Heinrich Schwarzschild, a young man who had been gravely sick for most of his young life had always admired the doctors and nurses who had not only taken care of him, but the others who he had seen go in and out of the sliding doors of hospitals just as he had his whole life. And he had always wanted to be the one who was the person helping others the same way that they did.

Unfortunately. the cancer that took him was too strong for his frail body to handle since he was attacked at such a young age. So he did eventually succumb to his illness and eventually passed away from it all. The boy only wished that in his next life, he could become some kind of 'super doctor' and tend to those in medical needs, like those anime shows where someone gets these insane abilities that pertain to what they wanted to do in life.

Luckily for him, the powers that be give him that opportunity due to a hole in the system that allowed him to do just that. Now, reincarnated as a unicorn named Innocentius, he lives his second chance as best as can, and to save as many of these ponies as he can. He wasn't going to be the one on the operating table anymore.
