Cassidy tried to call out to them, but Drake snuck up from behind and put him in a choke hold. Cassidy tried to fight free, but Drake was too strong. Sunset walked up to Twilight and put her hands on Twilight’s hips. Twilight then snapped out of her haze. “Sunset, stop! This doesn’t feel right!” “Twilight, don’t you want to feel pleasure?” Sunset asked with a sinister look on her face. “No! Get away!” Twilight then shoved Sunset away from her. Dawn shook her head. “If you insist on doing this the hard way, then so be it.” Dawn then snapped her fingers. Rarity and AppleJack both came rushing in out of nowhere and grabbed Twilight’s arms. They then pinned her to the ground. “Let me go! I don’t want this!” Twilight shouted. Dawn chuckled. “How cute. You think you have a choice.” Rarity and AppleJack then bit into either side of Twilight’s neck at the same time. Sunset then pulled down Twilight’s skirt and bit her inner thigh. Twilight’s eyes went wide as she felt the blood being drained from her body. Cassidy would not let Drake and Dawn’s little horror show to continue. He nailed Drake in the face with a massive back elbow to break free of the choke hold. Cassidy then ran and transformed into his werewolf form as he lept through the air and landed between Dawn and the Dazzlings. Cassidy then let out a blood curdling howl. Adagio, Aria, and Sonata all snapped out of the haze that they were in when they heard Cassidy’s howl. They then looked down and saw Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack drinking Twilight’s blood and screamed. “What the fuck is going on!?” Adagio shouted. Dawn let out an irritated sigh. “Ugh! It looks like our furry little friend here doesn’t want us to have any fun!” Dawn then snapped her fingers and Sunset, AppleJack, and Rarity all stopped feeding on Twilight. They stood up and faced Cassidy and The Dazzlings, hissing at them while baring their fangs and claws. A large pair of bat wings sprouted from Dawn’s back. Dawn picked up Twilight and then flew off into the night. Cassidy growled at the vampire girls. He then turned his head and looked at The Dazzlings. Sonata looked into Cassidy’s eyes. He didn’t speak, but Sonata could hear a message from him in her head. “Run.” Sonata grabbed Adagio and Aria by the hands and the three of them began running away as fast as they could. Meanwhile, Cassidy lunged at Rarity, AppleJack, and Sunset. Cassidy was able to pin down Sunset and bite deep into her shoulder, but Rarity and AppleJack jumped onto Cassidy’s back and dug their claws deep into his flesh. The Dazzlings ran far from the fight, but they were cut off by Drake. “Who are you?! What do you want?!” Sonata screamed. “I just want to make the three of you my personal whores!” Drake said with a sadistic smile. Drake then extended his claws and fangs, as well as growing his own pair of massive bat wings. Drake then dashed at The Dazzlings, but he was tackled by another dark wolf out of nowhere. The second wolf bit Drake on the arm and tore off his hand. Blood gushed from Drake’s stump as he flew away. Meanwhile, Cassidy still fought with Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack. Cassidy threw himself back to get Rarity and AppleJack off of his back. He then shook Sunset around like a rag doll. The second wolf ran towards Cassidy's side and growled. Rarity and AppleJack sprouted giant bat wings. Sunset raked Cassidy across the eyes to free herself from his jaws. She too then sprouted a pair of bat wings, and all three vampire girls flew off into the night. Cassidy turned back into his human form. His back was torn up and bloody, and blood poured from his eyes. The second wolf then transformed and revealed himself to be Eli. He and Cassidy both stood up and looked at The Dazzlings. “Ca-Cassidy?” Sonata asked while still shaking with fear. “Yeah, it’s me.” “You two do know that you’re naked, right?” Aria asked. Both Cassidy and Eli looked at each other and realized that Aria was right. “Let’s get out of here.” Cassidy said. History Pt oneDrake and Dawn arrived at their hideout with Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack. Dawn carried Twilight over to their queen and placed her on the floor. “Mmm, more converts.” The queen said as she licked her lips. Sunset bowed before the queen. “My name is Sunset Shimmer, and it will be my pleasure to serve you.” “Excellent.” The queen said. She then stood up from her throne and looked down at Twilight. “And who is this?” “This one is named Twilight Sparkle.” Dawn said. “She is still weak from being drained