Chapters Chapter 1. "I missed you mother"
Screwball decorated the Everfree forest with cotton candy trees and chocolate pudding lakes littered everywhere. However, it just wasn't the same without her father....
Ever since those mean ponies blasted him with the elements of harm-many, and turned him into a personal birdy toilet in the garden dungeon in Stink-a lot, she's been having to carry on and make chaos all on her own, which was no fun without her pops....
She would visit him often when nopony was around, and tell him how much she missed him. However, she knew he couldn't respond, which made her all the more deflated....
She swore to herself she would find a way to free him one day, and when she did, they would get back at all the jerks and bullies that wronged them.
Screwball was getting pretty bored, so she decided to ditch the forest and see what kind of gossip was happening in ponyville.
When she arrived in ponyville, she hid within the walls of a back ally and placed her eyes on it to see what was happening.
Two mares were seen chatting amongst themselves.
"So did you hear about the royal wedding in Canterlot? A captain of the royal guard and a PRINCESS are getting married!"
"I know! It's crazy the kind of ponies that fall in love! Am I right?"
'pfft, it's not THAT crazy.' Screwball scoffed to herself.
"I bet that if we suck up to the princess hard enough, she'll make US one of her bridesmaids."
"Oh my Celestia! You know that'll only happen in our dreams!"
"Come on! Anything can happen!"
"Why don't we just see if we can attend the wedding, it's much easier to do."
"Ehh, works for me."
As the two mares left the scene, Screwball pondered to herself on this wedding....
'A royal wedding in Stink-a lot? YAWN. Sign me out!'
However, thinking about Stink-a lot made Screwball miss her dad again, and decided to check on him again for old times sake.
She arrived in Stink-a lot and tried to teleport into the garden.
However, she couldn't.....
Screwball was confused on why her powers were suddenly weaker when she arrived at the capital, and wonders if it had anything to do with the wedding.....
However, now she needed to be careful, as guards were patrolling everywhere and she couldn't risk getting caught.
Luckily, she was still able to turn herself invisible, so she snuck around the hallways in order to reach the garden.
When she arrived in the garden, she made it to her father's statue, and saw that it was...... Gone......
Screwball didn't want to assume the best just yet, as she thought maybe they could have just moved it somewhere to set up the wedding, as some kind of sick smooch of victory for their defeat against her dear old dad.....
So, she decided to spy on the bride and groom, to see what their plans were in all of this....
She travelled up the stairs and onto a bridge where she saw the captain of the royal guard concentrating on some kind of spell, and his "bride" approaching to comfort him.
"Is everything alright dear?"
"I have to concentrate on the spell. All of Canterlot is depending on me, and I can't let everypony down."
"That must be putting a lot of pressure on your shoulders huh? I mean, the fate of an entire capital resting solely on your hooves? You must feel exhausted...."
"It is pretty tiring....."
"I don't blame you if this job is too much for you, it's not your fault the princess gave you a task that is beyond your level of abilities...."
'is she..... discouraging him?.....' Screwball thought it odd that the captain's bride was trying to dissuade him from an important task.
"But it's ok, you still have me to support you during these hard times, dear....."
Screwball at first thought she finally lost it, but she could've sworn she saw the groom fade into a more grey tone as soon as "the bride" hugged him....
There's only one being that she knew was capable of altering a ponies personality through mere words, could it be?....
"Well, I best be going. I have to continue overseeing the preparations for the wedding... Do try to relax, won't you dear?"
As "the bride" left the bridge as the groom was trying to concentrate, Screwball decided to follow "her" to see what "she" was up to....
As "Cadance" wandered an empty hall looking for the kitchen, "she" felt like "she" was being watched....
"She" turned around, and saw a pair of swirly eyes staring at "her".
Screwball yelped in panic and tried to flee, but the door shut in front of her.
"Hey! Don't leave so soon." the "princess" beckoned the chaos filly.
"Wha- what do you want from me?...." Screwball hesitated to speak.
"Why, don't you recognize your own father when he's preparing for his big day?" "Cadance" asked, as "her" eyes flashed yellow while "she" smiled warmly.
Screwball could only smile happily, as what she thought was another princess bully was actually her papa.
"Dad!" Screwball exclaimed as she embraced him with a hug which he warmly reciprocated.
"I missed you so much!" Screwball expressed her sadness of him being a lawn gnome for so long.
"I missed you too my little abomination." Discord expressed his love towards his pride and joy.
