The fillies and colts screamed at the top of there lungs at the hideous moster in front of them. It's grimm expresion, it's dilated eyes, it's rainbow mane? The group started to hear a loud chuckle which blew into a full on laughter. It's cyan hoof reached to it's face and pulled the mask off revealing a pair of magenta eyes staring back at them. The fillies and colts sighed a breath of relief when Rainbow took off her mask. "Oh, its just you", sighed Rumble in relief. He lifted his gray hoof and wiped sweat off his brow. "I just thought it was stupid" inquired Diamond Tiara with her classic duck face of intittlement. "Yeah, totally not scary", Silver Spoon joined in. Rainbow let her eyes fall on the two bullies and let out a slight chuckle. "Oh, really that wasn't scary enough for you. Well I have just the thing" Rainbow said chuckling. She turned around to hide her face and made mumbling noises. "Oh, I'm so scared, it's the old boo scare again isn't it" Diamond Tiara said. They didn't have any idea. Rainbow suddenly began jerking sporaticly while making random gurgling noises. Some of the younger ones began shivering as they didn't know what was going on. Almost a sudden as it came it stopped. Some of the older ones began chuckling at the horrible joke. Rainbow turned around and looked straight into Tiara's and Silver Spoon's eyes. They immediatly turned and ran. It took a moment to register with the rest of the group. They all turned their heads slowly towards Rainbow, and immediatly screamed. Rainbow's eyes were a blood red, her ears became pointed like a fox, sharp fangs came out of the roof of her mouth. "Boo" Rainbow said darkly. That was enough for the rest of the group and they to turnde their tails and ran. As soon as the fillies and colts were out of earshot Rainbow began chuckling madly. Her new features disapeared like they were never there. "Oh, that was to good", she said between laughs. She took off to find her next victim. "She really does love Nightmare Night, doesn't she princess" Twilight said chuckling while looking up at her mentor. Celestia smiled slightly. Nightmare Night was always her favorite holiday because it was the closest she could get to her sister Luna. Since she's been back it had only become more festive. Today Luna was in Manehatten and from what she heard Luna was having a blast. "Yes she does my faithful student" Celestia replied. "But there has been something that has always bothered me" Twilight said. "And what is that" Celestia asked. "Well its that none of us have met Rainbows parents" Twilight said unsurely. It was true, not even Fluttershy had even met her parents. "That is quite strange Twilight but I'm sure that she has her reasons" Celestia replied. "I know but it seems off" Twilight sighed. "Its okay if she doesn't want to tell then leave her be" Celetsia replied. "Alright princess, I'm going to see how Applejack is doing" Twilight said smiling. she cocked her head left and galloped off in that direction. Celestia smiled once more and let her attetion rest on her little ponies. *** That was to dangerous. Sometimes it's funny when you scare some immature colts and fillies, but when your thirsty you shouldn't do that. Rainbow continued to fly high in the air so nobody on the ground could see her. She new where to go for her next meal, a small, isolated town in the Whitetail Woods. She flew at near super sonic speeds to get there on time before she lost control. Up ahead the sleepy town was visible through the tall trees that surrounded the town. Drool started to drip down from her mouth and she quickly wiped it away. She didn't want to look like a beginer. She dived toward the town at break neck speed. The town loomed closer as she neared. She let her senses take over to find her target. Soon a sweet metalic smell filled her nose. A smile creapt across her faceas the smell wafted in to her face. Her ears twitch madley to fing the sorce to the smell. She banked right and landed on the rugged dirt in an ally, there she saw and injured filly. She had cuts on her left hind leg, and multiple bruises on her face, but her ming was on the blood. The filly turned her head towards her and mouthed something to her, HELP. Rainbow slowly inched toward the injured filly. Tears were streaming down her face as she made an effort to stand up unsuccessfully, falling closer to Rainbow. She had to put her out of her misery. Rainbow pulled the filly closer to her face and hugged her. Her tears stained her cyan fur as she patted the filly on her back. "What's your name" Rainbow asked. The filly looked at her and said "Pepper Shack, why do you ask". Rainbow looked down at the filly and replied "So I know which parents to notify for your death". Rainbow sank her fangs into the filly's jugular. A sickning gurgeling sound came out of the filly's mouth as she tried to scream. Blood coated Rainbow's muzzle as her features became more defined. The blood flow slowed to a stop signaling Rainbow to take her fangs out. Her features retracted and looked around for any shocked eyes. Once the coast was clear she took back off into the night. The once living filly was bone dry laying across her hooves. She flew over the Everfree Forest and began looking for a spot to drop the filly. She did this over here because of all the wild animals in the area. Soon she found her favorite spot and took one last look at the filly she had just murdered. It was an evil she had to do to keep herself alive. She let go of the filly as saw her crash into nearby trees. She saluted the dead filly and took off to her house before somepony saw her. She saw smoke rise from the forest undoubtly from Zecora's hut. She made a mental note to visit her to see how to potion was going. Her house loomed ahead inviting her to sleep on it's fluffy surface.
