Equestria, once a peaceful place, is brought to its knees when an ancient ship of unknown origins is found at the bottom of the Lunar Sea, upon being opened in Manhattan it is invaded and assimilated by creatures known only as The Flood.

Ten Years after this event, all parts of Equestria save for the Crystal Empire have been assimilated, with the rumored brains of the Hive Mind found, Maud Pie and her small team of soldiers head to Manehattan to destroy the Gravemind, and survival is unlikely, but using the salvaged and reconstructed technology of the very ship that brought them to Equestria, Maud is ready to lock, load, and make sure her sisters have a chance to see a brighter tomorrow.
