Las Pegasus Police: Sunset Shimmer
Sunset Shimmer and Zipp stood at a crime scene, scattered on the ground were bullet casings from nine millimeter pistols and a thirty-eight caliber revolver; in addition, casings from a forty caliber semi automatic were also present. Tempest Shadow arrived on the scene with were CSI crew and looked at the bodies. "We all know who would leave a mess like this to toy with us."
Zipp nodded and Sunset Shimmer replied, "Kilo for sure, a rival gang member and our planted informent. She figured out how her last gun run got leaked. Shitty thing is we can't get her on anything! Not even tax evasion, fuck she even has her licensing to sell military grade weapons."
"Why go through that much trouble if you're going to break the law?"
"It's the guns she doesn't report selling I'm sure. The drugs she pushes are what we can't nail on her for some reason." Sunset's phone rang and she answered the unknown wireless caller. "Hello?"
"Sunset Shimmer...next time you want to plant someone in my crew, get someone with better experience. Like my parting gift?"
"Kilo?"
"You guessed right, You probably realized that your informant is missing his phone and the tracker is placing me right on top of your location." Sunset Shimmer spun around and looked for her prey. "Cute, you already know that I'm close enough to see you, by the way...wesr socks that match." The phone line went dead and Sunset realized that either Kilo was using a rifle or a monocular or binocular set.
"Zipp, Tempest get a perimeter search she's around here somewhere!" Sunset Shimmer dialed Twilight Sparkle to give an update.
"Twilight, Kilo made contact and killed our informent...four shots to the face. She wanted us to know it was her. For a crime boss, why would she want to clean her own people's screw ups instead of letting her subordinates do it for her?"
"According to our records, she has trust issues and last time she had her crew clean up a mess...it became a blood bath. I'd be careful, she might have a leak in the department, how else would she know that you were going to be there? Last cop she killed she used ten magazines and torched his car. If she is getting kill fuel by her vengeance and wrath it's a horrid mess."
"I know what she was capable of, my mentor got gutted in a meat plant in Kleugtown. My fear is she might go after Pinkie Pie, she did figure out how Kilo is smuggling out her weed. Pinkie Pie is covered by Rainbow Dash and your brother's security units."
Meanwhile
Kilo was sitting in a bar watching a DJ perform, Kilo noticed the DJ's girl friend nearby and these two women Kilo was being paid to eliminate. "Beauty Brass my dear bitch, these two aren't worth my time but I'll be keeping your money anyways." The sadistic feline thought to herself. Kilo also had on her docket of things to do that day was to go off a deputy.
Sprout had busted one of Kilo's colleagues and she was out for blood. She found the deputy in his yard trimming a hedge. Kilo retrieved a rifle from her car and loaded the magazine with armor piercing explosive rounds and took position directly behind him. with the suppressor attached she took aim. She fired the rifle and Sprout exploded and she fired again in various directions changing positions. Kilo packed up and left leaving no casings behind.
Crime Scene 1
Susnet Shimmer and Zipp called Tempest over to where they now stood. "I just realized that while we're running around and focusing on other assets we left one unguarded." Susnet said showing her frustration. Tempest didn't know who they left open but Zipp got it.
"Fuck! We left Sprout wide open! He's an easy target and we let him convince us that he didn't need a guard!" Zipp dialed Sprout repeatedly while Sunset called Twilight. Tempest ran for her car and sped off. Tempest began to worry now, mow than she already was.
Tempest called her dad and told him to try calling Sprout. "C'mon bro answer your damned phone." When she pulled up to his house she saw the damage and several houses nearby that ran on gas like Sprout's had burned up. "I told him to fix his gas leaks!" She screamed in her mind and the whole neighborhood was on the verge of burning due to old gas lines. Tempest realized that Sprout not inside but found his gorry remains in his yard, his intestines, lungs, heart and everything else splattered in the yard by the hedge he had been previously trimming. Her dad rolled up in his old truck and froze, Tempest had walked a few steps away from the grotesque scene and was throwing up. Tempest's father answered his phone call.
"Hello Stormcloud...I left a package for you at your son's place, he's got a nice yard. The reason I called is to give my sympathies, he should've stepped away from his investigation of my colleague when I left that decoy bomb. I left his pet in the house." The line went dead and Tempest was searching for her brother's cat and she found it in the oven on a cooking tray and displayed like pieces of meat in an open air market.
Kilo's Home
Kilo was done for the day and she sent her crew home early and she began to clean her weapons. She was almost untouchable, she had plants in every aspect of the government and she could easily get news of who and when they were going to try to arrest her and she would be in the wind or hiding in the shadows. Checking her bank account she saw that Beauty Brass had canceled her money transfer under the guise of a fraudulent transfer. Kilo was now in a bad mood. Grabbing her cellphone she dialed Filthy Rich.
