Dinarian Ascension: the child of two worlds
“**clank** **clank** **clank** **bvvz** come on nearly there just have to drill these last few pieces away then I'll have a hundred percent on this body part.” I say with complete concentration.
“Adrien!” A voice yelled out causing me to lose my concentration and ruin the thing I was busy with.
“Fuck I nearly had it my hundred percent on T-rex head.” I say upset as the timer on the game I was playing hit zero leaving my score at ninety nine. “What did you need Alex? What was it that you needed to tell me that would have me lose my hundred percent score.” I asked, turning my attention from ds to my childhood friend Alex who was driving the car we're in.
Alex sighed as she rolled her eyes. “I tried getting your attention to tell you we're almost at the convention.” She says now fully getting my attention.
“Shit really?” I say surprised as I turned my small handheld console off before looking around and noticing she was right. “Well shit I guess I was too busy trying to a hundred percent the game I wasn't paying attention to how close we were getting to the convention.”
“Yeah no duh numb nuts.” Alex says with a roll of her eyes as we arrive at the convention and try to find a good parking spot.
Oh right where are my manners hi my name is Adrien Lockhart and me and my friend Alex Smith are about to attend a gaming convention Alex was gonna go as an octoling from the splatoon games while I was going to go as my oc i created for one my favorite albeit underrated games fossil fighters which was also the game I was playing before we arrived at the convention and my oc I created for the game was an dinarian since as a kid I thought the dinarian race were cool since after all they can transform in dinosaurs hence the name.
After Alex found a parking spot we both got out the car and started making our way into the convention building where we saw a tone of amazing cosplays. “Damn look at all these people their costumes look so good.” I say as I looked at all the cosplays.
“Yeah I'd admit these costumes do look good.” Alex says in agreement. “Anyways let's go check out some of the booths and see what they have.” She says as she starts walking off.
“Yeah and we'll meet back up at the food court.” I say as I start walking off in a different direction.
After me and Alex went our separate ways I ended up meeting a ton nice people some of them were also fans of fossil fighters and had even asked to take pictures with me which I agreed to doing but after taking some pictures and meeting new people I ended up looking through some of the booths to see what kind of merchandise I can buy but as I searched i ended up coming across an old booth and curious about it I decided to head to it.
Once I arrived at the booth I was greeted by a guy who was dressed as the merchant from resident evil. “Why greetings my extraterrestrial dino friend, what do I owe the visit of a dinarian at my little shop?” He asked with a smile that I can tell he's making underneath his mask.
“Greetings my friend I'm just here to look around and see if I can find anything I can take back home with me.” I answered as I looked through his merchandise.
“Ah then I do believe I have somethings that might interest you my dinarian friend let me just go and retrieve them.” The merchant says as he head towards the back of his booth and started scrounging around for something. “Now where did I put them ah there they are.” He says before pulling out two cases and bringing them over to his counter and placing them down.
“What's inside these two cases?” I asked out of curiosity.
“Inside these cases are things I'm sure a person like you would like.” The merchant says before opening up the first case to reveal to me something that surprised me.
“Woe no way dino medals?!” I say surprised as I see he had eighteen medals in the case two dinomitons, a Stego, a Ptera, a Tricera, the king of dinos himself T-rex, a Bracio, Spinax and ten blank medals. “These are so cool but what's with the blank ones?” I asked confused about the ten blank dino medals.
“Those my friend are medals you can use to create your own vivasuars.” the merchant says before closing the case and opening the second one revealing a bracelet of some kind.
“A bracelet? Why would I be interested in a bracelet?” I asked confused.
“Well this bracelet is i guess you can say dinarian tech not only grants you holographic transformation but it can grant you the ability to do battle form and acts like a storage space.” After hearing this I assumed he was trying to get into the role as the merchant selling an actual dinarian tech to a dinarian which made me smirk a bit as I decided to play along.
“Ah I see you found my people's technology very well human. How much for the items in both these cases?” I asked while chuckling a bit at my little role play.
“Usually these would cost a lot but for someone like you I suppose it can be a hundred fifty dollars for both the cases together.” the merchant says with a smile while I smiled back and pulled out the money from my wallet and handed him the money.
“There you go my friend it was nice doing business with you.” I say as I took the bracelet and put it around my arm before taking the case with the dino medals and started turning around to go explore a bit more.
“Of course it was great doing business with you too and I do hope you have a nice trip and a wonderful adventure.” After hearing him say that I stopped in my tracks and turned around looking at him confused.
“Um what did you say?” I asked before I started to feel dizzy all of a sudden and before I realized it I had suddenly blacked out.
(two hours later)
**drip** **drip** **drip** **drip** the first thing that I could hear as I slowly wake up was the sound of water dripping and when I had fully woken up i started groan from the headache I ended up feeling. “Ugh my head why does it hurt is this what it feels like when you get a hangover?” I asked myself as I placed my claws on my head.
“Wait claws?” When I pulled my hands away from my head I was surprised to see my hands had in fact turned into claws. “What the hell, why do I have claws?!” I yelled out, out of both confusion and fear before hearing the sound of water dripping nearby again and looking towards the source I found a small puddle of water and seeing this I quickly crawled over to it and upon seeing my reflection I was shocked at what I saw.
Looking back at me with the same shocked expression was my dinarian oc when I placed a claw on my face so did the reflection which confirmed I really was a dinarian now.
“How the fuck did this happen and more importantly where the hell am I?” I asked no one in particular as I took a look at my surroundings to see I'm in a cave of sorts and at the cave entrance was a waterfall. “Okay I guess I'm in a cave behind a waterfall but it doesn't really tell me much.” I say before trying to recall how I ended up in this cave before remembering the merchant and their last words before I passed out and found myself in this cave.
“I do hope you have a nice trip and a wonderful adventure.”
“That merchant he must be why I'm like this and why I'm here wherever here is after I had bought the bracelet and dino medals from them wait the bracelet and dino medals do i even still have them?” I asked before looking at my arm where I placed the bracelet and saw it was still there. “Okay i still have the bracelet but where's the dino medals?” I say before looking around for the case with the dino medals before spotting the case near the cave entrance.
“Ah there they are.” I say before getting up and walking over to the cave entrance and picking up the case but the moment I did i heard a loud roar coming from the other side of the waterfall it sounded far yet close at the sametime and gulping to myself I decided to quickly check what it was.
Gulping nervously I slowly made my way out of the cave and away from the waterfall and the moment I came outside my jaw dropped at the site before me. From the location I seem to standing at I seemed to be a top a mountain but that wasn't what truly got my attention what got my attention were the creatures i could see roaming below, flying above and swimming down below what I saw were tones of living breathing dinosaurs and apparently prehistoric looking pastel horses which I guess would explain Parium from fossil fighters champions.
Anyways back onto topic the sight before me left my jaw dropping from shock and amazement of it all it all. “Am I somehow back in time when dinosaurs were still alive as an dinarian or am I somehow in the world of fossil fighters in the prehistoric past as an dinarian?!” I say shocked and surprised as I just stared at the sight before me.

