Strings like the safety and security of the Crystal Empire being thoroughly destroyed, the loss of his status as a pony to the invaders who did the destroying, an outbreak of a cousin to the pathogen that caused him to lose his equinity, and additional voices in his head; some imaginary, some not so much.