"Filthy Rich I need you to silence Beauty Brass."
"Hell no! I'm not doing that for you."
"You do realize that your wife got on the Ponyville city council because I funded her dream. Your daughter, Diamond Tiara will suffer; however, if you do this job I can fast track her scholarship or I can have it denied and and your illegal gambling be brought to the light. I assume you heard about Deputy Sprout? Someone in your family could meet a fate that grotesque."
"Fine I'll do it, I'll lace her instrument with a fast acting poison."
"When she's dead I want photographic evidence and her middle finger sent to me in a box from your company that would house your personal business pens. If you fail...." Kilo didn't finish her sentence and Filthy Rich hung up. Kilo preferred doing her vengeance kills herself but she really enjoyed tomrneting people through black mail to do her executions for her. Kilo planned to move into a different apartment in a couple of days and create a new identity; at this apartment, she was known Raven.
Kilo and her people were gearing up and loading their firearms. Kilo had a faction on the North East side of Las Pegasus that had just gotten gunned down. Kilo was on the phone, "Look Trouble Hooves, I thank you for being my eyes and ears but I need to let you go. Normally I'd kill my informants but you've been my best so I'll let you live. I know that those two brothers are trying to make a fast buck....but them gunning down Thunderlane is unacceptable. The poor bastard shouldn't have gotten into this line of work, he became a high end target for being a leader in the Cloudsdale sector. He was trying to run two gangs at once, The Kluegtown Killers should have stayed 8n their city instead of trying to come into mine. I gotta go and kill some people take care and stay low." Kilo looked at her small army of roughly one hundred and forty people with assault rifles, SMGs, pistols and about at least twenty sharpshooters. Kilo held her Beretta and made sure she had all her magazines.
"Today, the Kluegtown Killers will be no more, when this is over I want to see everyone's middle finger off the left hand of the enemy piled in a bowl. Let's move out! Furthermore, I'll let Hitch know and tell him to stay away." Kilo wanted to keep Sheriff Hitch live a but longer and she was wanting to leave a blood bath and massacre on the North East side of Las Pegasus for fun. Looking at her watch, Kilo told her troops to start blasting when the rival gang's kids get home from school. Kilo intended to get the kids stuck in the cross fire so that their parents won't fire a shot while she wiped the parents out. Kilo didn't really give a damn if a child or two died in the shoot out, she intends to make them meat shields.
Kilo was on a level of evil that even Sombra himself detested of her existence. Sombra was planning on making a plea deal on his own release if he could assist in wiping Kilo out of existence. The criminals in Tartarus were wanting Kilo dead, Cozy Glow begged to help kill Kilo. Everyone hated Kilo, but few had the guts to go after her directly since she had eyes and ears everywhere and she'd know you were coming and she'll be waiting for you.
The North East side of Las Pegasus was going about it's normal routines when Kilo was visibly sitting at the school bus stop. the Kluegtown Killers leader was sitting beside her and had no idea that death itself was so close to him. "So miss, just to let you know I run this part of town and if you ever need something to make your life better let me know. I got drugs, weapons, and I even know where I can find you a real man to give you a good time."
"I'll pass, however, you've got a cute little daughter coming off the next school bus." On cue the bus pulled up and the man asked Kilo how she knew that. Kilo stood and saw her Mark's kid make an appearance. In a flash Kilo shot the man she was talking to in both knees and then shot the daughter six times in the face. "You see bitch, you recently killed a friend of mine and his comrades, so I'm gonna level the field. A fire fight broke out and hell was let loose. People ran everywhere trying to find cover and Kilo had by this time made back to her car and pulled from the trunk a light machine gun and began to spew fire and lead and she deliberately killed a few civilians just for fun. When the guns ceased there were the Kluegtown Killers laying dead everywhere, slain upon arrival to save their boss, and roughly thirty civilians gunned down. The Kluegtown Killers had kept half their gang off the field and had hidden themselves terrified about the concept of Kilo finding them. Kilo had managed to track them down, hiding out on her turf. Kilo had brutally murdered every single member and left a crime scenes fit for slasher horror.
Kilo managed to be hailed a hero to ridding the streets of the Kluegtown Killers, the latter known for their distribution of drugs and being serial rapists. Kilo was in her mind silently laughing, she knew as much as people hated or feared her, she knew it was pissing her sister off. Kilo told her gangs to lay low and abide by the law for a bit to wait for her next set of orders. She was planning a huge push of her guns and drugs and leaving Equestria.
"Slaver, you've got four weeks to break Silvermoon and have online, the sooner the better. I hate that Shadow is still free, but I need her to come after me herself, I know Tango will for sure. When it comes down to it get Palisade and his two legal aged sisters in your grasp. Lock-Bolt is about to have his life ruined.....I'll tend to his wife and family personally." I want to leave a few traumatized members left."
