Donut Joe has a Hearth's Warming Eve tradition. When all the surrounding stores are closed late on Hearth's Warming Eve, he keeps his store open for anypony that needs to get away from all the holiday stress, and maybe have a donut or two. It's often slow, but he generally meets some interesting ponies, and is able to make their night a little brighter.

This year is no different.
