Twilight sparkle and her friends have defeated nightmare moon and reverted her back to princess Luna. They went back to Ponyville and were greeted by the cheering crowd. "Why so glum, my faithful student? Princess Celestia asked "Are you not happy that your quest is completed and you can return to your studies in Canterlot?" "That's just it" Twilight said "Just when I learned how wonderful it is to have friends, I have to leave them." "Spike, take a note, please." Spike takes out a piece of paper and a quill. "I, Princess Celestia, hereby decree that the unicorn Twilight Sparkle shall take on a new mission for Equestria. She must continue to study the magic of friendship. She must report to me her findings from her new home in Ponyville. "   "Oh thank you, Princess Celestia! I'll study harder than ever before." Twilight said "I'm sure you will, my faithful student" Then their was more cheering and Twilight embraced her new friends nothing could go wrong. __________________________________________________________________________________ later that day. Twilight walked down the streets of ponyville, even though she had already explored the place her friends wanted to help her familiarize her with the surroundings. Rainbow asked "Oh no twilight doesn't have time to see any of your tricks she needs her sleep" Rarity said "I think we all need some sleep" Applejack said "Yeah Lets go Spike" Twilight said "Okay" "See you girls tomorrow" "Bye" "Good night Twi" "See yeah in the morning" Then the six mares and dragon all went their separate ways and eventually to their individual homes and to bed. all expect Twilight Who was busy gazing at the stars from her bedroom. Canterlot City Princess Celestia walked down the hallway with her sister showing her to her room, all the way the royal guards looked at Luna like they had never seen her before(of cause no one has in a while). "Why do they all look at me like that? Are they the not happy to have their ruler back?" "Well Luna you have been gone for 1,000 years, that's probably why no one knows you" "Well it seems you will have introduce me to the public tomorrow in order to help me get use to the new Equestria" "Very well I will make the aragnments, good night my sister" "Good night" Luna went to her room she was nervous she had so much to learn so little time how was she gonna do it all. "Hello?" Luna turned to hear somepony knocking on her door she got up to open it, in the doorway was a royal guard of Celestia "Hello solider" "I'm Rex and I would just like to welcome you back to Equestria" "You know who I am?' "I know who you where but I just came to check on you all make you fell welcome" Luna pondered what was happening, this stallion was being friendly to her but She really had no other friends other than her sister so she just went along with it "I thank you for your service solider you have made me feel welcome" The solder smiled which was a good sign but the smile faded and turned to a worried expression "What? is something wrong?" The guard raised his hove and pointed to the window Luna turned to what he was pointing at and put on the same expression he had. they both watched as sinister storm clouds began to swirl in the center of Equestria Ponyville Twilight and Spike looked up at the sky as dark and blue clouds swirled in a sinister like way, they began to thunder and lighting the sky as the storm went under way "Strange I don't remember the pegusi issuing a thunder storm in the middle of the night" "Maybe its just an accident?" "Maybe....." Then the thunder started to get louder, the lighting began to flash even more violent as the clouds swirled together in Equestrias center. "Spike!" "Yeah Twilight?" "Something tells me that's no ordinary storm" "How can you tell?" Then the storm literally exploded at its center then when Twilight could see again their was a pure bolt of lighting anchoring the storm to the ground. "I Don't know" she shouted over the strong winds "Call it a hunch" The bolt of lighting began to steak itself across the ground leaving a burning skid mark in its wake, the bolt continued its path of burning until it entered the mountain forest west of ponyville, when the bolt was halfway up the forest mountain it stopped for 5 whole seconds it stayed their still alive and moving. Then something even stranger happened. The storm of which to bolt was still connected to began to glow the a ball or something else the was close enough to it made its was down the lighting like a pony ziplineing, its sped down to the ground when it reached its destination its exploded in a burst of light, then another one came out of the storm followed by another and another until the storm was practically spitting out electrical spheres, for 10 seconds it did that before stopping then the bolt disappeared, but the