Hey guys I hope you all enjoyed this new story i created this is a crossover with one my favorite albeit underrated games fossil fighters and I had seen there were a few here but they were all canceled after a couple of chapters however I'm not going to do the same because I'm a huge fan of fossil fighters and I promise this I won't cancel this story after a few chapters anyways again I hope you all enjoyed this chapter if you did please leave a like and comment and if not then leave a dislike and tell me what needs fixing thank you

It's been a few days since I found myself in this prehistoric time and within those few days I've been going out to explore to try to learn as much as I can about this world but upon doing so I encountered some dinos. Some of the dinos were carnivores who try eating me as a snack and I encountered some herbivores who either attacked me for trying to pet their young or because I had entered their territory.
Not only have I been going to out to explore but I have also discovered that my bracelet truly is dinarian tech as the merchant who I bought it from said it would be before I became a real dinarian myself and because of this i decided to use one of the bracelet functions to record my logs; however, the bracelet wasn't the only thing I discovered to be real because yesterday I had discovered the dino medals i had to be real as well.
After I had discovered the bracelet was real I got curious yesterday and decided to go out yesterday with the T-rex dino medal and the moment I threw the medal sure enough the fire type vivasuar came out which then lead me trying out the seven other vivasuars I had; however, when I threw out the dinomitons they ended up actually looking like their manga counter part and not only that but they were even pilotable.

It's been six weeks since I found myself in this prehistoric world as a dinarian and I realized I forgot to mention this last log but I had decided to change my name to that of my oc since new body, new life. Anyways as weeks went by I ended up testing my battle mode since I'm a dinarian now and at first I had trouble controlling my battle form, but as time went on I ended getting a handle on my battle form but just yesterday as I was in my battle form I ended up encountering a T-rex and I mean the T-rex before it was imbued with power that changed its form and gave it fire powers.
When the T-rex saw me it tried challenging me and in the world of prehistoric creatures where the carnivores are feared if a huge carnivore challenges another to a fight they have to accept otherwise they'll be shown to be weak so seeing as I had no other choice I fought the king of the dinos and in the end our fight ended in a draw and once the T-rex left i reverted back to my normal dinarian form before heading back to the cave.

I've been living alone in this prehistoric world for 2 years now and during my time here I ended up exploring a bit and even learn some things like for one as I mentioned in my last log big carnivores will challenge other carnivores to show their strength; however, there's more to this big carnivores will even challenge those of their own kind to fight for partners or for territory.
And two I've discovered that for some reason none of the carnivorous dinos hunt down any of the pastel colored horses and wondering why I ended up turning into my battle form and acted like a carnivore that would eat them but I soon found out why none of the carnivores try to devour the pastel horses because the moment I tried attacking one I was shot by a beam from another which both surprised me and intrigued me so I ended studying them to learn more about them.
By the way, while I'm on the topic of eating I been sustaining my hunger by eating fish I been catching from the lake I've seen the pastel prehistoric horses drinking at and I even been eating fruits i knew were edible and that I've seen plenty of the plant eating dinos eat and thanks to this i been going about my days without worrying about going hungry.

