Snowfang stood tall and proud as she stood with her two-handed long sword flashing in the now waning sun and the city was yielding to the enemy. Snowfang was a queen of the wolves and she believed it to be her duty to be a beacon of hope. Finally through exhaustion and injury she was forced to yield. Her people even though she had to yield still respected her for trying to bring hope. Snowfang was restrained and she had to watch her sons be butchered in front of her. Snowfang had hoped that her daughters had escaped the city of carnage. "Snowfang, queen of wolves, where are your daughters? You have two of them."
"Told them to flee, my lord. Your race isn't known for treating female prisoners with respect."
The tall powerful yak nodded, "Understandable, I Prince Rutherford have changed our policies. Whoever buys you I cannot make promises for. You fought with great honor and courage but the person who betrayed you has paid a fee of four thousand gold. He also claims that he loves you. If I had known that the deal was struck, I would have counter offered. I believe that your duke, Duke Storm Howl betrayed you so he could break you himself, I'm just here for the resources you have."
"Storm Howl isn't worthy of his title! The last time he bought a slave, she ran for fear of her life. Storm Howl is no man, he's a demon of Tartarus. Storm Howl is known for sexually assaulting his property. That is why I hope that my daughters got away." During the discourse, news was delivered that one of Snowfang's daughters was found dead, arrow through the heart. Snowfang asked for the description so she'd know which daughter it was. "That is my daughter Morning Frost, tell me were there defensive wounds?"
"Yes my lady, besides the arrow, hate to say it, but her clothes were torn my men have standards and we don't assault young women. Our people haven't done that since my lord took the throne."
"General, I know who assaulted and raped my daughter. If he has my other daughter he's a walking dead man! The wrath of a mother is a thing you don't want to cross." To make matters worse Storm Howl appeared and dragging the other daughter behind him, tattered dress and covered in bruises.
"Mother!"
"Evening Star! Storm Howl you better have not touched her!"
"My highness, not just I but I made a pretty price off of her last night among a few dozen soldiers. Morning Frost didn't hold up and she wouldn't cooperate so I shot her."
Snowfang was angry and since she was in long chains she looked angry and apologetic. "My daughter forgive me." Snowfang rushed Storm Howl and grabbed her daughter's battered body and broke her daughter's neck and plunged a neck knife that she wore deep into the artery. Snowfang didn't want her daughter to live through what would transpire once Storm Howl had the both of them. "Storm Howl, how dare you just waltz in here and bragging about how you made a profit of having both of my ninenteen year old daughters being assaulted, beaten, and raped. I may no longer your queen, but I as my last order I will have you own daughters fall by my own hand."
Turning to Prince Rutherford she asked a request after bowing to him. "My lord, permission to have his daughters brought here and the same treatment he gave my daughters, the same be done to his as well?" Rutherford nodded and Storm Howl begged and pleaded but Stormfang's fury was burning hot. Storm Howl was mocked by Snowfang as he was restrained and his own ninenteen year old daughters were dealt with.
"How does it feel to know that your daughters first time was their last? This is karma for what you did to my girls...Stormfang strung an arrow onto a recurve bow and took aim. The arrow flew whistling toward its mark, a scream pierced the room and Snowfang realized that the daughter was still struggling for breath. "Storm Howl, observe how she dies, my daughter was in pain until she died." it was an hour before Storm Howl's daughter finally died. The remaining daughter was terrified and she clung to her tattered dress and was bowing.
"My queen, I beg forgiveness on behalf of my father. I beg you and Prince Rutherford to allow me to kill my own father. I know that on a technicality my father owns you, but low me to bring your freedom once again." Snowfang and Rutherford stepped to the side.
"I say you kill him slowly, and in the mean time we let the last thing this bastard sees is his daughter being raped."
"Free the girl, and let her leave in peace....in peace and be branded as a whore - the trade I want her doomed to for the remainder of her days. Let me kill Storm Howl and his lands be given to your men. Storm Howl shall die by my hand."
"Deal, but you will still be my prisoner. Snowfang looked at the chains still bound to her. My king....what will be my fate as a prisoner? My mother was bought from a noble and she had been used and abused by others. Will I be doomed to that life?"
"No, I won't let that happen, hell you are a gorgeous creature one of the prettiest I've seen, I will leave you as queen here while I rule this land from my home in Yakyakistan. Your land will pay tribute and if you try to revolt....I'll raze everything to the ground."
Snowfang knew of she were a tributary and Rutherford probably have a general live in the palace to keep an eye on her. She would hope that the general would be honorable. " I'll give my answer in a moment my lord, I have a personal matter to deal with. Storm Howl's daughter still kept her face to the ground. "Brand this brat as a whore, and send her out and make sure she makes it to entertainment district and that is where she will live until the end of her days." Storm Howl screamed in agony. Snowfang turned to Storm Howl and drew her neck knife, and with fire in her eyes she castrated Storm Howl and dragged him out of sight of Rutherford and his soldiers and forced Storm Howl to choke on his own genitals. Snowfang then slashed his throat multiple times.
Prince Rutherford in the Mean Time
"General Oak, I'm assigning your son to be the eyes and ears here, Aspen is young but his age would be the safest thing here, He's only twenty and our enraged mother is twenty-eight. Tell me though, your son isn't into mothers is he?"
"Not that I am aware of my lord. If he was, you and I both know that he won't touch a woman unless he's married to her. I made sure that my boys know that is the standard I hold for them."
"I wish her daughters had escaped and made it to Equestria, they'd be safe there, but alas it was not so. while we bury our dead, assist her in burying hers.
Snowfang mad her appearance again and she knelt and bowed her frame in respect. "My gratitude that you allowed to avenge my children. As to your offer, I gratefully accept being your Tributary. I had any children to offer as a hostage to insure my cooperation and loyalty I'd offer them up."
"You were a free queen, and I'm sure that if I asked your people they'd say your an honorable woman. Rise and bury your dead, may we bury our dead in the caves by the sea?"
"Of course, or bury them as in days of old if you so wish." Rutherford and Oak were impressed that she had knowledge of their past for funeral rites."
Two weeks Later
Queen Snowfang stood in armor and beside her stood Aspen with his axe in his and shield on his back. "My lady, as far as I'm concerned, with the authority I was given as your ruler whilst you're more of a figure head queen, I mean that in the most respectful way possible. You do things as you have always done, I just collect tribute once a year and basically make sure you don't form alliances. My father said something about letting you mourn as well. So I'll give you the time and space to do so." Snowfang nodded and said that she mourned already, but the time living knowing the she would never have grandkids would be her fate or see her daughters marry would be life. Aspen knew that one of her daughters died by her own hand. He was wondering if she would've done it still if Rutherford made his offer sooner. Aspen also knew that some of Rutherford's generals were perverted and less than honorable. Aspen figured that it was also probably the best move; in addition, Aspen knew that even among his peers that there were some who probably wouldn't care if they assaulted and violated a conquered ruler's daughter.