storm remained. Everything was quiet for ten seconds before Spike broke the silence. "Is it over?" Twilight was about to answer but was interrupted by the sound of more lighting,then this time another bolt came out of the storm like a snake it looked for its target then its also anchored itself the another mountain, The one which held Canterlot city on its side. Canterlot The lighting bolt just kept pounding on the mountain that held the city in place Celestia knew if this kept going on the whole city might crumble every millisecond another surge of energy in the form of a sphere would come through the mouth of the storm and pass into the lighting bolt traveling down to the mountain, like a snake eating its prey. 10 seconds later How many times had this happened? 20,30? she lost track, then without warning the surges just stopped. Celestia was about to take a breather when the sky lit up again only this time it was much different then the last two. The clouds began to change color from dark black to dark purple the clouds began to compress as all the purple was drawn together forming a dark swirling funnel at the center. Then..... the lighting bolt came out. This one was different from the others, it was purplish black instead of white, form a moment it did nothing then..... it soared north...far north pass cloudsdale all the way to the Crystal mountains until finally it was seen no more. For 2 seconds their was no sound then their was a faint purple blast followed by a faint boom. Everypony waited for forty whole minutes this time, all eyes where on the sky as the clouds began to disperse, then all that was left was the stary night, nothing more. The next day Luna and Celestia where standing at the spot where the lighting bolt struck, after some digging her scientist confirmed it was nothing more than a normal scorch mark. "How can it be just a scorch mark?" "That's all their is your highness it was a lighting bolt what did you expect, hole in the ground?" The princess thought for a moment then said "Very well you are dismissed" The guard left leaving Celestia alone with Luna. "Do you think this has something to do with my return?" "No why would you think that?" "That storm happened on the day of my return what if my release from my lunar prison unleashed something else?" "As I recall I only banished you to the moon, not some storm, you must not worry my sister everything is going to be okay" "Thank you my sister" "And don't you worry whatever happened last night is all over now" 10 months later A being, a very powerful being one who's powers are intertwined with darkness slept deep in the ground it was 50 feet covered in earth its resting place was the Crystal Empire, it had just been restored by Spike and his friends now under the leadership of princess Cadence and Shining Armor all was peaceful all was well. But before the Empire was restored King Sombra managed to infect it with his dark crystals before being banished once again and somehow the dark energy radiating within the crystals began to stir the creature, its arms shifted, its wings moved and its eyelids slowly. began. to open. //-------------------------------------------------------// Pocket Monsters //-------------------------------------------------------// Pocket Monsters Darkrai lingered in the shadow of a pony who was pulling a cart of apples in ponyville. Being able to turn into a shadow Darkrai could hide in other ponies shadows and no one would know. He usually liked to listen in on conversations while Genesect like to sneak around and hunt for food to bring back to the base. While listing in on a yellow pony talking to a green pony about lesbians, Darkrai spotted Genesect hiding on top of a building, like he was about to pounce "Genesect!" Darkrai Said via telepathy "What do you think your doing?" "Getting my jump on" Genesect said "This mission requires stealth, not jumping in and scaring the ponies" "Come on you know I'm a good hunter right?" "Yeah, like 300 million years ago!" "Okay fine, I'll just go to the apple forest and take some from their fruit" "Fine, just don't get caught" Genesect leaped from building to building, heading for the apple acres ___________________________________________________________________ The cutie mark crusaders where down in the dumps due to the fact that Appleblooms cousin Babs Seeds had become a bully alongside Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, they had nothing to do but "try" to stay out of her way, and her point of vision "What do we do now girls?" Sweetie Belle asked "I don't know" Scoot said "After she just took our clubhouse I don't know what to do?" Applebloom said "Man theirs something we can do without her ruining it" Scoot said Applebloom cast her eyes for something of interesting, but sadly nothing, at least until