These are the words that united the Equestrian Federation in its darkest moment, finding brothers in the most remote places imaginable, these are the words that I have brought to protect and defend my small subjects.
But I am not eternal. I am leaving this guide so that in case of my absence, my successor can take the reins of this perfect disaster that we know as Equestria commonly.
But it is not only a guide, I also believe that it could be described as an autobiography that would also explain the simplest bases of our government and why I call it a perfect disaster.
