Alex Russo, a wizard from Earth, end up in Ponyville while trying to escape a dramatic event back home. Thinking things through isn’t Alex’s strong suit, and her standoffish facade creates tension between her and just about every-pony she meets, especially the studious and thoughtful Twilight Sparkle.