she tripped over something "Ow" she said "Must have been a rock" She turned her head to see what she tripped over, only the find a round stone. "Hey whats this?" she said She picked up the curious object and examined it. It was a ball shaped stone, Grey in color, it had three grove around it. "Wow, what is this?" Sweetie Belle asked Before an pony could react the stone was stuck with a plunger and hauled out of her hooves And right into Babs, Spoon, and Tiaras possession "Hey!" Scootaloo  said "We found it first!' "Yeah and now I have it what are you gonna do? Be a snitch and tell you pony friends?" As much as she wanted to, Scootaloo's pride wouldn't let her get somepony else's help. "No" she said silently "Good, besides this might look good in our new club house right girls?" Diamond said Scoot's rage began to build. "Yeah I'm thinking about calling it the delightful and not babies clubhouse" Silver Spoon said It was reaching dangerous levels. "And I think I'll just go and get some Pegasus feathers to give it nest like a certain chicken would" Babs said "THAT'S IT" Scootaloo rush forward and headbutted Babs in the chest and the stone flew straight into the air. "Get off me!" Babs said pushing her off All of the fillies looked to see the stone plummet back to the ground. "Somepony grab it!" Applebloom said Babs tried to grab it but it hit the ground with a big thud before she could even get up. The ponies rushed over to examine the stone and where relived it didn't have a scratch on it. "You three are lucky nothing happened to our rock" Diamond Tiara said "Your rock?! It was our rock!" Scootaloo said "Yeah was" Silver Spoon said "Uh girls" Sweetie Belle said "Well maybe if you hadn't been born in the first place maybe it wouldn't have happened in the first place" Babs said "How dare you!" Applebloom said "GIRLS!" "What?!" they all said "Whats going on with the rock?" All eyes turned to see the stone start to glow. "Whats it doing?" The stone not only began to float in the air, and make a weird noise. "Maybe you babies should keep the stone" Babs said "No you keep it" Then the stone started to glow brighter and spin, then just when things couldn't get any weirder four streams of energy began to make contact with the ball like it was adsorbing everything in the area but Applebloom couldn't figure out what. Finally the streams of energy stopped the ball floated in mid air for a second before... it expanded Then ball was now 20 times its original size! But was more clear, more transcendent, inside the sphere was something but Applebloom couldn't make it out, then the thing started to grow bigger, and bigger until finally a heart beat was heard and.... a set of eyes opened! _________________________________________________________________________ Genesect had scored big time! With the farmer out in the town the ancient bug Pokemon was free to collect as many apples as he could. After getting a hand full of fruit Genesect started to make his way back to the stronghold. That is until their a was a bright light in the distance, Genesect was so startled that he dropped his apples, then looked to where the light had come from. Then, their was a slight chill in the air, finally their was a cry that he knew all to well. "Whoa! Could it be? Him!" Ignoring the Apple Genesect Sprinted in the direction of the event. ________________________________________________________________ The air was bitter cold as the fillies stared at this strange dragon-like creature. It had two big hide legs but two little arms and hands it was mostly grey in color but its head was light blue. its wings were not perfect, the right one was bent while the other looked just fine, its tail was very unusual, it looked like some sort of socket, like something was meant to be in their, but the thing that caught Appleblooms attention the most was its eyes, they where yellow, just plain yellow with no pupils, like they were empty and needed to be filled. The six fillies had mixed feelings, they just saw a ball turn into a dragon monster, they did not know if they should be astonished or frightened. "What do we do?" Applebloom said "I'll tell what were gonna do!" Babs said "Were gonna tell it what to do" "Huh" they all said "Its obvious this guy was trapped in the stone, so it owes us its service for freeing it" "Your service it should be doing our servie1 I knock the ball out of your hooves" "Fine well let it decided" Babs stepped forward into the face of the creature and eyeballed it. Genesect was almost at the sight of the light and it finally came into view. Genesect saw a boundary Pokemon looking at one of the children ponies, and from the looks of it the pony was telling it off. "Ugh Darkrai?" Genesect said via telepathy "Yes?" "You should get down here" Kyurem was looking at a strange creature