Highschool years

Hoofsteps come up the stairs, as Goldey was asleep, it was her coltfriend, Dakie, he entered her room and shook her awake.

"Goldey, Goldey! get up, First year of highschool!"

"wha-huh?..."

Goldey's eyes were barely open, Dakie stopped shaking her.

"Our first year of 10th grade"

"Oh.. Yeah.. I thought there was one more day left for summer vacation. Thanks Dakie"

Dakie walked out of her room, so she can get ready, Everyone was ready and they headed out the door walking.

"Ahaha, First day of Highschool for me.. I'm kinda nervous" Speed proclaimed

"We all were when we first started Highschool" Goldey replied

Speed sighed and kept walking over hearing Dakie and Goldey's conversation

"So, Goldey.. You know how 8th grade was"

"Oh, for us a disaster the 7th grade hallway was deadly and the 6th grade hallway was even deadlier!"

"The feels of that, but were out of middle school now"

"This morning I thought we had a day left of summer"

"Really Goldey?"

"Yeah.. I didn't want summer to end so soon"

"Summer went by fast..." Dakie proclaimed.

Speed looked up at Blazing Eclipse who looked very brave and yet loyal, So Speed put his head up and decided to start a conversation with Blazing Eclipse.

"So, Uh Blazing Eclipse, how was your first day of highschool"

"It.. was good because of your cousin Goldey"

"What did she do?"

"Well, She made my day of course"

"Are you sick of her coltfriend Dakie?"

"Yeah, a little"

"Little?"

"Fine, To tell you the truth speed, Right now I dispise Dakie, He's planning something.."

"Seriously!?" Speed was surprised "Does she even know he is?"

"She wont believe me" Blazing eclipse sighed "But I want Goldey as my marefriend.. and maybe a Fiance"

"How about after school, you and Dakie pick a fight"

"Good idea." Blazing eclipse agreed.

They finally reached the school and walked in, Speed left the group to go to his homeroom, The other three had homeroom together.

They had Homeroom for a whole day, this highschool was different than the rest, homeroom for a year, lessons on the intercom.

Goldey, Dakie, and Blazing eclipse were talking.

"Heh, I wonder how's speed is doing in homeroom" Dakie told them

"I think he's doing okay, It's his first day starting highschool, you know how that can be. He's probably still nervouse" Blazing eclipse replied

"I know I was nervous when I first started Highschool" Goldey admitted

"Oh yeah, That's right, I could see it in your eyes, How nervous you were during homeroom"

"Yeah.. I was pretty nervous, but hey, Highschool is great, Homeroom for a whole year  it's so awesome"

"I agree, After all, for a whole year, It's pretty awesome"

The teacher told the class to be silent and to talk after an announcement was made

"Students enjoy a whole year of homeroom"

Goldey looked at Dakie with a suspicious look.

"I thought they were going to change it."

"To be honest, I had the fear they were going to as well"

Goldey started to giggle

"Well, a year, I am happy, I wonder how long homeroom is for Speed"

The bell rang for break time in homeroom, everyone left to go to their lockers,

Blazing eclipse visited Speed, and Rainbow dash walked by.

Speed was staring at her.

"HEY SPEED, Oh you're staring at a mare, she wont want you anyway look, Its the element of loyalty, the famous Rainbow dash"

"Oh uh, I am sorry Blazing, I just got carried away, so.. what's so important?"

"How long is your homeroom, ours is a year, anyway, she is in our grade, Dude, I bet she wont even date someone in a lower grade than her, even in highschool"

"Our homeroom is also the whole year (Of school), and it's not like I like her or anything"

"Oooh Speed you have a crush!"

"KNOCK IT OFF" Speed yelled.

Blazing Eclipse perked his ears and backed off heading back to homeroom and sat in a group with Goldey and Dakie.

"Goldey, Your cousin is a little rude"

"Why's that?"

"he kept staring at a mare which is kinda unkind, but who knows, so I said he had a crush, and he yelled at me to knock it off, His crush is Rainbow dash"

"Her!?, Speed has a tough one, Rainbow dash wont date anybody unless they can catch up to her and win a race against her he has no chance!"

"Exactly!"

Goldey turned to Dakie and back to Blazing Eclipse

"Speed could at least try to win her heart"

"Yeah he can"

"Like I said before, It's difficult to win Rainbow dash's heart, I saw her turn down more than one guy"

Blazing Eclipse and Dakie laughed while Goldey chuckled.

by the end of the day, when they got off school property, Blazing Eclipse grabbed Dakie and pushed him to the ground holding him down.

"What are you doing bro!? STOP!"

Goldey's eyes lightened up and she growled under her breath, Speed saw how mad Goldey was, knowing she don't tolerate bullies, Speed felt bad for telling him to fight Dakie for Goldey.

Right when Blazing eclipse was about to punch Dakie, Goldey went on top of Dakie and took the punch instead.

Blazing eclipse backed off, Goldey was standing with her head down, and Dakie crawled out from under her than back under looking up and Blazing eclipse.

Goldey was breathing heavily, tears tolling down her face, falling off and splashing into the grass.

Blazing Eclipse gasped.

"Goldey!, I'm sorry!, I ment to punch Dakie!"

Goldey didn't reply she was just crying silently, then you can hear her squee trying to talk a bit.

"You..."

was all they can hear from the squee.

Dakie crawled out from under her and stood up next to Speed. Goldey fell to the ground crying her heart out.

Speed felt really bad now, he didn't know Goldey would take a punch from her boyfriend even if she knew she would cry her heart out because of it.

"You had to do it.. Didn't you.. You just had to punch him for nothing.... but instead, when I stood up you punched me like you were blind, didn't you see me there...."

"Goldey! I.. I didn't mean it!, I feel extremely bad now, I.. I know he is your coltfriend, I.. didn't really see you there, I just.. Oh I'm sorry Goldey, and I am alsoo sorry to you Dakie for trying to hurt you.. "

Amber was flying smoothly in the air seeing Goldey crying she swooped down fast and landed behind her.

she put a hoof on Goldey's back.

"Sh.. Sh... It'll be okay, What ever has made you cry my friend, You shouldn't be harmed like this, please explain"

"I stood up for Dakie.. and Blazing eclipse appeared to be blind and punched me instead"

Amber sighed and nuzzled her before she flew off.

Goldey got up and started to walk with her head down, Dakie was next to her with his wing over her back.

Speed did the same but on the other side. Blazing Eclipse was hovering over them but higher.

Once, they got home.

Blazing eclipse walked to his house instead, He doesn't live with those three,

He sighed. He had no way to say sorry.

They all went to bed, tucked themselves in and fell asleep.
