When certain things are revealed to Brent that no kids show would ever show on television, he finds out that accepting the opportunity to going to Equestria without any recollection of remembering that he accepted the opportunity was a big mistake. Our protagonist must wake up to an unpleasant surprise of having to go through several amputations, a body transfer, a penectomy, castration, thigh attraction, and several other medical procedures in order to finally visit the utopia he has dreamed of, unfortunately for him, that utopia for him is filled with ponies.

This was purely written out of curiosity of how fun it would be to torture the protagonist as much as possible: It was fun.

(In all seriousness, if this happened to me, I'd sign up the second I was given the offer and not squirm an inch during the several processes that the protagonist goes through, even if it would be painful as hell.)