that reassembled a Rapidsah offspring it  had a red mane and a orange body, but from what he could tell, and hear this creature wanted him to do whatever she wanted. "First i want you to make me an ice cream, then i want you to come with me to Manehatten and freeze every bully who did me wrong" Kyurem was not one to listen to the commands of another creature unless he was his human trainer, who wasn't available at the time. "And finale make an ice sculpture of me to replace the one in the island" Then the creature gave him a face. "Hey are you listening bub?" Talk!" Kyurems face was soon met by two hooves, that was the last straw. Kyurem began to gather the ice within him and his eyes began to glow, soon the air got colder and six pillars of ice materialized around the creature that hit him. "ugh Babs" one of tit s friends said "Yeah?" it said back "Maybe that wasn't such a good idea" The ice pillars met their target and instantly the pony was frozen, along with two others who where nearby. Kyurem looked at his latest ice sculpture, the ponies were not dead, but they wouldn't be thawing out anytime soon. He then looked to the three other ponies who had just witnessed the event unfold and they did the natural thing, they ran screaming. Kyurem paid no mind to it, he would be gone by the time they came back with help. Just when he was about to leave, until a purple bug type Pokemon appeared in front of him. "Kyurem, it has been a while" Genesect said "Genesect, how goes the hunting?" "Good, very good, where have you been all this time?" "After we got sent here i entered my sleep mode and stayed dormant until something hard hit me" "Let me guess the horses?" "Maybe, they were their when I woke up, this one tried to make me its pet" Kyurem gestured to the frozen ponies. "Ahh yes them, well what do you wanna do now?" "I just woke up so I'm felling hungry, are their any berries around here" "Their are some in the town nearby but..... HEY where are going?" "To get something to eat" Kyurem said flying towards ponyville "Man Darkrai's gonna have a laugh out of this" he said following the dragon Pokemon. ________________________________________________________________ The cutie mark crusaders ran as fast as their stubby legs could carry them the only thing on their mind was to tell Applejack about a icy monster that would freeze them. They had just entered ponyville, the summer harvest festival had already started, immediately they spotted Applejack and her friends. "Applejack, Applejack!" they all said "Whoa, Whoa what going on?" "Monster, dragon, Ice, Babs, Frozen" They all started talking at once "Slow down I can't hear you all talking at once" Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle stopped talking and Applebloom stepped forward "We were playing with this stone and Babs came and started bullying us and then the stone turned into a monster and then the dragon froze Babs" The mane six looked at each other and then back at the fillies. "Okay, okay first of all what do you mean Babs is bullying you?" "Well at first Babs was nice but when we invited her to joins the cutie mark crusaders she became a bully instead" "Okay I can explain that" "Huh?" "Babs came here because she been having heartache back in manehatten" "Heartache?" "Yeah these ponies have been bullying her because she has no cutie mark, she came here to get away from all that" The three fillies now understood. "Babs must have not wanted to be bullied here so she become a bully instead" "That would make a good explanation" Twilight said "Alright I'll go talk to Babs, but first whats this about a monster?" "Well their this tone that when it hit the ground it turned into this ice dragon monster" The mane six again looked at each other but instead they all laughed "Yeah and Spike here can breath water" Rainbow said "Seriously girls, I believe you about Babs Seeds but their is no way, in any universe that a dragon can breath ice" Twilight said Then their was a slight chill in the air, the ponies looked in the distance and saw houses being covered in snow and ice. "Applebloom looked in the direction of the ice and back at Twilight. Keldeo walked out into the sunshine, he did this every morning, he enjoyed the light that this planet brought despite the fact that it wasn't his world. He had matured ever since he became a sacred swordsmen he was older and wiser, but he still was considered teenage by human standards. He was part of the group of legendary Pokemon assigned to take down the human that tried to take the powers of the renegade Pokemon, their mission was to destroy his ship and bring him to justice. It was a win win situation, they had Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Darkrai, Genesect, and many other legendaries to aid them in their battle, even tough the Swords of