//-------------------------------------------------------// I Didn't Mean It -by melissadg- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 Doctor Whooves was sitting in a field near his TARDIS,  thinking.  Who needs a bubble brained assistant anyways?  Not him !   The dumb cross-eyes Pegasus Betrayed him.  He doesn't need her. With each thought, his color would fade away more and more. His once brown spiky mane was a grayish color, and his coat was a darker shade of grey.  The mere thought of the wall-eyed Pegasus  sickened him. 'Screw her, I'm better off without her constant annoying voice.' The doctor thought. Meanwhile, in the castle, a very worried princess Celestia watched his actions through a crystal ball. "This is worse than I thought. Discord, what have you done?" Whispered the princess,  as she looked out the window to where the paralized statue of discord stood. Never in her life has she seen a pony so deep into discourds power. So deep, in fact, that he and derpy are the only discorded ponies left in all of equestria.  Even after her faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, healed them all. She needed to do something. But what? That's when she got an idea. She got a paper and quil and began to write a letter to her Cousin. "Dearest Maple Sunset, As you know, you are the guardian of hahppiness. Since you are so good at making people cheery again, I need you to come to Canterlot to cheer up two ponies that are to far deep into the defeated discord's power to heal with a simple spell. We have tried everything to Get them back to normal,and you are our last chance, dear cousin. Please report to my castle as soon as possible. Your royal Cousin, Princess Celestia of Equestria. P.s, Luna says Hi. " With her magic, she made the paper  Dissapear. She hoped Maple will get her letter. As soon as that thought went through her head,  a magical flash apeared right infront of the surprised princess. When the light from the flash dissapeared,  there stood a light orange pony with Orange colored hair, the size and age as Luna. Her cutie mark was a heart with a green peace sign in it. She was an aliacorn like Celestia aswell. "Maple Sunset! So glad you came on such short notice!" Said the princess. "Anything to cheer up ponies in need!"   Responded Maple. Celestia led her to the crystal ball, where the image of the doctor kicking a rock with all his might showed. She gave her cousin the directions of where he was and explained the problem to her. "Got it." Said Maple. With a flash, she was gone. Back with the doctor... 'GAAAH DAMIT!!" said the doctor, kicking a rock. The doctor wasn't angry. He was FURIOUS. When he turned around to get back in the TARDIS, he  almost jumped out of his skin in surprise from the orange-ish Aliacorn standing there."Doctor Whooves, we need to talk. My name is Maple sunset. Don't try and avoid me. I already know your a Time lord. Just sit down ."  The doctor Opened his mouth to say something, but closed it again and took a seat on a near-by rock. It was useless. She already knew his secret. "What do you want?" Said the doctor. "Why are you like this?  Because of Derpy? I don't think so. Don't you realize you are letting Discord'a power get the best of you? What did Derpy do that is so bad anyways?" The doctor Looked disgusted by the mention of ...The bubble Brained traitor. "Fine. I'll tell you what happened." *FLASHBACK* The doctor was running through a maze, trying to stop discord. But He's pretty sure he needs to find  him first. Halfway through the maze, he heard a whirring sound. No... It can't be! It has to be the TARDIS. He followed the sound of  it to find ...the TARDIS?  Well, since its here,  he decided to go inside. He peered through the door. "Derpy? Are you here? Time to go ! Allons-" he got cut off by what he saw in the Tardis. "No...No...NO!!!"    He closed the door. He then lost his color. From atop the Cotton candy clouds, Discord was laughing at what he did to the doctor . Back on the ground, The doctor heard someone calling his name. "Doctor! You found the Tardis! We can go stop discord now, right?" It was his assistant, Derpy. "No. Derpy. We need to go. Now." Derpy was surprised. The doctor wouldn't  let all of equestria die, would he? "But... Weren't we going to save equestria?" The doctor stayed quiet for a bit. "No, Derpy. Change of plans. Get in the Tardis."    Derpy was now worried . This wasn't him. "But, why are you-"  derpy was cut off by a slap. "GET IN THE BLOODY TARDIS!!!" That didnt just happen. She got slapped by the doctor-  Hard. The red hoof mark was still very visible. She got in the Tardis and sat down without saying a word. The doctor started up the Tardis  and broke the silence by saying . "So...where do you want to go?"    Derpy was at the point of crying. "Home. I don't want to travel with you anymore. I don't know why you changed, but you did. " The doctor was heart broken, but when they landed,  that got replaced with anger. While Derpy walked out of the Tardis,  she hugged the doctor . "Bye. I won't forget you."    The doctor looked disgusted and pulled away from the hug. "LET GO OF ME!!! YOUR NOTHING BUT A TRAITOR!!! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A STUPID  WALL-EYED   PEGASUS!!" And with that, he left. Derpy walked slowly to her cabin. Dinky smiled at the sight of her mom but then noticed something. "Mommy, what happened to your color? Why are you so sad?" Derpy just stayed quiet. Sparkler  , her teenage daughter, was getting worried. They tried to cheer her up. Nothing worked. Derpy never talked Since then. She just stayed quiet. Her eyes weren't  crossed anymore, either. She just wasn't.... Derpy. *END OF FLASHBACK* Maple was listening intently to the story. "She didnt betray you. You betrayed her." The doctor was confused. "How?!"    Maple had a stern look on her face. "If you didn't slap her, if you didn't yell, she would still be here. This is YOUR fault. Just admit it."        The doctor looked angry. But that slowly started to dissapear and get replaced with tears as he started getting his color back. Once he got all of it back, he started sobbing. "What have I done?! I need to apologize!!! Please, please, Take me too her!!"    Maple was surprised by how quickly she took him out of his discorded   state. "Alright. Just hold my hoof and I'll teleport you to her place. But let me warn you, you won't like what you see." The doctor nodded and took hold of her hoof. With an orange flash of light, they got teleported to the outside of a cottage . "Go on." Said Maple. He knocked on the door and waited for an answer. He heard Mumbling from inside, and then the door opening. Standing there was a pink unicorn with a hot pink mane, Sparkler.   Next to her, was a light purple unicorn with blonde hair like her mother,  Dinky. "Oh, doctor. Hope you enjoyed RUINING MY MOMS LIFE."  said sparkler.  Dinky was starting to cry a little. "What are you doing here?  You aren't gonna be mean to mommy again are ya'? ".   That's when both of them noticed Maple in back of the doctor.    They recognized her as royalty and asked why she was here with the doctor. "Because, I fixed the doctor. And the doctor wants to fix your mom." Said Maple with a smile. They smiled. Not at Maple, but at the doctor.  I'm pretty sure they saw the guilt in his eyes , and forgave him. They let him inside    And led both of them to a closed door. They could hear weeping from the inside. "She's in there." Said sparkler. "You can handle this one by your self. You know what you need to do."  Said Maple.   The doctor nodded and opened the door. Inside, Derpy was crying in her pillow. "Derpy? I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry."  Derpy was surprised by his voice. She stood up and walked up infront of him. Then gave him a hug, letting a few tears escape. Her color stole wasn't coming back. The doctor knew what to do. He kissed her. And she kissed back. Her color slowly started coming back, until she was in full color. Dinky smiled when she noticed her mothers eyes were back to normal. "I love you." Said the doctor "I love you too." Said Derpy, hearing her own bubbly voice she hasn't heard in quite a while.
