My Little Human
Hot Coco
Load Full StoryNext ChapterLuna hovered over the silvery waters of the dream pool she had painstakingly created from Twilights notes on the mirror pool, her gaze unfocused as she peered into the depths. The night sky above her was a canvas of stars, each one a gateway to the slumbering minds of Equestria's inhabitants. Her curiosity piqued by the scent of chocolate, she honed in on the vivid dreamscape of a young filly named Flitting Sitter. In the dream, the little pegasus was nestled in a cozy bed, her mane a tangled mess of blue and pink as she clutched a steaming cup of hot cocoa. The warm beverage looked so real that Luna's own muzzle watered at the thought of it.
Flitting Sitter had been experiencing a bit of a problem with bedwetting, and Luna, ever the problem-solver, saw an opportunity to use her new dream manifestation spell to help. If she could make the cup of cocoa a reality with her new experimental spell, it would eliminate the need for the filly to drink the coco and use the potty in her dream, thus breaking the subconscious cycle that was causing her troubles.
But Luna was so focused on the coco she didn’t see the shimmering figure sitting next to the dreaming filly, and as soon as she touched the dream with her magic, the scene shifted dramatically. The cup of cocoa grew in size, its warmth becoming palpable, and to her utter astonishment, she felt something peculiar at the tip of her horn. It was as if the very fabric of the dream was resisting her control. With a gasp, she realized she had pulled something out of the dream—a hairless pink creature, roughly as tall as her. It looked utterly baffled as it found itself floating in the moonlit air, wearing a peculiar set of soft, two-legged garments covered in images of little stars.
The creature, a human, squirmed and kicked, its eyes darting around in panic. Luna had never seen anything quite like it before. It had no claws or fangs, no hooves to speak of, and certainly no magic, yet it had a certain charm to it, a kind of cuteness that she hadn’t experienced since the last time she saw a baby dragon hatch.
She was so stuned that she brought something living through a dream, she accidentally dropped the human into the shallow waters of the dream realm. The moment the creature's delicate skin met the water, the magic around him shimmered and faded, leaving him floating there, his pajamas soaked and clinging to his un-pony-like frame. Luna hovered anxiously, watching as the human sputtered and flailed, his arms thrashing against the ripples that had formed around him.
He quickly realized the water was shallow and ceased his panic, pushing himself upright before Luna could grab him with her magic, standing awkwardly in the ankle-deep liquid. His eyes searched the dreamscape for some clue to his whereabouts, his expression a mix of terror and confusion. His gaze eventually found Luna, hovering above him, her horn still aglow from the exertion of the spell.
"Who...what are you?" he managed to ask, his voice shaking.
Luna's eyes widened, not expecting the creature to be capable of speech, let alone understand hers. She hovered closer, her curiosity overtaking her caution. "I am Luna, the princess of the night," she introduced herself with a regal nod of her head. "And you, my dear... are… lost?"
“Yes lost,” she says with more certainty as she scans him with her magic, her brow furrowed, her eyes flicking between the human and the now calm waters of the experimental mirror pool. The pool’s surface rippled with the memory of the disturbance he’d caused, and she studied it intently, searching for any sign of the mistake she’d made. The human, now standing on the bank of the pool, looked around nervously. His pajamas clung to his body, outlining his unfamiliar form in a way that made the princess’s heart flutter—not with fear, but with a peculiar mix of fascination and concern.
“I am so sorry for disturbing you, young one,” she offered, her voice soothing. “I was trying to help a filly with her dreams and have pulled you through by accident. How utterly peculiar. You’re not from Equestria, are you?”
The human took a deep breath, trying to compose himself. He looked up at the alien sky, then back at the pony with wings and a crown. “No, I’m not. I’m Paul, I’m a human, I’m 25 years, not very young and from a place called Earth. It’s, uh, another dimension, I guess?” His voice was tentative, as if he was still trying to convince himself that he wasn’t just dreaming this bizarre encounter.
Luna nodded, her curiosity growing. “I see. And can you tell me, Paul, how did you end up in Flitting Sitter’s dream?”
He shrugged, the wet fabric of his star-studded pajamas clinging to his shoulders. “I was just dreaming about something sweet tasting, I think. I don’t know how I got here. Can you help me get home?” The desperation in his eyes was clear, a stark contrast to the whimsical setting around them.
Luna’s heart sank as she understood the gravity of the situation. “Oh, dear Paul, I’m afraid that’s quite impossible. You see, I was experimenting with a spell to manifest constructs from dreams with a very old and delicate form of magic that runs off of the same principles of magic that a cloning pool uses to draw from other realities to create its clones. But it appears that my spell has gone awry and instead of a simple cup of cocoa, I’ve summoned you from your slumber. I assure you, I had no intention of bringing a creature such as yourself into our realm, and I’m truly, deeply sorry for the inconvenience.”