of so much blood.” The queen knelt down and helped Twilight up to her knees. She then stroked Twilight’s face as she woke up. “Where…where am I?” Twilight asked in a meek voice. “I feel so hungry.” “You just need to feed to build up your strength.” The queen said. She then used one of her long, red fingernails like a razor blade to cut open her wrist to let out her blood. Upon seeing it, Twilight could not hold herself back. She bit into the queen’s wrist and drank as much blood as she could. The queen stroked Twilight’s hair. “My, my. Aren’t we thirsty?” Twilight stopped feeding and looked up at the queen. Her eyes turned blood, and a pair of fangs grew in her mouth. Twilight’s skin became pale. “What is your name?” The queen stood up and walked out of the shadows. She was tall, 7-9’. Her skin was white, and she had blood red eyes. The queen had long, sharp red fingernails and red hair that was tied up in a bun. “My name is Erzsebet Bathory.” After everyone had returned to Cassidy’s house, the Dazzlings sat on the couch while they waited for Cassidy and Eli to shower off all of the blood they had on them and to put on new clothes. When Eli and Cassidy walked into the living room, Sonata could see that the wounds they had were healed. Cassidy and Eli sat in chairs across from the Dazzlings. Cassidy leaned forward with his hands together. “You obviously have a lot of questions for the two of us.” Cassidy said. “Go ahead, ask us anything.” “What the HELL happened tonight!?” Aria shouted out. Cassidy let out a deep sigh. “You three have been pulled into the middle of a war that has been going on for far too long. The world that you see everyday is not the real world, but merely the sugar coated topping. The true world is dark. I am a werewolf, and so is Eli.” All three of the Dazzlings' eyes went wide. “You’re werewolves?” Adagio said. Eli nodded his head. “Correct.” “Then what about those weird new kids?” Sonata asked. “Their names are Drake and Dawn, and they are vampires.” Cassidy explained. “What about Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack?” Aria asked. “They are also vampires.” Eli said. “They have been bitten, and now they have been turned.” “Wait, so that means the other night when Indigo Zap attacked me she did so because she was turned into a vampire?” “That is correct.” Cassidy said. “Are you the one who saved me?” Cassidy looked Sonata in the eye. “Yes, that was me.” Aria threw up her hands. “Whoa, whoa, whoa. You said something about a war. What do you mean by that?” “Just as Cassidy said.” Eli replied. “There is a secret war going on between vampires and werewolves.” “How did it start?” Sonata asked. “At one point in the distant past, werewolves and vampires split off from mankind. Both sides struggled to survive at first, but then vampires discovered magic.” Cassidy explained. “They used it to give themselves powers, such as the ability to fly and hypnotize their victims. Soon, they were at the top of the darkworld food chain.” “They enslaved werewolves.” Eli said. “We were their soldiers, servants, bodyguards, and even sex workers. What the vampires didn’t know was that werewolves studied magic in secret. We discovered ways to kill vampires.” Aria rolled her eyes. “Let me guess, crosses and holy water.” “Those don’t do shit.” Eli said. “Silver, garlic, and ultraviolet light will kill vampires.” “So will making them bleed to death, such as ripping out the jugular vein. Ripping them to pieces also works.” Cassidy added. “Do werewolves have weaknesses?” Adagio asked. “Yes. We can also be killed by silver, as well as by wolfsbane.” Cassidy said. “Vampires and werewolves do have one thing in common. We both have a healing factor. Any damage that we suffer to our flesh will heal quickly.” Eli added. “About this war, how long has it been going on?” Sonata asked. “It’s been raging on for 500 years.” Cassidy said. “Sometimes vampires gain the upper hand, sometimes werewolves. In recent years however, vampires have been winning.” “Why is that?” Aria asked. “Vampire numbers have been growing. Everytime someone is bitten by a vampire, they turn into a vampire permanently. The only way to kill them all for good is to kill the head vampire that is in charge.” Cassidy said. “And we Know that she has come here.” “Do-Do you eat people?” Sonata asked with a worried voice. Eli chuckled and shook his head. “No, we don’t eat people. Cassidy and eat human food. But when we have to, we eat wild animals.” “I have one last question. Do people who are bitten by werewolves become werewolves?” Adagio