It's been a month since my last log but I been going through the storage space contained in my bracelet and I discovered other dinarian tech in it and luckily for me the cave i been living in is big enough to hold all the dinarian tech and lucky for me I was a science wiz back home; however, unlucky for me I'm gonna have to figure out how to use all the tech the bracelet was easy to figure out but the rest of the tech I found in my bracelet storage space will probably take awhile to figure out and understand.
Speaking of the cave I been living I have been slowly but surely been making it livable though I made it a rule that I will not go any deeper because thanks to all the crystals that's around the place it made everything like a house of mirrors and I ended up getting lost for seven weeks before finding my way out though if I did ended up going back in I made sure to leave some markings that’ll lead me back to the cave entrance.
On the topic of the crystals in the cave I had decided to use them to make myself some spears that I use to fish with but not only that even seem to pulsate with some unknown energy will have to study more on that some other time.

It's been two months since my last log i been going over the ten blank dino medals I received along with my other eight and I been going over what the merchant told me about how I can use them to create my own vivasuars. A couple days ago when I took one of the medals outside and threw it I had expected something to happen like maybe a creation display or something like that, that you would see on a game when creating a character but instead nothing happened.
After that failed attempt I ended up remembering that one of the dinarian tech I took out from my bracelet storage space was a genetics lab set and so after putting two and two together I realized how I can create my own unique vivasuars. Unfortunately after discovering how I can create my own vivasuars I came to the realization I needed to try and collect ten different types of dino dna which of course means I'll be literally putting my life in danger if I try and attempt this.
Not wanting to put my life in danger anytime soon I've decided to hold off on creating my own vivasuars for the time being well just until I can find other ways to safely collect the dna i need for creating my own vivasuars but for now I'm just gonna keep studying the dinos and living my life in this prehistoric world.

After weeks of thinking I have came up with a way to collecting the dna i need for creating my own vivasuars so by taking inspiration from fossilized amber mosquito I have decided to use the dinarian the robotics lab I took out from my bracelet inventory to try and create robotic mosquitos to collect the dna for me. Thankfully due to me mining with the pickaxes I made from the crystals, I ended up finding some metal that I put into the machine for it to use as material for creating the robotic mosquitoes.
I had even decided to go out to the ocean one day by piloting one of my dinomitons they reason for this was so I can study some aquatic dinos and so I can get my hands on some fish that weren't from fresh water. Luckily I came back with some fish and some cenoceras since they're basically prehistoric octopuses. After studying some of the aquatic dinos without getting attacked or noticed, thank god for my luck there, and gathering some fish and other edible aquatic sea creatures I made my way back home and had myself a feast.

**sigh** it's been three years since my last log and during that time I ended up creating the robotic mosquitoes but as time went on I eventually realized that no matter how hard try to deny it over these years I lived in this prehistoric time I'm the only sentient being in this world there's no other sentient life it's just me and if this world really was the world of fossil fighters just set in the past then I could just put myself to stone sleep and wait millions of years till sentient life eventually grow.
However, despite that, part of me fears that maybe sentient life will never grow after the dinosaurs go extinct and it'll just be me and it actually scares me to think about it. I just hope that one day there'll be another living sentient being in this world i can interact with instead of being alone my whole life in this time.

This'll be my last log I ever make so I'd like to start by saying it's been four months since my last log and during those months I ended up gathering ten different types of dna from different dinos thanks to my robotic mosquitoes. Four of the dna I collected were from my own vivasuars the T-rex, Spinax, Bracio and Stego. The other six dna i collected were from other dinos my robotic mosquitoes found and after I had collected these dna I ended up creating nine unique types of vivasuars with the dinarian genetics lab.
Each of these vivasuars were imbued with four out of the five elements from fossil fighters fire, water, air and earth before they were all contained in nine of the ten blank dino medals; however, as for the last blank Dino medal and last dna I had decided to mix my own dna with the last dino dna to create another dinarian.
**sigh** after all these years of being alone i eventually cave in and decided to as one would say start my own family even if it isn't natural way of doing but I bet if anyone was in my situation being sent into a prehistoric past with a bunch of science equipment I'm sure they would've done the same thing but despite that I'll do my best take care of this child I've created.
After I ended my log I stared up at the giant tube before me looking at the young dinarian who was peacefully sleeping and floating within the tube. “I swear to always protect you and keep you out of harms way while living in this world I promise as your father my dear velocity.” I say as I gently placed my hand on the glass while placing my head gently on it too.
