A strange phenomenon has spread across Equestria. Everyone is experiencing the same dream of an Equestria overrun with the dead. Much to the horror of many, anyone bitten or infected in the dream becomes trapped in it, unable to wake up or escape. Those trapped within the dream are fighting to survive and find a way to escape, while those free of it fear every night, wondering if they'll be the next to be trapped.