asked. Cassidy sighed a little. He looked down at the floor for a moment before looking back up at the Dazzlings. “Yes. In fact, I was human before I was turned into a werewolf.” History Pt twoCassidy leaned back in his chair. “The truth is, I am over 200 years old. My real name is Walter Pol. I changed it every few decades to avoid getting any unwanted attention. In 1799, when I was 17, I lived in a small village that was located in the forested mountains of the north. It was a quiet life. I lived with my parents and my sister who was a year older than me. But then everything changed.” “Vampires.” Sonata said. “Exactly. It began during the fall harvest. People in the village would disappear at night, or be found in their homes dead in the morning, drained of all of their blood. A wall was erected around the village,and night watchmen patrolled the perimeter with rifles, but the killings and disappearances continued. Then one night, she appeared at the gates.” “Who?” Aria asked. “Erzebet Bathory. The vampire queen.” “I know about her.” Adagio said. “Wasn’t she known as the blood countess?” Cassidy let out a sigh. “Yes. She kidnaps women, preferably little girls who are virgins, tortures them, and then bathes in their blood after killing them to keep herself young. Over the centuries, she has become almost unstoppable with her vampiric powers.” “Did Erzebet destroy your village?” Sonata asked. “Yes. She knocked down the gates with ease, and her vampire horde came running in. Most of the other villagers were killed, but a few were turned. Including my sister.” The Dazzlings became silent. They knew that what they were about to hear was very emotional. “Erzebet had her minions hold down me and my family. I then watched as she tore out my parent’s throats and drank their blood. My sister however, was only slightly bitten. Erzebet then cut her wrist and made my sister drink her blood. I watched her transform into a vampire right before my eyes.” Cassidy then began to shed tears. “My sister then looked at me with blood red eyes and razor sharp fangs. Erzebet then ordered her to kill me. I fought my way free and ran away as fast as I could. My sister chased me deep into the woods, eventually catching me and pinning me to the ground. Just before she could bite me, I reached over and grabbed a fallen branch. I bashed her over the head with it and she got off of me. When I stood up, she charged at me so I broke the branch in half and stabbed her through the heart with the sharp end. I then watched as she fell to the ground and burst into flames and ash.” It was obvious that Cassidy could not continue, so Eli picked up where he left off. “By now you must have figured out that I am not Cassidy’s uncle. But I did save his life. I had been tracking Erzebet Bathory’s movements in the area for days to find out what she was up to. I followed her scent to the outskirts of Cassidy’s village, and that’s when I saw Cassidy kill his sister. Then, I saw more of Erzebet’s minions closing in on him. I sprang into action and began to fight them. I tore them apart, leaving nothing but piles of ash.” “Then what happened?” Sonata asked. “Cassidy followed me deep into the woods. We hid inside of a nearby cave until sunrise. I then took my human form and we went back to Cassidy’s village. Erzebet and her minions were gone. There were only two things left. Bodies and blood.” Cassidy regained his composure and continued the story. “Eli helped me to bury the dead. He then told me about the war between vampires and werewolves. I wanted revenge. Eli then bit me and I became a werewolf, determined to destroy Erzebet Bathory.” “And who were those two weirdos that we saw at the party? The ones with matching black hair?” Aria asked. “Those two are Drake and Dawn, Erzebet’s top minions.” Eli said. “They call themselves Erzebet’s children, but they are not related to her. They’re just plain weird.” The Dazzlings all looked at each other. “Now that we know about this fight, what’s going to happen to us?” Adagio asked. “Nothing.” Cassidy said. “You are just innocent people who have stumbled across a hidden world. You are free to leave and continue living your lives. But know this, vampires now know that you know about them. And they may come after you.” The Dazzlings then talked amongst themselves. “We want to help you.” Sonata said. “We have seen what these vampires are capable of, and too many people have been taken by them. We will not stand back and let them take over this town.” Cassidy and Eli looked at each other and nodded. Cassidy then looked at The Dazzlings. “Welcome to the war.”
