A Lost And Lonesome Power Pony

Thanks to Fluttershy's transformation into Flutterhulk, the mane six as the Power Ponies were able to bring Mane-iac down by firing a cannon blast back at her. It managed to coil her main around her own body like duct tape. It was a good time for the group though as they had managed to bring down another villain, again they were victorious!

Or were they?

The light that Twilight, Spike, and the others had entered Maretropolis through shined again. They were going back to Celestia and Luna's old reading room, as they had been busy that morning cleaning the Castle of the Two Sisters before being brought into Spike's Power Pony comic. The adventure was all over, and now they had found themselves fading out and going through the light, unbeknownst to them, Mane-iac had secretly undid herself from her trap and was restored. She watched as the light was carrying Twilight and the others back home, this was her moment as she launched a piece of her main and coiled it around Twilight's leg.

Spike and the mane five had gotten out, but as Twilight was about to exit the light, she felt something snag her leg!

SPIKE, GIRLS, HELP ME! SOMETHING HAS MY LEG!** she screamed, Spike and the others saw what was going on.

"TWILIGHT!" They all screamed in horror!

Twilight looked and saw Mane-iac had her leg, she struggled to break free. Even her friends tried pulling her out as hard as they could. Mane-iac was heard cackling evilly as Twilight continued to panic, and her friends along with her.

"Hold on Twilight, we got you!" Spike said

"We're not giving up!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

The other ponies tried as hard as they could, but it was no use, Mane-iac managed to overpower all of them. And without warning, Twilight's grip on them loosened, and she was pulled back into the comic.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRLLLSSS!!!!!!!!" Twilight screamed as she was sucked back into the comic

"TWILIGHT NO!" Spike yelled, but it was too late, the comic was sealed up and closed, now they could not get back in.

"Dang it!" Rainbow Dash said! "How could that villain outsmart us!?!"

"That ain't important now!" Applejack said "The only thing is that we find a way back in and get Twilight."

Spike sighed "We can't! There is no way!"

"WHAT!?!" The main five exclaimed.

"Those comics cannot be re-entered, I was told that by the owner of the magic comic book store I got it from."

"HOW?!" Rainbow Dash yelled! "HOW CAN THAT BE?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US ABOUT THIS PLACE!?!"

"Darling!" Rarity said "How could you just get a comic you did not have any labels or information about?!"

Fluttershy interfered "Surely Celestia and Luna would even know how to enter a comic again."

Spike shook his head "This is all my fault! I never should have got this stupid comic!"

Pinkie Pie's main deflated in sorrow "Is this true Spike, we can't get Twilight?!"

"Spike covered his face with his clawed hands "No, we can't go back, I am afraid not even Celestia and Luna can fix this either! We've just lost Twilight forever! Because these comics are just not re-entered."

Spike and the crew hung their heads low in shame, they knew this was something not even Celestia or Luna could fix, even if they were powerful magic users. There was now nothing that they could have done to save her, even if they tried, the light that brought them into it and back was now gone.

The poor dragon now should have asked the comic book store owner about how to deal with situations like this. But sadly, there just was nothing they could do now, because once the comic closed, there was no way back inside. The main cast now realized it was all over, and they had no choice but to leave the castle. Not only that, but they also had no choice but to abandon Twilight and leave her behind.

That's exactly what they did, they left the old reading room from the castle and never returned. Once they had left the room, the comic book shimmered and then vanished out of sight, never to be seen again! They now had no chance of ever rescuing their friend, nor would they ever see her face return to them. Meanwhile, Twilight had been knocked unconcious as she was pulled back in hard.

Once she woke up from being knocked out cold, she saw that she was still Masked Matterhorn, but quickly realized she was back inside the comic book. Twilight went into a panic, looking for any sign of Spike, or her friends, but they were gone. The light they had left through had gone out, it was gone and not shining at all anymore. Poor Twilight was now getting anxious, because she saw she was still in Mane-iac's lair too.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO, SPIKE, RAINBOW, WHERE ARE YOU ALL, COME BACK, HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!" There was no answer, the only sound she heard was the sound of evil chuckling behind her. Even worse, several other ponies were laughing as well, Twilight spun around to see none other than Mane-iac. The evil crazed pony used her main to move herself towards the lone power pony as she laughed callously, her minions following.

"Well, well, well, look what we have here?! The last power pony, Masked Matterhorn! Only her precious little friends are not coming back to save her!"

Twilight stared in shock!

"Don't even bother screaming for help now Matterhorn!" Mane-iac exclaimed. "There is millions of us and now only one of you! Your heroic antics are now useless. Vicker, seal up all the doors and windows, our new guest is going to be here for quite some time."

"Yes boss" said Vicker, who was one of her henchmares. He and the others went to lock and bait all the doors and windows of the lair. Mane-iac on the other hand could not have felt more accomplished than this, she grabbed the electro-orb with her vine like main, then got closer to Twilight.

"It must feel bad to lose the ones you love and never see them return to you." Mane-iac taunted, poor Twilight hung her head low in defeat and shame.

...A few hours later...

Mane-iac was staring out the horizon, taking sight of the skyline of Maretropolis. It was now soon to be doomed to fall into the villain's evil hooves. The evil crazed pony chuckled and kept staring out the skyline.

"Such a delicate accomplishment to soon see Maretropolis fall into despair and hair problems from my soon to sell shampoo conditioner, wouldn't you agree Matterhorn?" she said spinning herself around with a grin to Twilight. Rather amused and appreciative of how she looked, Twilight was now tied up, a ball gag was inserted into her mouth and strapped around her head. All the poor alicorn did was just stare at Mane-iac with a saddened and fearful expression. Mane-iac still had the electro-orb clutched in her vine like main. The evil villain wrapped some more of her main around Twilight's head to gently pull her tied up body closer, while Twilight kept the saddened expression, her gaze focused only on her captor.

Mane-iac had her right where she wanted her, and pressed the electro-orb onto her horn. Slowly and carefully starting to absorb all her magic and power from her.

"Now that I have you here, I might as well tell you how things are going to be." Mane-iac said with a smug expression as she absorbed Twilight's powers "I do believe we need to get down to some bottom lines here Matterhorn. Nothing but dropped bombshells that you will love to hear, or not. First of all, that bright light your precious friends left through is not ever going to shine permanently, and because the light will not reappear, you are never going to see them ever again!"

Twilight's eyebrows lowered even tighter as she heard this, she was unable to scream due to the ballgag in her mouth. Meanwhile, the callous villain stayed smug! "Yes, it is true my pet, your friends are never coming back to save you, nopony is ever coming back to save you! YOU ARE ALL MINE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Mane-iac then let out an evil laugh, as Twilight's powers were almost fully absorbed.

Twilight still had her eyes lowered and showed a fearful and saddened expression as she continued to stare at Mane-iac. She could no longer find any sort of way out and accepted the truth. She was never going to see Spike, her friends, Celestia or Luna, nor her family ever again, she was never going to see Equestria ever again. She was nothing but a powerless comic book character now, under the hooves of an arch-enemy who now had the permanent upper hoof.

This was the end for Twilight's existence, she was just the Masked Matterhorn now.