Justice had other duties to attend to Keldeo insisted that he should so and help, and after Cobalion finally approved Keldeo fit for duty he was on his way. And now he was on another world entirely. The place wasn't any much different from the the Unova region, but this country was small, it could fit inside the region probably 4 times, but whose complaining. Keldeo walked into the forest that concealed their Nest, after a few minutes of walking he stared to walk faster, then he broke into a run, finally he was sprinting at 30 MPH, Keldeo loved running, he liked the feeling of running, the sensation was an enjoyable one, it was a gift, the ability to run at fast paces, is a rare quality. Keldeo sprinted trough the Everfree jumping over logs and ducking under branches. _______________________________________________________________ Twilight was observing the wonders of the Everfree it was a attractive place despite the fact that its was considered dangerous. Twilight put her book away and thought for a moment, her life was at this point great, she had 7, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Spike, Applejack, Fluttershy, and her brother, she could probably ask for nothing else. Well almost nothing. After the whole Canterlot Wedding craziness, Twilight was thinking that eventually she and her friends where also gonna have to find that very special somepony in their lives, while her friends didn't think about it much it stuck to Twilight's mind as soon as the thought manifested. She didn't mind if the pony wasn't as studious as her, she was fine with that her was looking for somepony who was cute, good looking, loyal and a clear sense of good and justice. As Twilight started on her way home the thought bounce around in her head, who was the right pony for her. But Twilight snapped out of her daydream when she heard the sound of a growling and a bad smell. She turned around in fear. "Who's their?" Twilight said The growling intensified and the smell grew stronger. "Show yourself!" she demanded A shadow came out of the bushes, and when it hit the ground. A timber wolf, with all its hunger was eying her. One word was now rattling her mind. Run. Twilight broke into a sprint and ran as fast as she could, the timber wolf right on her tail. __________________________________________________________ Keldeo was coming to a four way cross section he didn't slow down and ran faster. But if he slowed down maybe a purple blur wouldn't hit him. _________________________________________________________ Twilight did not slow down, she was running for her life, she turned around to see if the timber wolf was still on her tail. And surprisingly it was not their. She breathed a sign of relief and was about to slow down. Until she hit somepony and they where both knocked down. "Hey! watch where your going!" a male voice said "Sorry" Twilight said "i was running from a timber wolf and I didn't see the- Twilight was about to say something when she was getting up to apologize to the pony, but her heart skipped a beat when she got a good look at him. It was obvious he was a unicorn, but his appearance was regal and sharp, his eyes where captivating and stunning, he had a blue tail that looked like it connected from the hair to his chest coat, and his mane was big and beautiful. But the thing that Twilight like most was that she was immediately infatuated with him. Keldeo looked at this pony with interest, Darkrai said that due to his pony appearance he could walk into the open world with out attracting to much attention other than his look, but Keldeo had never met a pony of this universe until now. Her hair was a mix of lavender and a purple stripe, her coat matched her mane to a degree and her cutie mark bore a twinkling purple star, she had the eyes of a very intelligent being and she was staring at him with great interest. But the strangest thing was is that Keldeo found himself somewhat attracted to this pony at first sight. Before any more words could be said a growling was heard and both set of eyes spotted a timberwolf entering the scene. The wooden knine creature growled at the two with wooden teeth bared. Twilight hid behind the blue pony, hoping he would protect her. Understanding the situation Keldeo faced his foe. "Hey why don't you pick on someone your own size?" The creature responded with a lunged. "Very well then" Keldeo bucked the wolf switch shattered him to bits. Then Keldeo faced his new companion. "Are you alright?" he said in a soft voice. Twilight blushed, the colt was very polite. "Thank you i'm fine" "My names Keldeo" Keldeo, a unique name, Twiligth thought. "I'm Twilight" "Nice to meet you Twilight" The two shared a monet looking a each other before a thought hit Twilights mind. "We should probably leave before it reforms" Keldeo turned to see