NightRarity and AppleJack made out on the couch in Rarity’s house. He also had on a white T-shirt, black jeans, and a pair of sneakers. “Can I help you?” AppleJack asked. “Yeah, I’m new to town. My name is Drake.” AppleJack didn’t know why, but something about Drake felt off. “I would love to help you, but it’s late and I need to get home.” Drake put up his hands. “I’ll be quick. Can you tell me where I can get a bite to eat?” “Um, all of the restaurants are probably closed.” Drake’s eyes then turned bright red. “That’s okay. I’ll have what’s in front of me.” Drake then smiled to show a pair of sharp fangs in his mouth. Drake hissed as lunged at AppleJack. “What the Hell?!” AppleJack shouted. Before she could move, Drake tackled her to the ground. AppleJack tried to use her strength to get Drake off of her, but Drake was too quick. He sank his fangs into AppleJack’s neck and drank her blood. The next day at Canterlot High Adagio Dazzle, Sonata Dusk, and Aria Blaze all sat in the principal's office for a meeting with principal Celestia. “Tell me why we’re here again?” Aria said with an irritated voice. “Because we need to get back into school.” Adagio explained. Our song “Find The Magic” may have made us popular, but in order to make it in this human world we are also going to need an education. Besides, I’m sick of living in a van.” “Also, it will be great to experience taco Tuesdays again!” Sonata said with her usual cheery voice. Principal Celestia walked into her office and sat behind her desk. “So girls, why should I let you back into Canterlot High? The last time you were here you used mind control on me and my sister, and you tried to use your music to feed off of the students.” Adagio, Aria, and Sonata all explained that they had changed. Their crystals had been destroyed, so they no longer had magic. They told principal Celestia about living in a van, focusing on using their music for good, and how they were now just regular teenage girls. Principal Celestia thought for a moment. “Alright, I will give the three of you a second chance. But I WILL be watching you. One tiny hint of trouble and you’re gone, understood?” “Understood.” The three said in unison. “Very well. You will begin classes tomorrow.” Principal Celestia then pressed a button on her intercom. “Luna, please send in the new student.” The new student entered the office just as Sonata, Adagio, and Aria were getting up to leave. The new student instantly caught Sonata’s attention. He was slim, with ruffled blonde hair. He wore a white T-shirt with a picture of a guitar on it. He also had on blue jeans that had a bit of slack. He also had a bit of scruff on his chin. He had a relaxed, can’t be bothered look but with a smile on his face. The one thing that caught Sonata’s attention the most were his bright, blue eyes. Principal Celestia stood up to shake his hand. “You must be the new student.” The new student shook principal Celestia’s hand. “Yes. My name is Cassidy Lee.” Sonata kept staring at Cassidy until Adagio tugged on her arm. “I swear, you are such a space case.” Adagio said with an annoyed tone. Just as she and her sisters were leaving, Sonata and Cassidy locked eyes. They then smiled at each other. That night Rarity was at her boutique putting the finishing touches on her costume. The bell attached to the door rang, and Rarity turned around to see that it was AppleJack. “AppleJack, where have you been?” Rarity asked with a worried voice. “Why weren’t you at school today?” “I had some business on the farm to take care of.” AppleJack replied. She then walked over to Rarity with a seductive look on her face. Rarity reached out and touched AppleJack’s face. She quickly pulled it back. “AppleJack, you're ice cold!” “Then how about you warm me up, sug?” AppleJack then leaned Rarity back on the table that she was working at and kissed her passionately. The Dazzlings looked over their class schedules. They would have most classes together, but not history. Sonata would be in that class by herself. After Sonata located her locker, she found herself standing next to Cassidy Lee. Cassidy smiled at Sonata. “Hey, you're one of the three girls I saw yesterday.” Sonata blushed. “Yeah, that was me and my sisters. Their names are Aria Blaze and Adagio Dazzle. I’m Sonata Dusk.” “It’s nice to meet you. I’m Cassidy Lee. So, are you new to the school as well?” Sonata rubbed the back of her head. “Well, not exactly. It’s a complicated story.” The bell then rang. Cassidy gathered his things and closed his