Starlight and Trixie's "developed" partnership
"I mean, they're totally doing it."
The mean four sat in the middle of the lair, for a very important meeting...
"So... why did you call this meeting Discord?" Starlight asked the lord of chaos.
"Yeah, you've been awfully quiet ever since we got here." Trixie added.
"We need to talk about what you two did last night..." Discord stated.
"What do you mean? We did a lot of stuff last night, I equalized a couple."
"I terrorized a town with my enhanced magic." Trixie added.
"No no no, the THING, last night..." Discord specified.
"What thing? They seem to have gotten along better." Thorax added.
"Really Thorax? You couldn't detect the insane amount of food generating from the two of them?"
"Woah woah woah! Let's not jump to any conclusions!" Starlight defended.
"There are not conclusions, they are FACTS."
"Oh yeah? And where's your proof?" Trixie asked.
"The proof is here, inside my gut." Discord slapped his belly.
"Must carry a lot of proof in there..." Starlight smirked next to the magician.
"The fact is last night, there was a door to Trixie's room, even though there wasn't before. Only Trixie could have built it and placed it there."
"So?"
"So, there were noises behind it."
"What kind of noises?" Thorax asked.
"There was plenty of moaning, and a bit of screaming, not to mention that Starlight said that she would 'equalize Trixie and carry her under her hoof.' While Trixie said she would 'crush her'."
Starlight and Trixie could only blush in embarrassment, as the spirit of disharmony knew what they were up to...
"Listen, I'm not mad, just the next time you plan to do stuff like that, give us a little warning next time?"
"No! It's not like that! It's just, me and Trixie were battling over control over the other?"
"Yeah! Definitely not in bed..."
"Oh please you two, the romantic tension between the two of you couldn't be more obvious."
"If it's so obvious, then how come I didn't smell anything?"
"Probably because you were too busy absorbing from the Ophiotaurus to notice."
"Possibly..."
"Well, how can you just judge our sexual preferences based on what you THOUGHT you heard?"
"Oh come on! Isn't it obvious that all of us are gay? Why should we hide it from each other?"
"Well, thank you for coming out to the three of us..." Trixie covered her face with her magician hat in embarrassment.
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure that at least I'm into mares." Thorax defended.
"Really? What about that one time with-"
"HEY! That thing with Zephyr Breeze was YOUR idea."
"But you did enjoy eating his love? Didn't you?..."
"That's completely different!"
"Sure it is..."
"Regardless, I can assure you that these two are not dating. They haven't nuzzled each other or complimented their manes for all the time we've spent having this conversation."
"Oh, Thori, Thori, Thori......"
"DON'T, call me that again."
"You assume that that's what being in a romantic relationship is all about, there's more to it then that."
"Oh really? Well I still doubt that they love each other."
"Open your eyes Thorax, they are literally doing it. I mean, isn't it obvious?"
"No it's not! No it's not! I thought it wasn't at all obvious!" Trixie stated.
"So you admit it."
"Wha-? No!"
"You admitted that you thought WHAT YOU WERE DOING wasn't obvious. Therefore, you admit to doing it."
"Alright listen here wise guy, Trixie just meant that, if we WERE doing it, it wouldn't be obvious." Starlight defended.
"See Discord? There's nothing going on. Why don't we just drop this conversation? I've got to start hunting pretty soon." Thorax stated.
"No, they are dating, and I can prove it."
"How?"
"Take a look at them... right, now..."
Thorax glanced in the direction of Starlight and Trixie, and gasped as he caught them smooching while his back was turned.
Turning to face him and realizing they've been caught red hoofed, Starlight and Trixie ceased their passion, as they recoiled in shame...
"Got ya." Discord smugly stated.
"Ugh, this is so embarrassing..." Trixie recoiled.
"Oh don't be, there's nothing to be ashamed about. As I said before, we're all-... well, mostly all of us are gay."
"It's not that, it's just that usually only you and your partner should know about your sex life." Trixie stated.
"Well that's why you need to do more then just block your room with a door, like cover your room in sound proof material."
Starlight and Trixie thought about it...
"Actually, if you don't mind, I'd like you to keep showing passion to each other for just a little longer..." Thorax begged.
"Really Thorax? I thought you'd be better then that." Discord talked down to the bug.
"What? I'm hungry." He defended.
"We are not going to make love to each other just to feed you!" Starlight snapped.
"Hey, can't blame a bug for trying." Thorax merely shrugged.
"Well, I'm sure we can all learn a valuable lesson from this experience." Discord stated.
"And that is?"
"That it doesn't matter what sexual preference you may or may not have, what matters is that you have the decency to warn or at least shield what you're doing from everyone else." Discord stated.
"Right... like YOU would ever have that decency if YOU ever found a mate." Thorax smirked.
"Mock me again, and I'll bring out the Raid bottle." Discord threatened.
"Ok! I think you've made your point Discord, me and Trixie apologize for not showing enough decency, and we promise it will never happen again. Right Trixie?" Starlight nudged the blue unicorn, who wasn't even paying attention, just sleeping.
"Huh? What? Oh yeah, I totally agree with whatever you just said... What did I just agree to?" Trixie whispered to Starlight.
"We've got to not have sex while they're around."
Trixie grabbed her cheeks with her hooves in despair...
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-"
Trixie continued to scream, as the other three villains stared awkwardly...
"Well, thank you for warning us. We'll try our best." Starlight stated, as she teleported away, as Trixie still stood there screaming...
"I think... I'm gonna go too..." Thorax stated, as he flew to his room as well.
Discord merely stood there, as Trixie continued to scream...
Eventually, her screaming started to tone down...
"Umm, Mrs. Lula-"
But it rose in volume again, as Discord merely glanced to the side annoyed.