the remains of the timber wolf begin to move. "Right, lets move" The two ponies ran of into the distance,. ~~~~~~~ Twilight and Keldeo ran until they came to a clearing. Catching their breath Twilgiht grinned a smile. "Thank you for saving me from that timber wolf" Twilgith said Keldeo beamed a warm grin. "You are most welcome" Twilight examined this pony ,appearnce looked regal and well made, his horn was not unlike any she ever saw he looked like a natural born portecter. "So Keldeo how can I thank you?" "Oh you don't need to repay me, protecting the innocenct is my sworn duty" A pony that protects others, he remined her of her brother. "Where are you from Keldeo?" Twilight asked Keldoe was prepared for this, the group made a fake story if they ever ran into a native of Equestria. "I am from a kingdom called Unova, I was traveling these woods to explore the things your kingdom has in store" It was offical, Twilight was now crushing on this pony. "Well scine your traveling Equestria, at least let me invite you to stay in Ponyville for a while" Keldeo thought for a moment, his friends wouldn't mind if he was gone for a while. "i would be honored to visit your home Twilight" YES!! Twilight said in her mind. "Allow me to show you the way" Keldeo followed to lavander unicron thought the safe path of the forest to the edge of Ponyville. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Zero calculate the ruins his drones had collected from the ruins near the Crystal Empire, evidence showed signs of Arkeyan tech and robotic relices, if Zero could find a way to awaken these machines, his plan to conqure this kingdom would go more smoothly. "Or more violently"  he chuclked to himself. //-------------------------------------------------------// Zero Tolerance //-------------------------------------------------------// Zero Tolerance Zero had little patience for a task that he considered easy but had taken considerably longer to complete, nevertheless he managed to acquire the item of his objective. It was called "The Crystal Heart" which when empowered by emotion could perform feats of great power, similar to a certain set of gems called "Chaos Emeralds" native to a world called Mobius. Back to the point the Heart was now in his possession and the ponies who foolishly stood in his way where dealt with, as of now he had a very high priority bargaining item that the ponies would be desperate to get back. Any highly informed scientist or researcher knew of the existence of godlike beings called deities who sired many power sapient species the populated the universe the pokemon, dragons and Morphosapians among them, and that the one true god of the universe made mankind in his image. But if one dug deeper into Equine history, they would come to a conclusion the ponies where the product of a genetic and scientific event. In other words ponies where created by accident. So Zero came to a logical conclusion the humans, who where made by god where to rule over lesser species such as ponies, who came into this world by accident. If only the Galactic Federation would realized such a right to rule, things where never the same since they came to Pokemon world. "A shame really, they could have ruled over all things" Zero spoke to himself "But thats in the past" Zero had traveled to an alternate universe because the Equus of his universe was under Federation watch, by ruling this world he would amass enough power to strike back and hopefully conquer the world from within by defeating Giratina and rule/protect the reverse world while using its features to attack the world of reality, attacking the federation literally underneath their noses. Lord Zekrom sighed in irritation as another one of his subjects came in complaining about why his house was way past development, and he couldn't blame them the nation of pokemon was still young and with Reshiram away on legendary business with Yveltal most of the inhabitants of the city came to him alone regarding the state of their living conditions. "Steel Spike why don't you just the Torkal brothers and the swapert twins to build you a stone house" Zekrom asked "Because I specifically asked for a steel house" the irritated Arggon responded "How do I know you won't just eat it like the last two houses you ate?" the lighting legendary pointed out. "Uuuuuhhhh" Steel Spike was lost for words as Zekrom reminded him of his big appetite, realizing he was not getting anywhere with this the steel type excused himself from the throne room. Satisfied he had dealt with the troublesome steel pokemon Zelrom turned his thoughts to Keldeo who was still missing after two years. "I just hope the Zero was dealt with, because when Arceus finds them I hope he finds the colt pokemon with his team and not the human who nearly caused the death of Giratina.
