The citizens of Ponyville are going insane due to depression and paranoia. They always seem to think there's somepony behind them; following them. All they ever see, however, is that accursed fog. Enigma investigates, trying to find the reasoning behind the mood changing mist enveloping her town. What she finds, however, may change Ponyville for good.
