2 months have passed since Austin was killed, then revived in a pony's body. Now a grey unicorn colt, with a pencil and paint splatter for a cutie mark, he's a little confused.

He wants to live his life with friends and family. But his family is either dead or somewhere else, and he has no friends besides The mane 6. In futile attempts to get other ponies to trust him, he's gotten hurt, both emotionally and physically. It was never his fault. He never wanted to die and turn into a colt, but fate threw him a curve ball.

With no where left to go, and no one trusting him, he decides that perhaps he's just better off out of everyone's manes....

Meanwhile, things aren't much better on Earth....
