The Moonwind Chronicles is a fanfic that I started over on DA. Below is the Description.
Warning: You may not figure out what everything in it stands for and may seem to think it weird and going to fast, but hold on. You'll understand what happens.

David was what you would know as a normal human. Not quite so. Before an accident left him unable to talk, he was a Marine. The accident? Watching someone he loved die right in front of him. After he was released from the hospital, and cleared to speak, he never uttered a word and convinced himself that he couldn't talk. Then, he met a fairy, named Torrietta (Tori for short) So, friendship and happiness, right? No. Still haunted by his memories, David goes to a job interview and finds himself walking into a portal. He falls through and feels his body change, but before he can see, he hits the ground on the otherside.

Where does he wake up? Equestria, but nothing is as what it seems. The journey begins.
