Pinkie rapidly blinked her heavy eyelids to keep herself awake, she was almost there

Pinkie was making her way through a quiet, dark, and serene Ponyville. If she was threaten with a dagger to guess what the time was she'll say that it was just past midnight - which then in turned would make her loudly exclaimed that it's 'Party Time™' and they would promptly be taken care of in a manner that was both subversive and whimsical. Probably her cannon

But it wasn't party time right now, it was actually just past party time. She and the girls decided to have a night out together, it wasn't for anything really - except maybe for Rarity, she just apparently just clutched out an order last minute and drank excessively - but mostly it was just for fun, no one needed a reason to have fun

Karaoke, jokes, and a lot of drinks. Fun was successfully had. But they might have gone a bit overboard on the drinks at the end - well at least half of the group

Rainbow, well, Rainbow'd, she was the first to crash out. Next was Rarity who just passed out of her chair. And lastly there was they're familiar purple princess who was currently on her back clutching her neck

Luckily Applejack and Fluttershy noticed what was going to happened too and spend the rest of the night with her staying as sober as possible. AJ got Rainbow cause she won't stop squirming and sometimes punching, Flutters got Rarity cause she was last, and Pinkie-

It always amazes her how thinking could make it feel like she just skipped time

Went to the sides of the crystal stairs that led up to the castle and grabbed on of the jagged crystals with her teeth. A tiny white glow shined as she pulled it out and now a key was in her mouth

With a click she unlocked the door and slowly opened it and stepped inside. She closed the door behind her and locked it, she'll just jump off the balcony to get out

She made her way through the large empty castle, navigating through it corridor to Twilight's room. The soft tip-tap of her hooves sounded too loud for her tired mind, worried that she'll wake up her lulled lavender load she practically tip toed her way through the castle

Another set of soft but groggy steps entered her ears, followed by a dim light blue glow of light, "Hi Starlight" She in a cheerful whisper

"Hi Pinkie" She said walking past her, she heard a snicker as she did

Pinkie finally reached Twilight's room, she opened the door and slowly closed it. Pinkie then realised that she had to find a way put Twilight down without waking her. She walked to her bed and stood sideways against the bed and very very slowly tipped Twilight over to her bed, bending her knees so it won't be much of a fall. This method worked, up until her head

Instead of her hooves sliding off of her neck, Twilight's grip got stronger, Pinkie couldn't help but giggle at the gesture. But eventually she had to pry Twilight's hooves off of her with a bit more force

With a mumble Pinkie was able to set Twilight's hooves on her chest. The mumbling didn't stop though and Twilight started groaning, her hooves scrabbling the bed trying to grab something

Pinkie grabbed the blanket in her mouth and slowly slid it over Twilight. In the process Twilight's hoof brush over her chest and she was reaching over to her

Pinkie, caught of guard, was suddenly wrapped in lavender hooves weakly trying to pull her closer

Pinkie smiled, "Twilight are you really asleep?"

A pause

"Ngg- yes..."

Pinkie didn't really resist, she was now sitting in an awkward position just beside the bed leaning slightly towards the bed just enough so that Twilight didn't have to reach that far to wrangle her hooves around her neck

Pinkie tried grabbing Twilight's hooves again but with a aggravated groan Twilight lurch slightly forward to reel Pinkie in closer to her

With this information Pinkie grabbed Twilight's hooves again, Twilight once again lurched forward. But Pinkie wasn't trying to escape, instead she adjusted Twilight's hooves so that she could climb into her bed

Twilight, her eyes still closed, sensing that she had more Pinkie to grab on to again adjusted herself so that she could bury her muzzled into Pinkie side

"Mhmm" She said with a satisfied lilt

Pinkie stifled a giggle and resisted the urge to pet Twilight

"You're not gonna let me leave are you?"

Silent, but Pinkie knew better

"No"

Pinkie chuckled, Twilight's bed was so soft. The affects of tiredness was taking a toll on her, and her mind was becoming hazy

"Why?" She halfheartedly asked, mostly to just keep herself awake

A slight grunt and mumble was her answer. Pinkie breath out something resembling a laugh in her half awake stupour

Pinkie's hoof brushed over Twilight's head, and Pinkie just decided that 'you know what, she was just gonna stay here'

Pinkie let herself lay down on the bed, making Twilight grumble once more, as her hooves tried to scrabble back into Pinkie

As Pinkie found a comfortable place to lay her head, she felt two hooves brush her and suddenly clamp down onto her the back her neck followed by a muzzle digging itself onto her chest

Pinkie stretched, letting all of her fur touch all the cold parts of the bed. While warmth from Twilight's hooves still stayed on her neck making for a combination that she could only describe as heavenly~

Pinkie finally settled down from her pre-sleep squirming, and just rested her head on the nice, soft, silk pillow. Her eyes closed as she let exhaustion consume her

Of course she didn't forget the pony that was still attached to her. Pinkie turned to her side and slid her hooves around Twilight. The added something that she wrapped around her hooves doubled- No quintippled the comfortableness that Pinkie was feeling

Pinkie heard a small content coo, coming from Twilight. She buzzed? She felt like she was buzzing and Pinkie pulled her closer, digging her muzzle into her head. She could see why Twilight liked it so much, feeling Twilight soft strands of hair tickling her cheeks only served to make her muzzled dig deeper

With one last hum of content, Pinkie let consciousness fly away from her

Anyway, yea this story was a result of the cover first before the text (even though the cover took me way longer to make. Procrastination is the devil)

But yea, I barely edit this lol so i'm sorry if there's typos, I got really lazy. Hopefully it could still be enjoyable

Credit to my friend for forcing me to finish the drawing and teaching me how to use layers in a way I know how (and my brother for using the PC so I can't avoid it)
