A long, long time ago, two sisters stood up to a monster. They fought with bravery and courage, but were defeated. Unable to best this monster, they made a deal with an extra-dimensional being of great and terrible power. In exchange for six powerful objects, the two sisters had to sign a powerful magically binding contract. Though they feared the concequences of such a contract, they were desperate to bring order and harmony to the land, so they agreed.
The two sisters used the six powerful objects and defeated the monster, forever trapping him in stone. They ruled the land with love and wisdom for thousands of years. Eventually they forgot their worries.

In another realm of existence, a young boy, desperate to reach his goals, stumbles across an ancient scroll. When he signs his name on the scroll, he becomes the first bearer of the Equestrian Summoning Contract.
