It's been a few years now since Pound and Pumpkin Cake outgrew the need for diapers, and Mr. and Mrs. Cake have found themselves starting to feel the ever so fainting yearnings to be young again. But they've never found the time to truly act on those feelings: Until now.

Upon learning by chance that the twins will be spending the night at a friend's house, and that Pinkie Pie is out of town due to a friendship emergency, the Cakes suddenly find themselves with Sugarcube Corner all to themselves. And Mr. Cake has come up with the perfect way for the old couple to spend the evening.

Since the old bakers can't turn back the clock and aren't willing to experiment with spells, the next best way to feel young again is to act like foals. To that end, Mr. Cake talks his wife into the two of them wearing diapers, and doing all the things foals do. Together, the old couple will see if they can't make themselves feel young again, if only for a single evening.
