A short and random one shot story I decided to write on behalf of a request by DarkWing.


My name is Jon Everyman. I'm a brony and I'm a senior in highschool, preparing to graduate with hopes of a better life due to how awful everyone treats me, and how no one understands my pain. I live with an alcoholic and abusive father who blames me for all our problems, even for my mother getting diagnosed with an unmentionable type of cancer, and proceeds to make my life a living hell.
But one night, in a dream, I discover the forlorn land of Equestria, and through a series of unfortunate events, I, Jon Everyman will find a way to get to this magical land even if it kills me.
