Rainbow Dash was lying on the cloud, dark thoughts filling her head.
“Gah, I can’t believe I was taken in so easily by this stupid lizard!” Rainbow shouted angrily.
Rainbow covered her head with clouds. She couldn’t stand the humiliation. Spike had tricked her into a date. This meant that she had on her first date with a dragon, not a stallion. Soarin’ was supposed to be her first in, well, everything! Now, everypony in town could say: “Oh, look! It’s Rainbow Dash! She’s so ugly she had to date a dragon! Ha ha ha!” And indeed, some of the townfolks did this.
But Rainbow knew that the day of revenge would finally come.
Suddenly, Rainbow overheard a familiar voice saying, “And you know, I dreamt of Rarity tonight. Again. This is driving me crazy!” It was Spike. He and Twilight were passing just under Rainbow’s cloud.
The clever pegasus thought for a while about Spike’s dream. A mischievous idea was born in Rainbow’s head. Now she was going to get her revenge.

Later at night, Spike and Twilight were about to go to sleep. The purple pony changed Spike’s sheets in his basket and the little dragon could start his rest.
“Goodnight, Spike,” Twilight said softly and turned the light out.
A few hours passed. It seemed it would be another usual night but...
“Aaaaa! What is this!?” Spike shouted, terrifying Twilight.
“What!? What’s going on, Spike!?” She turned the light on.
There was a wet stain on his blanket. Twlight looked closer at it. After a while, she smiled softheartedly at her assistant.
“What’s this!?” Spike looked terrified.
“Oh, Spike!” she giggled. “”Have you dreamt of Rarity, again?”
“Um, yes but...” he mumbled, blushing.
“Oh, don’t worry. You are already a big boy. Such things just happen.” Twilight tried to comfort him.
Spike began to sob.
“Oh, Spikey!” She stroke his head gently. “Don’t cry, please. I will change the sheets this instant!”
Spike left his basket. “I’m gonna go to the bathroom...”
Twenty minutes later Spike and Twilight were sleeping again. Nothing unusual happened that night again.

Rainbow Dash was no longer angry. She was napping comfortably on the cloud. That was a good place to sleep because she could sometimes overhear some gossip. Rainbow Dash loved gossips.
She heard a familiar voice. Her eyes were closed but she could recognize its owner. It was Twilight. She was talking to somepony.
“Spike doesn’t want to leave the library,” said the purple unicorn.
“Why?” the soft female voice asked.
“Well, he got, um,some boys’ problems,” Twilight said uncertainly. She wasn’t really sure if it was a good idea to tell Fluttershy about it. "You know, THESE problems."
“Oh, my. I hope he’ll be alright!” Fluttershy spoke. She had no idea what Twilight was talking about but she didn't want to trouble her asking for further explanation.
Rainbow Dash snickered. “Ha! So Spike’s got a problem. As Applejack would say: ‘that’s just dandy’!”

“Goodnight, Spike,” Twilight said to her assistant and turned the light out.
Because the purple pony and her assistant were very tired after another re-shelving day, they fell asleep very quickly. Both of them hoped for a good and long sleep. Unfortunately, this was not going to happen.
“Aaaaa! It happened again!” Spike cried. Twilight got up instantly, thinking that something attacked her assisstant.
It was another wet stain on his blanket.
“It’s icky!” Spike shouted, wiping his claws off the blanket.
“Oh, Spike.” Twilight sighed. “It’s alright. I will change the sheets. Go take a shower.” She patted him gently on the head.
Spike went to the bathroom, crying.

Spike was sitting on the floor hidden behind a stash of books. He felt very depressed. His love for Rarity was not only driving him crazy but also began to humiliate him every single night.
He heard somepony walk into the library.
“Spike? Are you there? I have something for ya!” Rainbow Dash shouted, searching for the dragon.
“I’m not here!” Spike yelled and then faceclawed.
Rainbow Dash walked up to him. “Hi, Spike. I’ve heard about your...” She giggled. “Your problems.” She finally burst into laughter. Spike blushed and covered his face with his claws.
“What do you want?” he asked sadly.
“I’ve bought you some diapers so you don’t have to change your blanket every night,” Rainbow said, smiling and then gave the box of diapers to Spike.
He took the box and began to sob.
“Okay, see you around, Spikey!” She chuckled and then flew away.

“Spike, maybe you want to sleep in my bed?” Twilight asked worriedly as she saw her assisstant trembling in his basket. “You will surely feel safer here.”
“No. I don’t wanna stain your sheets...” Spike mumbled.
“As you wish, Spike. Goodnight,” she said softly and then turned the light out.
“Maybe I should get that diaper?” he whispered.
Two hours had passed. That night was quiet and nothing could disturb Spike’s sleep.
“Ouch!” a scratchy female voice and a thump woke Spike and Twilight up.
“Who’s there?” Spike shouted as Twilight turned the light on. They saw...
“Rainbow Dash!?” they shouted in unison.
The blue pegasus grinned sheepishly, trying to hide a bottle behind her back.
“What you got there?” Twilight asked, frowning.
“Nothing!” Rainbow Dash answered nervously.
Twilight used the magic to snatch the bottle. “What’s this?” she inquired.
“Just some... white icky goo.” Rainbow Dash laughed nervously.
“Is this some kind of joke?” Twilight asked, giving her friend a reproachful look.
“Well...” Rainbow Dash started.
“I knew it was you! I just knew it! I don’t have any problem! It was you all along!” Spike was furious at Rainbow. “You made me cry, you made me depressed! You humiliated me! Why!? Tell me why!?”
“Actually, I haven’t done any joke to you... this week,” Rainbow Dash explained.
“Say what?” Spike asked.
“I just overheard Twilight talk about your problems so I thought I’d make you think it happens to you a teeny-tiny more often.” Rainbow chuckled. “Just an innocent joke.”
Spike raised his eyebrow. “But...” He looked at his basket.
There was a wet, icky stain on the sheets.
“Another Rarity dream?” Twilight asked resignedly.
Spike faceclawed.