locker. “Well, I need to get to class. Maybe we can catch up at lunch?” “Ye…yeah! That would be great!” “Cool. See you later.” Cassidy then turned and walked away. As he did, Sonata held her textbooks tight to her chest. She then sighed as a slight smile came across her face. The Dazzlings went about their school day. They kept hearing murmurs amongst the students about other students going missing from both Canterlot High and Crystal Prep. Two names that stuck out were Rarity and AppleJack. The Dazzlings knew them as members of the band The Rainbooms. The ones who were responsible for destroying their magic crystals and leaving them powerless. During P.E. Everyone was amazed at Cassidy’s physical skills. He out ran everyone, jumped incredibly high and far, and lifted an incredible amount of weight. Sonata was particularly impressed with Cassidy’s athletic prowess. When class ended and everyone headed back to the locker rooms, Sonata ran up to Cassidy. “Wow, you are really athletic!” “Thanks.” Cassidy said. “I try to work out every day.” After cleaning up, Sonata went to the one class that she did not have with her sisters, which was history. After she took her seat, Sonata saw Cassidy walk into the classroom and take a seat next to her. Cassidy looked over at Sonata and smiled. “Small world, huh?” “Yeah, small world.” Sonata said as she blushed once again. The teacher began the class once everyone had arrived. The subject was world history. Most of the students had trouble with the questions, but not Cassidy. Everytime the teacher called on him he answered the question correctly. Class ended and it was time for lunch. Sonata walked with Cassidy down the hall to the lunch room. “You were really impressive in history class.” Sonata said. Cassidy smiled and shrugged his shoulders. “I just do a lot of research, that’s all.” Sonata and Cassidy entered the lunch room and got their lunches. Sadly, it was not taco tuesday. It was, however, pizza friday, which was just as good. Sonata and Cassidy took their lunches and sat with Adagio and Aria. “Adagio, Aria, this is Cassidy Lee. He’s new here at Canterlot high. I invited him to have lunch with us.” Sonata said. Cassidy smiled and waved at Adagio and Aria. “Hi! It’s nice to meet you!” Adagio and Aria both gave Cassidy the silent treatment as he sat down. “So Cassidy, where are you from?” Adagio asked with a stone cold look on her face. “Well, I was born in a small town up north. For most of my life I have been moving around from place to place because of my parent’s job.” Aria raised an eyebrow. “And what do your parents do for a living?” Cassidy swallowed a bite of his pizza. “Pest control.” Sonata stared at her sisters. “Come on you two, there’s no need to give Cassidy the third degree.” While Sonata was talking with Adagio and Aria, Cassidy overheard Derpy talking to Bulk Biceps. “Did you hear? Another student from Crystal Prep has gone missing. This time it’s Indigo Zap.” A look of serious concentration came over Cassidy’s face. Sonata looked over and noticed. “Cassidy, are you alright?” She asked. “Yeah. I’m fine.” Cassidy then took another bite of his pizza and chewed slowly. When school let out, Cassidy followed Sonata out of the front door. “Sonata, I want you to have my phone number.” Sonata smiled and giggled. “Cassidy, we just met.” “I know. But this is just in case of emergencies. Where’s your phone?” “Um, my sisters and I don’t have enough money to afford phones.” “Where do you live?” Sonata bit her lower lip. “We…live in a van. We keep it parked in the parking lot by the forest.” Cassidy took out a pencil and a piece of paper. He then wrote down his phone number and home address. “Take this. If anything happens, contact me or come to my house.” Sonata took the piece of paper. “Why are you showing so much concern?” “Let’s just say I’m very cautious. Anyway, I have to go. See ya later.” Cassidy then smiled and walked away. Sonata watched Cassidy leave. She had a strong feeling that there was something he wasn’t telling her. Something dark.
