony who is respected and beloved by all of Equestria has been captured, to the princess of friendship, from her friends, to Celestia, to her student from her school for gifted unicorns!" Chrysalis monologued, which caused Starlight's eyes to twitch after hearing that last statement.
"What, was that last pony, you mentioned?" Starlight requested the changeling to repeat herself.
"I said, Celestia's prized pupil from her school for gifted unicorns! Up there, in a cocoon!" Chrysalis yelled, as she pointed a hoof at a cocoon containing Starlight's best friend since she was a filly.
Starlight's eyes beamed with hatred and contempt.
"Let, him, go, NOW." Starlight demanded, to which Chrysalis and the other changelings simply laughed.
"What are you going to do?! You don't have any magic here! There is NOTHING you can do to sto-" Chrysalis was suddenly grabbed by Starlight's hooves and lifted up into the air.
Starlight then jumped into the air and punched her into the floor so fast it created a crack in the floor of the hive.
The other changelings could only watch as they saw their beloved queen get pummeled into oblivion.
Starlight then grabbed Chrysalis's tail, before swinging her around and around, before throwing her into her own throne so hard it smashed it into a thousand pieces.
Starlight then used her magic to crack open all the cocoons containing the ponies and her friends, freeing all of them.
Chrysalis opened her sore eyes to see Starlight slowly approaching her...............
"That is only a taste of my wrath WITHOUT my magic, I can do MUCH worse." Starlight growled.
"Drones, SEIZE HER!" Chrysalis demanded her subjects out of fear, to which they charged at Starlight.
However, Starlight merely caught every, single, drone, with her magic, before tossing them across the wall, and locking them in an impenetrable magical shield.
"I have no business with the rest of you, this is between me, and YOUR QUEEN." Starlight stated, before turning back to the changeling leader.
"Wha- what are you going to do to me?" Chrysalis hesitated to even speak.
Starlight merely chuckled, before charging her horn to do Celestia knows what.
"I'm going to give you a three second head start, and if you don't start running, YOU'RE DEAD." Starlight growled, causing Chrysalis to gasp in horror.
"Starlight no! You've done enough! You don't need to kill her!" Twilight begged Starlight not to take Chrysalis's life.
"SHE KIDNAPPED MY BEST FRIEND! There is no redeeming her, she needs to PAY THE PRICE." Starlight shouted, causing Twilight to step back, knowing nothing can stop the beast that was awakened.
"One," Starlight began counting down, to which Chrysalis immediately galloped for her life, she couldn't fly, as her wings have been barely scrapped off after being beaten to a pulp.
"TWO," Chrysalis could still hear Starlight as she left the throne room, intent on finding a place to get away from the mad mare.
"THREE." Starlight finished the countdown, as she immediately chased after Chrysalis.
As Chrysalis left the hive, she booked it for the Everfree forest, hoping Starlight wouldn't know to look for her there.
As she made her way deep into the woods of the Everfree, she found a still tree and leaned against it, thinking she was safe..................................................
"FOUND YOU." Starlight roared at Chrysalis, as she uncloaked herself, causing Chrysalis to jump in panic.
Starlight fired a powerful beam of magic directly at Chrysalis, damaging several trees in it's wake and pushing Chrysalis against a log, badly hurting her.
Starlight prepared to fire another blast before Chrysalis teleported away, to which Starlight began looking for her again.
Chrysalis teleported herself to a secluded area of Ponyville, and then changed into a green unicorn mare to blend in with the ponies, hoping Starlight wouldn't find her.
As Chrysalis roamed the streets of Ponyville, she saw Starlight using some kind of spell on the ponies, no doubt to expose a changeling's disguise.
Chrysalis slowly walked away from Starlight, not looking back to avoid looking suspicious.
However, Starlight quickly took notice of the green unicorn.
Then teleported next to her and exposed her.
Chrysalis yelped and tried to flee, but Starlight was too fast and decked her into a wall with her hoof.