The human, Paul, took a moment to digest her words. “So, let me get this straight,” he said, his voice a little more steady now, “you were trying to make a cup of hot cocoa appear from some pony’s dream, and instead, you pulled me out of my bed and into... whatever this is?”
She nodded gravely. “Indeed. The magic is quite temperamental, and I hadn’t anticipated it would be so... indiscriminate. I can only imagine what a fright you must have had, but I assure you, you are safe here. However, sending you back to your own dimension is beyond my capabilities at the moment. We’ll have to find a way to fix this, together.”
The tension in the air grew thicker as Luna searched for a solution, her horn casting a soft light over the surface of the pool. The water remained calm, offering no answers. Clark’s eyes followed the light, his mind racing. “What do we do now?”
“Well, it seems we have a bit of a bigger issue on our hooves,” she said, her gaze shifting back to him. “You see, when you entered the dream realm, your mental and etheric body presence was essentially a dream construct—a being of pure thought and magic. But now, your... your essence has been altered by the dream field of a young filly still in diapers. which changed your physical presentations thaumic fields when I manifested you here with my magic,” she says embarrassed.
Paul blinked, his brain trying to process the information. “What?” He says with the dread that he was just part of a horrific magical accident.
Luna sighs, looking at him with a mix of regret and confusion. “My spell was meant to manifest a simple, inanimate object—like a cup of cocoa—not a living being. The dream field of a young pony is... well, it’s a bit more... infantile than other ponies. And your presence here has been tainted by it. It’s likely that the ponies of Equestria will perceive you as a creature that requires care and... nurturing. Much like a foal.”
Paul felt his face go slack with horror. “You mean, they’re going to treat me like a baby?”
Luna cringed and then nods, looking apologetic. “I’m afraid so. At least, initially. The magic is quite powerful and it’s not something we can simply reverse. But fear not, Paul, we will find a way to correct this. In the meantime, I will do everything in my power to ensure that you are comfortable and well cared for. You are, after all, a guest of Equestria, albeit an unexpected one.”
The human swallows hard, trying to keep his panic at bay. “Okay. So, I’m stuck here, and everyone’s going to think I’m a baby? How long will this last?”
The princess’s expression softens. “I’m not entirely sure, Paul. The dream magic is complex and unpredictable. But we will work together to find a way to reverse it or at least minimize its effects. Until then, you must learn to adapt to your new circumstances. I will guide and protect you, I promise.”
Paul looked around the Luna’s personal library, the deep shadows and ancient scriptures around them. It was unlike anything he’d ever seen, and the thought of being stuck here, treated like an infant, was overwhelming. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. “Okay, Luna. I guess I don’t have much choice, do I?”
“Indeed, you do not,” she said gently. “But let’s not despair yet. You never know, you might find that Equestria has much to offer, even to someone in your peculiar situation. And I assure you, I will be by your side every step of the way.”
With a wave of her wing, Luna conjured a towel that floated over to wrap around Paul, gently soaking up the excess water from his pajamas. He took it gratefully.
“We must inform my sister, Celestia, of this situation at once,” she said, her voice firm with resolve. “She is the most knowledgeable about interdimensional matters and may be able to offer guidance or assistance in returning you to your home.”
Paul nodded, feeling slightly less overwhelmed with the promise of help. Luna grabbed a quill and parchment from a nearby desk, her feathers fluttering with the urgency of the task. She began to write, her quill moving swiftly across the page.
The letter contained an explanation of the night’s events, the nature of the spell, and a detailed description of the human she’d brought to Equestria. She emphasized the urgency of the situation, but also the potential for learning and growth that this encounter could bring. As she wrote, she hoped that her sister would understand the gravity of the mistake she’d made and not be too cross with her.
Once the letter was complete, Luna levitated it to the nearest window. With a flick of her horn, she imbued the parchment with the light of the moon, transforming it into a glowing, ethereal messenger that shot off into the night sky.
“The letter will reach her by morning, and she will surely send help or instructions. Until then, I suggest you rest. You must be exhausted from your... unexpected journey. I’ll arrange for some appropriate accommodations for you in the castle,” she said, her eyes glowing with sincerity.
Paul nodded, his heart racing with the thought of facing an alien world filled with talking horses and magic. He followed Luna out of the library, his bare human feet making slapping noises on the marble floor. She led him to a cozy chamber with a large, four-poster bed with silk sheets that seemed to glow under the soft moonlight. A warm fire crackled in the hearth, casting flickering shadows across the walls.