BloodThat night the Dazzlings were all sound asleep in their van. Sonata was awoken from her sleep by a feeling of pressure in her bladder. She had to pee. Fortunately they were parked right by some porta potties, and they had a lot of hand sanitizer. Sonata quietly put her shoes on and left the van. She then walked out to the porta potty to do her business. Once she was done Sonata walked back to the van only to be cut off by someone. From what Sonata could see, it was a girl with short, blue hair. She was also wearing a Crystal Prep uniform. “Who’s there?” Sonata asked. The girl walked forward. Sonata could see that her skin was pale and her eyes were red. “My name is Indigo. Indigo Zap.” “What are you doing out here in the middle of the night?” Indigo chuckled. “I like the night. It’s very…soothing.” Sonata felt extremely uncomfortable. “I…I need to get back to my sisters.” Indigo approached Sonata. “Don’t do that. I want you to stay and play.” “Stay back! I’ll scream!” “Good.” Indigo then pounced on Sonata and knocked her to the ground. She then opened her mouth to expose her sharp fangs. Sonata struggled to get free. “Get off of me!” Indigo licked her fangs. “Don’t worry, you’re about to experience the greatest feeling of pleasure.” Just as Indigo was about to bite Sonata, a growl came from the woods. It was so loud that it practically shook the ground. Both Sonata and Indigo looked towards where the growl came from. A pair of bright, yellow eyes stared back at them. Suddenly, a massive black wolf came charging out of the shadows. It tackled Indigo off of Sonata and began mauling her. Sonata could not believe what was happening. She had never seen a wolf so large before. With its large, sharp fangs and claws the wolf tore apart Indigo Zap. The wolf finished indigo Zap off by ripping out her throat. Blood sprayed everywhere. The wolf let out a loud howl after making the kill. It then turned to face Sonata, who was paralyzed with fear. The wolf’s eyes became wide, and it stopped snarling. It was as if the wolf was giving Sonata a look of reassurance. The wolf then ran off into the darkness. Sonata got up and looked at Indigo Zap’s body. It was torn to shreds, with blood and guts everywhere. The body then burst into flames, very quickly burning away into dust. Sonata ran back to the van and pounded on the door. Adagio slid open the door to the van. “Sonata, are you alright? What was with all of that noise?” She asked as she wiped the crud out of her eyes. Sonata told Adagio everything. Indigo trying to bite her, a massive wolf killing Indigo, and Indigo’s body turning to ash. “Sonata, have you been sleepwalking?” Aria asked with a raised eyebrow. “No, I swear!” Sonata began breathing hard. “I…I don’t think we should stay here.” “Sonata, just because you had a bad dream and there were some noises-” “I don’t care!” Sonata shouted as she cut off Adagio. She then broke down crying. “Please! I just want to go somewhere safe!” Aria rolled her eyes and sighed. She hated it when Sonata cried. “Alright then. Where do you suggest we go?” Sonata wiped away her tears. “I know a place.” The Dazzling drove over to the address that Cassidy Lee had given to Sonata. They arrived at a small house just outside of town. As soon as Adagio parked the van, Sonata threw open the door and ran up to the house. She rang the doorbell and pounded on the door repeatedly. Cassidy opened the door. He was wet with a towel wrapped around his waist. It was obvious that he had just gotten out of the shower. Sonata rushed in and hugged Cassidy tightly. Most of the streaming networks are available, so feel free to use that as well. Also, the shower is down the hall to the left.” “Dibs!” Adagio shouted out. Aria pouted as Adagio got to use the shower first. Sonata sat down to watch some television. The woman stood up from her throne. “I see. This particular werewolf has been a thorn in my side for far too long. He must be eliminated permanently. Understood?” Both Drake and Dawn bowed. “We understand, mother.” They said in unison. “Good. Now leave me be. It is time for my bath.” The woman waved her hand and Drake and Dawn both left the throne room. The woman then removed her dress and walked over to a stone bathtub filled with blood. Dawn picked up Twilight and then flew off into the night. Cassidy growled at the vampire girls. He then turned his head and looked at The Dazzlings. Sonata looked into Cassidy’s eyes. Meanwhile, Cassidy lunged at Rarity, AppleJack, and Sunset. The Dazzlings ran far from the fight, but they were cut off by Drake. “Who are you?! Drake then extended his claws and fangs, as well as growing his own pair of massive bat wings. Drake then dashed at The Dazzlings, but he was tackled by another dark wolf out of nowhere. The second wolf bit Drake on the arm and tore off his hand. Blood gushed from Drake’s stump as he flew away. Meanwhile, Cassidy still fought with Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack. Cassidy threw himself back to get Rarity and AppleJack off of his back. He then shook Sunset around like a rag