A Falling Star in Ponyville

After a while, the doctor came in to run some additional tests. Rarity, Applejack, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash left to go back to their own houses, after promising to visit Falling Star the next day. All through the night, Falling Star had nightmares. More than once, he awoke screaming in terror as the nightmares grew progressively more fear inducing. Luckily, he had a private room in the Hospital.

In the morning, Applejack came to visit along with Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash. Rarity, it turns out, was working on a secret fashion project and would visit later.
"You have all been so nice to me, even though I'm a Stranger here in Ponyville" Falling Star said to the 5 mares. "Thank you."
"It's not really a big deal, Star," They replied, using their new nickname for him.
After a couple of hours, Rarity Joined them in the hospital room.
"How are you doing today, Star?" she asked.
"I'm feeling much better, Rarity." he replied with a shy smile and a deep blush "Thanks for asking."

At that moment, Doctor Stable trotted in to release Falling Star from the hospital.
"Excellent timing," Star said to the kind doctor.
Once again fully clothed and walking about, Falling Star trotted out of the hospital accompanied by his new friends.
"Hey," he said, turning suddenly to look at his friends "is there a secluded spot somewhere around here? I have something I want to show all of you."
"I know a great place" replied Fluttershy, "follow me."

After following Fluttershy for what seemed like hours, the group came to a stop in a clearing. "Will this work, Star?" Asked Fluttershy.
"This is the perfect spot, Fluttershy. Thank you." He replied. "Watch me closely everyone."
As they stared at Falling Star, they noticed a shimmering light on his head. While they watched the light, in the middle of his forehead a horn suddenly appeared.

The mares all gasped in unison. Surely this must be some kind of joke. But no, the proof was there for them to see.
"What is going on here Star?" They asked. "Why do you suddenly have a horn?"
Falling Star looked at his new friends and then he smiled a wide smile. "This is my true form. I'm an Alicorn, like Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, only i'm much younger than them and I'm a male. I guess I'm technically their little brother and the PRINCE of all Equestria."