"What are you doing getting married to a boorish brute in Stink-a lot?"
"Clearly you felt that your chaos wasn't as strong here, that boorish brute shares blood with one of the elements of harmony, that's why our magic isn't as strong here."
"That explains the spell....."
"I took over the appearance of his fiance so that I can get close enough to Discord him so that he no longer shares that connection."
"And then we can liven this dump up a bit?"
"Exactly sweetie."
"But what are we going to do if the mean elephants of harmony try to freeze you again?"
"I have a plan for that, all I need to do is dispose of that purple nerd, then the elements will not work."
"Just one more question...."
"Yes?"
"If you're getting married to a stallion, does that make him dad two or just dad and you my mom?"

"Pfft! As if that killjoy could ever take the craziness that comes with being YOUR father."
Screwball giggled playfully as Discord gave her a noogie.
"And what do you want me to do?"
"I want you to keep an eye on CRYlight and her friends to make sure that they don't suspect who I really am."
"Got it."
Screwball begun to turn invisible again and head out.
"Good luck on your big day, mom."
"Thanks sweetie."
Screwball left the hallway, as "Cadance" stared with a warm smile.
Chapter 2. A wedding to crash
As the alter was filled with various ponies clamoring together to see the union between two royals, Screwball couldn't help but giggle mischievously to herself, as she couldn't wait to see the look on everyponies faces when they see that "Cadance" is not Cadance.
"Princess Cadance and Shining Armor, it is my great pleasure to pronounce you-!"
"STOP!!!"
Screwball's jaw dropped as she saw the annoying bookworm had somehow escaped the caves, which made her very unhappy.
"Ugh! Why can't she keep her nose away from where it doesn't belong?!"
Screwball's eyes widened as her "mother" was about to blow "her" cover.
'No! No don't blow it!'
"I mean, 'why does she have to ruin my special day?'"
Screwball let out a sigh of relief.
'Phew, nice save.'
"Because, it's not YOUR special day, IT'S MINE!!!"
Screwball gasped at the sight of the REAL Princess Cadance, knowing that her presence just ruined their entire plan.
"Wha- HUH?! But how did you escape the bridesmaids?!"
One flashback later.....
Screwball was flabbergasted how Discorded ponies could be snapped out of it through simple greed.....
"Heh. Clever, but you still can't stop me!"
"I don't understand! How can there be two of her?"
"He's Discord! He imprisoned me in the caverns of Canterlot so he could steal my face and drain my groom's energy away!"
"DISCORD?!"
Screwball glanced at her "mother", before "she" gave a nod in her direction.
"Well I guess the cats out of the bag. Or in this case, the Draconequus is out of the pony."
As Discord revealed his true form to the ponies, Screwball snickered to herself, as she knew they only needed to stall for enough time until the captain was too weak to hold up his spell.
Discord laughed maniacally as all the ponies cowered before him.
"You madam, are correct! For your fiance shares blood with one of the six bearers of the elements of harmony, making him able to cancel my power. I stole your form so I could get close enough to RIP THE HARMONY RIGHT OUT OF HIM, allowing Canterlot to be consumed by countless chaos! Hah ha!"
"I won't let you! I'll save Shining Armor!"
"Oh, I wouldn't do that if I were you. Not unless you want to go back to the caverns, WITH NO FOOD OR WATER."
Cadance stepped back out of fear.
"Ever since I pulled the switcheroo, I've been Discording the captain to be a weak, pathetic klutz, somepony who is INCAPABLE of protecting a capital!"
"NO!"
"And, once Canterlot has gone crazy, me and my daughter will turn Equestria on it's head! Hah ha ha!"
"Daughter?...." Twilight repeated in confusion....
"Oh yes, where are my manners? Oh screwy!"
Screwball revealed herself to the ponies as she laughed like a loony, causing several of them to gasp in surprise.
"Our hapless puppets, meet Screwball. Screwball, meet our hapless puppets!" Discord taunted as he lifted Screwball in a tight bear hug as she kept giggling.
"Discord.... You never mentioned anything of a daughter. Where has she been the entire time you were in stone?" Celestia confronted the cryptic chaos spirit.
"Well, since you were only kind enough to ask NOW Celly, I created Screwy here with my chaotic powers well before my first reign over Equestria, so I had SOMEPONY who would enjoy the wonderful chaos with me! Alas, we only got to spend so much time together until you and your emo sister zapped me into a macabre work of art. And she didn't even realize I was freed the first time before it was too late..... But not this time." Discord explained, as he gave Screwball more noogies.