doll. The second wolf ran towards Cassidy's side and growled. Rarity and AppleJack sprouted giant bat wings. Sunset raked Cassidy across the eyes to free herself from his jaws. She too then sprouted a pair of bat wings, and all three vampire girls flew off into the night. Cassidy turned back into his human form. His back was torn up and bloody, and blood poured from his eyes. The second wolf then transformed and revealed himself to be Eli. He and Cassidy both stood up and looked at The Dazzlings. “Ca-Cassidy?” Sonata asked while still shaking with fear. “Yeah, it’s me.” “You two do know that you’re naked, right?” Aria asked. Both Cassidy and Eli looked at each other and realized that Aria was right. “Let’s get out of here.” Cassidy said.
History Pt oneDrake and Dawn arrived at their hideout with Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack. Dawn carried Twilight over to their queen and placed her on the floor. “Mmm, more converts.” The queen said as she licked her lips. Sunset bowed before the queen. “My name is Sunset Shimmer, and it will be my pleasure to serve you.” “Excellent.” The queen said. She then stood up from her throne and looked down at Twilight. “And who is this?” “This one is named Twilight Sparkle.” Dawn said. “She is still weak from being drained of so much blood.” The queen knelt down and helped Twilight up to her knees. She then stroked Twilight’s face as she woke up. “Where…where am I?” Twilight asked in a meek voice. “I feel so hungry.” “You just need to feed to build up your strength.” The queen said. She then used one of her long, red fingernails like a razor blade to cut open her wrist to let out her blood. Upon seeing it, Twilight could not hold herself back. Cassidy let out a deep sigh. “You three have been pulled into the middle of a war that has been going on for far too long. Eli nodded his head. “Correct.” “Then what about those weird new kids?” Sonata asked. “Their names are Drake and Dawn, and they are vampires.” Cassidy explained. “What about Sunset, Rarity, and AppleJack?” Aria asked. “They are also vampires.” Eli said. “They have been bitten, and now they have been turned.” “Wait, so that means the other night when Indigo Zap attacked me she did so because she was turned into a vampire?” “That is correct.” Cassidy said. “Are you the one who saved me?” Cassidy looked Sonata in the eye. “Yes, that was me.” Aria threw up her hands. “Whoa, whoa, whoa. You said something about a war. What do you mean by that?” “Just as Cassidy said.” Eli replied. “There is a secret war going on between vampires and werewolves.” “How did it start?” Sonata asked. “At one point in the distant past, werewolves and vampires split off from mankind. Both sides struggled to survive at first, but then vampires discovered magic.” Cassidy explained. “They used it to give themselves powers, such as the ability to fly and hypnotize their victims. Soon, they were at the top of the darkworld food chain.” “They enslaved werewolves.” Eli said. “We were their soldiers, servants, bodyguards, and even sex workers. What the vampires didn’t know was that werewolves studied magic in secret. We discovered ways to kill vampires.” Aria rolled her eyes. “Let me guess, crosses and holy water.” “Those don’t do shit.” Eli said. “Silver, garlic, and ultraviolet light will kill vampires.” “So will making them bleed to death, such as ripping out the jugular vein. Ripping them to pieces also works.” Cassidy added. “Do werewolves have weaknesses?” Adagio asked. “Yes. We can also be killed by silver, as well as by wolfsbane.” Cassidy said. “Vampires and werewolves do have one thing in common. We both have a healing factor. Any damage that we suffer to our flesh will heal quickly.” Eli added. “About this war, how long has it been going on?” Sonata asked. “It’s been raging on for 500 years.” Cassidy said. “Sometimes vampires gain the upper hand, sometimes werewolves. In recent years however, vampires have been winning.” “Why is that?” Aria asked. “Vampire numbers have been growing. Everytime someone is bitten by a vampire, they turn into a vampire permanently. The only way to kill them all for good is to kill the head vampire that is in charge.” Cassidy said. “And we Know that she has come here.” “Do-Do you eat people?” Sonata asked with a worried voice. Eli chuckled and shook his head. “No, we don’t eat people. Cassidy and eat human food. But when we have to, we eat wild animals.” “I have one last question. Do people who are bitten by werewolves become werewolves?” Adagio asked. Cassidy sighed a little. He looked down at the floor for a moment before looking back up at the Dazzlings. “Yes. In fact, I was human before I was turned into a werewolf.”