"YOU CANNOT ESCAPE JUSTICE!!!" Starlight roared, causing Chrysalis to scream in terror.
Chrysalis then changed into a snake and slithered past Starlight, but Starlight grabbed her by the tail and tossed her into sugarcube corner.
As Chrysalis changed back, she took a quick bite of one of the cupcakes before Starlight charged into the bakery.
"AHEM!" Mrs. Cake affirmed Starlight to gently enter the bakery, to which Starlight nodded before gently walking into the bakery as the bell rang.
She then resumed charging after Chrysalis to strangle her.
However Chrysalis turned into a bird to fly away from Starlight, flying out of the bakery and into the sky.
But Starlight caught up by levitating herself using her unicorn magic.
"I'M SORRY!!!" Chrysalis yelled, hoping to find a way to cease Starlight's pursuit.
"IT'S TOO LATE FOR THAT." Starlight boomed, ensuring Chrysalis knew that she was doomed.
Chrysalis tried to change back and teleport away, but Starlight teleported on top of her and blasted her with a huge energy wave that shook the area around them.
As Chrysalis coughed, she looked up to see Starlight falling down at high speeds, raising her hoof to punch her.
As Chrysalis screamed, Starlight smashed Chrysalis into the floor, nearly digging herself into the center of the earth.
Chrysalis was badly weakened, and couldn't move any longer.
As Starlight approached Chrysalis in the giant hole she just made, she cracked her neck as she prepared to deal the final blow.
"And now, Queen Chrysalis, YOU, SHALL, DI-" Starlight was about to finish off Chrysalis once and for all, until she was interrupted by Twilight.
"WAIT!!!" Twilight moved in the way to stop Starlight from finishing the job.
"Twilight get out of my way! She deserves to perish!" Starlight told the princess of friendship.
"As the princess of friendship, this is not how I expected my student to handle dealing with villains. When a certain pony stopped Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom from happening, preventing me and my friends from ever meeting in alternate timelines, yes I was mad, but I certainly didn't go as far to try to KILL the pony responsible.........." Twilight told off Starlight, which made her grown to realize the ramifications of what she did...........
"Listen, I know you care deeply about Sunburst, but what would he think of you when he sees you going as far to kill someone over his endangerment?" Twilight asked her prized pupil.
"Thorax was able to convince the rest of the changeling hive to share love instead of taking it, he and the others were able to spread their love and achieve new forms because of that. I'm sure we can convince Chrysalis to do the same, but you can't KILL, HER. Do you understand?" Twilight asked her student, as she held her hoof up her chin.
Starlight teared up a little bit, before hugging Twilight.
"I'm sorry.............. I just felt so enraged................ I couldn't control myself............." Starlight cried as she hugged Twilight.
"There there, Sunburst is fine, he's resting with everypony else who was freed." Twilight assured Starlight.
"Now, I'm going to make sure Chrysalis is still breathing." Twilight told Starlight, as Starlight left to go back to the hive to meet up with everypony.
Twilight held her hoof to Chrysalis's chest, and sighed as she heard a heart beat.
She then teleported herself and Chrysalis out of the hole, before picking her up on her back to take her back to her castle, hoping to teach her about friendship when she awakes.
As Chrysalis opened her eyes, she awoke to find herself in a changeling proof cage, unable to break out.
"Wha- where am I? What is the meaning of this?............." Chrysalis found it difficult to even speak, seeing as how Starlight badly damaged her voice box.
"Hi, don't worry, this cage is just to ensure you don't hurt anypony. I'm terribly sorry for the actions of my friend, she can get a bit............... Carried away................. Anyway, welcome to my home! I'm going to teach you how to be a good changeling and share love! So you never go hungry again!" Twilight greeted Chrysalis with a welcoming smile.
"No..................... No NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Chrysalis found the energy to yell again, as she was faced with her worst nightmare................
A fate worse then death..................................
