Previous ChapterAt last, Emily and twilight had made it over vicarstown bridge and made it to sodor. It was morning, as Emily reversed twilight, her coaches and brakevan to the steamworks, they hear a voice, it was sir topham hatt.
"Well Emily, you had a busy night, have you?" Said sir topham hatt.
"Sir, what are you doing here?" Emily asked.
"Just making sure you made it back safely." Sir topham hatt replied. "But for right now, what do you have behind you?
Sir topham hatt walked back behind Emily and standing there before him was twilight.
"Oh my. Emily, who is this engine?" Sir topham hatt asked.
"This is twilight sir, she along with her coaches and brakevan are escaping to sodor but she got caught so I help her all the way here." Emily explained.
"It's true sir, I'm didn't mean to get her into trouble" said twilight.
"It's no need to worry twilight, I can see the adventure you come all the way here. How would you like to be part of my railway?" Said sir topham hatt.
Twilight gasped and see almost broke into tears to hear this.
"Really? You mean it sir?" Twilight asked excitedly.
"Of course, you are just the engine we need for Thomas' branchline" replied sir topham hatt.
Then he turned to Emily, he was proud of her.
"Well done Emily, twilight here will be a great addition to my railway." He added.
"Thank you sir" said Emily.

Soon twilight, her coaches and brakevan were fixed and repainted purple and lavender and now worked on Thomas' branchline with Thomas, Percy and toby. Twilight helps out with the passengers with her coaches luna and midnight and sometimes hauling goods trains with her brakevan spike. She offen stops by at knapford station to drop off passengers and she and Emily had talked about their day.

So we come to our end of the story, this doesn't mean it's done, for twilight this is the beginning. Who knows that adventures lie ahead but until then this is the story of twilight the tank engine's escape to sodor.