"Please, make yourself at home," she said, gesturing to the bed. "I understand this may not be what you're used to, but it's the best I can offer until we find a more... suitable solution."
Paul looked at the bed, his heart racing with a mix of fear and excitement. He sat tentatively on the edge of the mattress, feeling the plush cushion sink beneath him. It was surprisingly comfortable, and the warmth of the fire was starting to make him feel sleepy.
"But what about the others?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper. "Won't they... I don't know, panic or something?"
"Do not worry about them, Paul," Luna reassured him. "I will handle the situation. For now, let's focus on making you less conspicuous." She hovered closer to him, her horn glowing with a soft blue light. "I can cast a shrinking spell, so you're more... foal-sized. It won't be a permanent solution, but it will make it easier for you to navigate Equestria without causing alarm."
Paul nodded, his thoughts racing. Being treated like a baby was one thing, but being a giant human in a world of small ponies was another. He took a deep breath. "Okay, let's do it. I'll take the shrinking spell."
Luna's horn flared with magic, and a gentle warmth washed over Paul. He felt his body compress, his limbs growing shorter, his torso smaller and his proportions being reduced to that of a small child. His clothes, now too large, fell away from his shrinking form, landing in a pile at his feet. He looked down at his hands, which were now the size of a young pony's hooves.
"Now, Paul, I know this may seem embarrassing, but it's for the best," Luna began, her voice filled with compassion. "Before we do anything else, I must diaper you."
Paul eyes widened in horror. "What? Why?" he squeaked, his voice higher than it had ever been.
Panic set in as he watched her summon a thick, pony-sized diaper with a tail hole, along with a set of baby wipes and a bottle of powder and lotion. "But I can control myself! I don't need to wear–"
The princess cut him off gently. "I understand your reluctance, but trust me, it is better that I do this than another pony. They may not be as... delicate in their approach."
Paul sighed, his shoulders slumping in defeat. He closed his eyes tightly as Luna cast a diapering spell. A cool sensation washed over his lower half, and when he opened them again, he found himself looking down at a thick, white diaper that covered his entire waist, with a tail hole strategically placed at the back. He felt a warm blush spread across his cheeks as he felt the lotion and powder had been applied as well. It was a sensation that was both soothing and humiliating at the same time.
The diaper was indeed designed for a pony’s wider stance, and as a human, it was a peculiar fit for Paul. The thickness of the padding made his waist feel like it was stuck in a pillowy vice, and the tail hole was a constant reminder of his new, equine-inspired attire. He tried to stand, wobbling slightly as he adjusted to the new sensation and shape of the diaper ment for a ponies wider stance, and Luna watched with a concerned gaze.
“Is it comfortable?” she asked, her voice filled with empathy.
Paul nodded, his cheeks still flushed and heart beating heavily. "It's... different," he said "But do I have to use this thing?"
Luna nodded firmly. "It's for your own comfort, Paul. And remember, the brand of diaper used in the palace is enchanted. It won't come off unless another pony removes it. So, please don't struggle with it."
Curiosity getting the better of him, Paul reached down and tugged at one of the tapes. To his surprise, it glowed faintly with a blue light and remained steadfastly in place. He tugged harder, his face contorting with effort, but the diaper didn't budge. He let go with a sigh. "Okay, okay, I get it."
"For now, let's get some rest. We can't have you wandering the halls of Canterlot in such a... state. We'll visit the royal tailor tomorrow. I'm certain she'll be able to whip something up for you that's both comfortable and suitable for your new size."
The thought of being dressed up like a baby pony was almost too much to bear, but Paul nodded, his mind racing with the implications of his circumstance. Luna could see the distress in his eyes and gave him a comforting smile. "Rest now, Paul," she said gently. "You have a long day ahead of you tomorrow."
"You'll need to get used to this," she said, pointing to the diaper. "For now, let's get you into bed. It's been a long night for both of us."
Paul climbed into the giant bed, his newfound size making the already intimidating piece of furniture seem like a mountain. The sheets were soft and inviting, and the warmth of the blanket made him feel a bit more secure. He lay on his side, staring at the canopy above him, which was adorned with images of the night sky. The fire crackled in the hearth, casting dancing shadows across the room.
"I'll be upstairs in my study," Luna said softly. "If you need anything, just call for me."
The human nodded, his voice small in the vastness of the chamber. "Thank you, Luna. I... I really don't know what to say."
The princess leaned in, her wings soft feathers brushing against his forehead. "Sleep well, my little human," she whispered. "Tomorrow we'll start making this right."
As Luna left the room, the guards, two burly Royal Guards, gave her a nod and took their positions outside the door. Paul lay in the darkness, his thoughts a jumble of fear and wonder.
