Life has been normal around Canterlot City, as normal as it can get with some lose Equestrian Magic running around and everyone, including the Rainbooms and their friends, is enjoying life to the fittest. But their way of normal took another turn when alien races invaded Earth and enslaving all of mankind as their slaves for their own amusements or pleasure.

Now the Rainbooms, along with Flash, Soarin, Shining Armor, Cadance, Celestia, and Luna must find a way to end the alien invasion and save their home planet. They then met up with a friendly alien named Kenny, who wants to help stop this invasion and save the whole planet. The Rainbooms and their friends journeyed to find help and new allies and friends to save their home from the alien cartel as they embark of an out of this world journey.