"This is getting out of hoof, now there are two of them!" Rainbow Dash groaned in annoyance.
"Well, daughter or no daughter, you made the mistake of revealing your true self! Now I can protect my subjects, from YOU!" As Celestia fired a beam from her horn, Discord responded by firing lasers from his fingertips.
But as Twilight and the others rushed to retrieve the elements, Screwball threw a comically large pie at Celestia, causing her to fall back weakened.
The violence and shock was enough to get Shining Armor so scared he completely Discorded, and the barrier collapsed.
"I WON'T, let you, hurt him again!" Screwball lashed out defiantly, as Discord chuckled to himself.
"Now that's my girl!" Discord congratulated, as all the ponies gasped in horror at the fall of their beloved princess.....
Chapter 3. A wonderful thing
Celestia awoke to find herself in a prison made entirely out of cotton candy.
Screwball kept an eye on the bride and groom as Discord waited for the bearers fate.
"You won't get away with this! Twilight and her friends will-"
They burst into the room flowing through a dispersing wave of chocolate milk, as the two troublemakers stared at her grinning smugly.
"No no, please go on. I simply NEED to hear what you were going to say."
Cadance could only stare in contempt.
"Suit yourself. And as for you six, did you really think that you could just 'do do do do do' up there, and get the elements just like that? Hysterical! Though I am impressed how well you managed to work together after Twilight's little......... episode....... Who would have thought that all I needed to make the elements powerless was a pony her friends knew nothing about while she knew very well?.............. Hah ha ha ha ha!"
"Yeah! Losers!" Screwball pulled a raspberry as she walked with her dad to observe the mayhem.
"Sorry Twi, we should have listened to you."
"It's not your fault, he fooled everypony."
'Heh, I did, didn't I?'
Discord and Screwball looked out the window as they saw ponies fighting each other, or getting pelted with falling pie.
"This day has been just perfect, the kind of day of which I dreamed since I was small... Everypony I'll soon control, every stallion, mare, and foal. Who says chaos is really doomed to fall?!"
Discord and Screwball laughed maniacally, as Discord grabbed two glasses of chocolate milk poured from a cotton candy cloud and gave one to Screwball.
"Chaos, is a wonderful, WONDERFUL thing."
"You said it!"
They were about to take a sip of their respective glass, until they heard a zap of magic from behind them.....
"What happened?..... Is the wedding over?.........."
"It's ALL over!"
"Perform your spell!"
"Hah ha ha ha! Why even bother?! We've already won! See? SEE?!"
They both laughed evilly as they pointed at Canterlot suffering from a big old storm of chaos.
"No!"
Shining Armor tried to activate his spell, but he was too weak from being Discorded....
"My power is almost............ Useless.........."
"My love will give you strength."
"Hah hah hah! I've never heard ANYTHING more crazy in my life!" Screwball giddily mocked.
"That makes two of us." Discord delightfully agreed, as Cadance and Shining stared in contempt.
And yet, Cadance and Shining Armor begun to create a new element of harmony which they both shared, as Twilight and her friends watched in amazement.
Discord and Screwball turned around to see what was happening, and Screwball instinctively cuddled next to her father in fear.
Eventually, the bride and groom unleashed their spell upon all of Canterlot.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Discord screamed in anguish, as Screwball tried to reach a hoof to her dad before it was incased in stone.
As the spell dispersed, the Draconequus and pony hybrid stood still as statues in the alter.....
Chapter 4. Together forever
'It's not fair it's not fair it's not FAIR!!!'
Discord cursed to himself time and time again, how could they have been easily defeated by gushy romance?!
'so this is what it feels like being made of stone, huh?'
Discord could hear his daughters thoughts within his head.....
'indeed, and I'm sorry that it had to happen to you. I never should have involved you in all of this....' Discord lamented.
'But I got to be with you again for the first time in a millennia! I'd say that's worth more then all the chaos imaginable....' Screwball looked on the bright side, as Discord warmly smiled on the inside.
'And besides, at least we get to spend eternity together forever.'
'Heh, you always knew how to put a spin on a bad situation screwy.....'
'It's kind of my specialty, mom....'
Discord could only chuckle to himself inside his statue, as he locked eyes with his daughter's......
Together forever....