History Pt twoCassidy leaned back in his chair. “The truth is, I am over 200 years old. My real name is Walter Pol. I changed it every few decades to avoid getting any unwanted attention. In 1799, when I was 17, I lived in a small village that was located in the forested mountains of the north. It was a quiet life. I lived with my parents and my sister who was a year older than me. But then everything changed.” “Vampires.” Sonata said. “Exactly. It began during the fall harvest. People in the village would disappear at night, or be found in their homes dead in the morning, drained of all of their blood. A wall was erected around the village,and night watchmen patrolled the perimeter with rifles, but the killings and disappearances continued. Then one night, she appeared at the gates.” “Who?” Aria asked. “Erzebet Bathory. The vampire queen.” “I know about her.” Adagio said. “Wasn’t she known as the blood countess?” Cassidy let out a sigh. “Yes. She kidnaps women, preferably little girls who are virgins, tortures them, and then bathes in their blood after killing them to keep herself young. Over the centuries, she has become almost unstoppable with her vampiric powers.” “Did Erzebet destroy your village?” Sonata asked. “Yes. She knocked down the gates with ease, and her vampire horde came running in. Most of the other villagers were killed, but a few were turned. Including my sister.” The Dazzlings became silent. They knew that what they were about to hear was very emotional. “Erzebet had her minions hold down me and my family. I then watched as she tore out my parent’s throats and drank their blood. My sister however, was only slightly bitten. Erzebet then cut her wrist and made my sister drink her blood. I watched her transform into a vampire right before my eyes.” Cassidy then began to shed tears. “My sister then looked at me with blood red eyes and razor sharp fangs. Erzebet then ordered her to kill me. I fought my way free and ran away as fast as I could. My sister chased me deep into the woods, eventually catching me and pinning me to the ground. Just before she could bite me, I reached over and grabbed a fallen branch. I bashed her over the head with it and she got off of me. When I stood up, she charged at me so I broke the branch in half and stabbed her through the heart with the sharp end. I then watched as she fell to the ground and burst into flames and ash.” It was obvious that Cassidy could not continue, so Eli picked up where he left off. “By now you must have figured out that I am not Cassidy’s uncle. But I did save his life. I had been tracking Erzebet Bathory’s movements in the area for days to find out what she was up to. I followed her scent to the outskirts of Cassidy’s village, and that’s when I saw Cassidy kill his sister. Then, I saw more of Erzebet’s minions closing in on him. I sprang into action and began to fight them. I tore them apart, leaving nothing but piles of ash.” “Then what happened?” Sonata asked. “Cassidy followed me deep into the woods. We hid inside of a nearby cave until sunrise. I then took my human form and we went back to Cassidy’s village. Erzebet and her minions were gone. There were only two things left. Bodies and blood.” Cassidy regained his composure and continued the story. “Eli helped me to bury the dead. He then told me about the war between vampires and werewolves. I wanted revenge. Eli then bit me and I became a werewolf, determined to destroy Erzebet Bathory.” “And who were those two weirdos that we saw at the party? The ones with matching black hair?” Aria asked. “Those two are Drake and Dawn, Erzebet’s top minions.” Eli said. “They call themselves Erzebet’s children, but they are not related to her. They’re just plain weird.” The Dazzlings all looked at each other. “Now that we know about this fight, what’s going to happen to us?” Adagio asked. “Nothing.” Cassidy said. “You are just innocent people who have stumbled across a hidden world. You are free to leave and continue living your lives. But know this, vampires now know that you know about them. And they may come after you.” The Dazzlings then talked amongst themselves. “We want to help you.” Sonata said. “We have seen what these vampires are capable of, and too many people have been taken by them. We will not stand back and let them take over this town.” Cassidy and Eli looked at each other and nodded. Cassidy then looked at The Dazzlings. “Welcome to the war.”
