“You turned a filly to stone?”

Sunset Shimmer’s eyes widened as she looked at Twilight Sparkle in disbelief.

Twilight sighed and stared down into her hot chocolate. “Technically, I didn’t do it. But yes, Cozy Glow was turned to stone.”

The two Unicorns-turned-girls were hanging out at the coffee shop in Canterlot City, which they didn’t get to do nearly enough, especially now that Twilight Sparkle had been crowned ruler of Equestria. But Twilight had managed to convince the rest of the Mane Six to cover for her for a day, and now she and Sunset were finally getting a much-needed chance to catch up.

“That’s horrible,” Sunset said, shaking her head. “I mean, I don’t hold you accountable, if you thought it was the right decision, but…well, just imagine if you’d turned me to stone after I tried to destroy our school.”

Twilight sighed again. “I guess it was just easier to get through to you. The only person who might even possibly be able to get through to Cozy Glow is Cozy Glow herself.”

Sunset took a long, slow sip of her coffee. “That gives me an idea.”
