The Impermanence Of Sand
The name doesn't really mean anything to Fleur. She was just dropping by the tree to pick up some reading material for Fluttershy. (A mystery to solve, and why does that matter when nopony's actually died?) She certainly wasn't expecting to find an alicorn in semi-open distress, simply because...
...all right, the article is a horror. Trust was broken. Lives have been ruined, and the fallout may echo into future generations. Mares were raped. There is nothing which can ever take that back or make the world into what it should have been.
So what does that have to do with the books which Twilight is taking down from the shelves? What did the books do? Where is the dividing line between the teller and the tale?
Perhaps it depends on what the story is about.
Or how wounded Fleur is willing to let herself be.
While there are no onscreen acts of rape within the story as applied to the tagged characters, the Non-Con and Sex tags are present to indicate discussion of the topic. Reader discretion is advised. Additionally, this story takes place along the general timeline of the Anchor Foal series. If you haven't read that and/or are uncomfortable with the subjects raised by description and tag, I recommend strongly against reading this.
